10/04/2026: A tastefully converted cellar located at the foot of the charming old town. You need to be physically prepared for a hike through charming alleys and steep stairways... but finally, once you're seated at your table, the rewards arrive: delicious traditional dishes served in a very characteristic setting.

28/02/2026: I ate very well, the truffle appetizer with delicious Maremma-style early vegetables, and
the Florentine steak, excellently aged, paired with perfect red wines recommended by the owner.
The service was attentive and attentive, highly recommended.

The prices are fair. The only drawback is that I recommend making a reservation because the place isn't very big and fills up quickly.

22/03/2026: I tried this restaurant nestled in the Tuscan countryside and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The owners were very welcoming, the ingredients locally sourced and of high quality. Ida was so attentive and friendly that I will definitely return. The appetizers were endless, the first courses were tasty and plentiful, and the chicken cacciatore and baked potatoes were delicious. Everything was special. Thank you.

30/12/2025: Every time my partner and I come to Maremma, we have at least one aperitivo at Golosofia. The owners are kind and welcoming; they personally try and select all the products in their wine shop. All are Tuscan, especially from the Maremma. Yesterday, in addition to two glasses of wine, we also ordered a platter of game cured meats. Everything was excellent. And at a great price. We highly recommend it, not only for the quality but also for the splendid view of Sovana's main square.

11/04/2026: We ate here two days ago with two adults and two children. The service was incredibly friendly despite the language barrier. They really made sure we were comfortable. The service was quick, and our food arrived promptly and was absolutely delicious. I can't understand why it doesn't have top ratings.

30/04/2026: Seafood restaurant with a beautiful view of the Porto Santo Stefano harbor. Simple yet delicious dishes, cleverly combining seafood and local produce. Delicious first courses, and generously sized and tasty second courses. The desserts could be improved. Reasonable prices, especially considering the location. Outdoor summer terrace. Parking is difficult to find.
07/04/2026: Beautiful location precisely because it is a terrace facing the sea in Porto Santo Stefano, a very renowned area of Monte Argentario, very fresh fish with unique and refined dishes, very kind and very professional staff... worth visiting and trying!!!

15/04/2026: A beautiful hotel but overpriced and lacking in some areas. The facilities e.g. spa (kindly gifted for our honeymoon), padel and tennis, pool etc are all fabulous additions. The small rooms are fine but very basic furnishings - it doesn't feel cosy or luxurious. The atmosphere feels like it is trying to be an upscale country resort like Soho Farmhouse but doesnt hit the mark. The breakfasts were great but the Larossa main restaurant is very overpriced and the food only average. More style over substance overall! But the staff were kind and friendly. However we stayed at much better hotels during our 3 weeks in Italy.

Not just a comic book shop, not just a game room for young and old, but a pub, a meeting place: the Maremma McLarens Pub. The staff is always helpful and extremely kind, the evenings they organize (themed quizzes, sarabande evenings, etc.) are fun and engaging, the food is good, and the atmosphere, though small, is welcoming and exudes not nerdiness but love and passion for all culture, not just anime/manga. A meeting place, a home!
