21/08/2025: We happened to pass by on the way to Rome and stopped for lunch. We loved the delicious food. I ordered gnocchi di mare, which was spectacular, and my partner had steak with baked potatoes, which was delicious too! The staff and owners were amazing! We'll be back on our next trip to Tuscany!

11/10/2025: Truly a generous welcome, as were the dishes. I had the delicious and unforgettable pici all'aglione, followed by the wild boar stew, simply perfect. A trio of cheeses with zucchini, mint, and lemon jam. In short, it's worth taking the car and traveling 200 km for a unique gastronomic experience. I digested it all, even though I went to bed right afterward. I highly recommend it.

14/09/2025: The place is lovely, surrounded by greenery, with a well-kept garden. The Tuscan crostini was excellent, but the fried flowers were cold and the pici were a bit overcooked. The vegetables were good, and the bill wasn't the cheapest, but it was acceptable. Unfortunately, they didn't have grilled meat for lunch today! What a shame!

04/10/2025: The kitchen is well-equipped and the dining room is a thriving place. Reservations are recommended; in winter, it's only open on weekends.

30/08/2025: I'm sorry to write negative reviews. Unfortunately, either we arrived at a time of confusion, or our small group of six didn't go as expected yesterday, Friday, August 29th. We had dinner with friends, reading the positive reviews, so we made a reservation. Unfortunately, two portions of octopus with potatoes were inedible due to the octopus's toughness. The two pici alla carbonara with seafood were overcooked, and the fish had escaped. The two seafood risottos were overcooked. We didn't ask for anything else. Disappointed.

29/08/2025: We had dinner last night for the first time after several reservation attempts! Always super busy...and I finally understood why! The atmosphere is basic but truly pleasant and I really enjoyed it. The staff are very kind and welcoming. The fried fish, including the paranza, was excellent. The fish tortelloni were excellent. The fish was very fresh and perfectly cooked. The wine was excellent; we had a Vermentino. In short...superb and highly recommended. Unfortunately, we're returning to Genoa tomorrow. We'll definitely be back next year! Thank you.

09/10/2025: A somewhat hidden, very authentic and beautifully decorated restaurant with very friendly service and excellent food! Not a huge selection, but what's on offer is beautifully presented and, above all, fresh and deliciously prepared. Highly recommended!

04/10/2025: We visited Sandra's in Magliano in Tuscany and fell in love with it! An authentic restaurant where you can feel the soul of the Maremma. Dishes are meticulously prepared with fresh, quality ingredients. We had a mixed antipasto, the perfect mix of cured meats and prepared dishes (I tried the chicken liver pâté for the first time), tortelloni stuffed with potatoes and truffles, agnolotti cacio e pepe stuffed with wild boar, and we couldn't leave out the desserts: a tiramisu and a cream and hazelnut tart. Everything was truly delicious. The staff is welcoming and kind, the atmosphere is familiar yet meticulously crafted, perfect for a relaxed dinner after a day in the hills. A corner of authenticity and tradition that's absolutely worth a visit. Congratulations to Sandra and her staff. ✨ P.S. I recommend making a reservation. On the second night, we ordered desserts to take home. We couldn't leave without trying them again. They also accept dogs. 🐶

07/09/2025: Pleasant atmosphere with well-spaced tables. The best wild boar in the Maremma is served; anything on the menu is a surefire hit. I prefer the pappardelle with wild boar and the wild boar stew. The side dishes and desserts are also excellent (especially the Vino Santo ice cream). We went with our little girls, and they ate everything. A must-try if you're passing through.

19/09/2025: Dinner last night for my birthday. The hospitality and kindness were excellent. The food was very good. The bruschetta as an appetizer was also delicious. The meat was very good and well-cut. The pici all'aglione were delicate. The wine was excellent. Good value for money. Thank you.

16/09/2025: Folks! It's possible to go smaller! Here, the community celebrates itself. I personally didn't feel particularly comfortable in the dark and musty cave.

13/10/2025: A beautifully located restaurant with excellent food. The view of the marina adds to the delight. The staff is attentive and very friendly. The dishes are rather expensive but excellently presented and offer a unique flavor. A visit is worthwhile.

13/10/2025: Lots of smoke and not enough flavor... a huge disappointment, hair on the table (€4 cover charge). Poor vegetables and lemon, excellent quality sea bream next to it. Yes, the sea bream itself was very good. It's almost impossible to find a bad fish at a seafood restaurant on a Friday night... the service was superficial... the wait staff was very stressed... This is precisely why it was a disappointment. Overall, the price and quality are not in harmony. It's a shame.

La Solina, a place of home and people who welcome you and accompany you throughout the entire "dinner" as if you were special, and who serve you special food! ..made by those who love what they do and know its value... In a world where everything has become predictable, I felt enveloped in the flavors of every single dish and the sharing of those who made our experience so special! From our arrival to our farewell, passion and authenticity were the protagonists! Thank you so much ❤️ Appetizer, first course, second course, and dessert...what can I say?... Everything was excellent!!!!
