We reserved a table at "La Vela" for a romantic evening for two, and it was simply magical! Since we had read in the reviews that it's a perfect spot to enjoy the sunset, we booked a table in advance.
Urgent tip: Definitely book ahead! This way, we had a table with a direct view of the harbor and the stunning sunset.
The service was incredibly friendly, and the food was delicious.
We can only echo the other reviews here: The tiramisu is an absolute must!
If you're looking for a romantic evening for two, this is the place to be. We would definitely come back!

A delight for the palate, this wonderful location features a terrace overlooking the beautiful Villasimius harbor. From here, you can watch the sunset. The service is commendable, and the food is good. I highly recommend it.

Expertly greeted by the warm and friendly Angelica at the door, she takes you to a beautiful table overlooking the harbour, the ocean and the mountains. During dinner flocks of flamingos fly overhead. I’m not kidding. Each employee in the restaurant is friendly, warm, and works hard to give you a beautiful dining experience. The food is outstanding. A bit pricy but worth it. Highly recommend the Tuna Crudo naturale, the spaghetti vongole naturale, the insalata mista and the grilled fresh fish which you can select before grilling. A great experience. Mille Grazie a tutti!

Excellent quality combined with a restaurant that's equally elegant, with a splendid terrace overlooking the harbor.
The pairing of beef marrow and shrimp tartare initially left me perplexed, but it piqued my curiosity. The result? 10/10, a truly incredible explosion of flavors between land and sea.
The fregola was seemingly simple, but packed with seafood flavors. Finally, a fried fish platter that truly brought the sea to your mouth.
The price was right for the quality and location.
Compliments to the entire staff, we'll be back soon.

We visited this restaurant with family on a Saturday, in high season, and it was completely packed both inside and out. Despite this, the service was impeccable: attentive, fast, and always with a smile.
What struck us most was the honesty in recommending the fish. They suggested the right amount to order, without trying to overcharge us. A detail that's not at all a given these days, and one we greatly appreciated.
We ate really well.

We'd already been to La Vela a few years ago, and when we returned to Villasimius, we decided to book again. It was the right choice. As soon as you walk in, the seafood display immediately strikes you with a quality and variety that's truly hard to find elsewhere. We ate wonderfully; the fish was incredibly fresh, the service was attentive but never intrusive, and the sea view made everything even more enjoyable. Every time we return to Villasimius, it will be a regular stop. Highly recommended.
