16/03/2025: Dinner with friends. Nice place. But as soon as they arrive, problems begin. The waitress, I must say, was very kind and informed us that the kitchen was closed due to the lack of a chef. There were also 3 starters missing out of 5/6, but let's overlook this too. The worst were the pizzas, two out of 10 were burnt, the other eight were not cooked, especially the stuffed one which was inedible. Since we left almost all the pizzas on the plate, we had some desserts. Tiramisu normal, panna cotta poor. Final €62.10 per couple. I hope it was an evening for them

16/03/2025: We had dinner on Saturday 16 March, an embarrassing restaurant. A disorganization never seen before. We waited 2 and a half hours to eat an appetizer with only cured meats in a tray and an inedible pizza........ All this cost €31.05 per person. NEVER AGAIN

14/11/2025: Steer clear. Waited over 50 minutes for us to be told the pasta is 'almost there'. Dont wait in other people's smoke, find a different place for your meals.

27/08/2025: A rather basic restaurant in the Impruneta community center (but I believe it's independently run). Everything was fine; the coccoli appetizers were delicious, and the pizza was decent. Friendly service.

24/08/2025: Nothing special, small portions, little cacio e pepe that tasted like supermarket oil, Tuscan starter with just 3 slices of ham, salami and a crostini €14!

03/03/2026: We celebrated our youngest daughter's birthday (6 years old) and had a GREAT time. The manager, Monica, is incredibly thorough and friendly. The staff is knowledgeable, lively, and very helpful. We had such a great time that we decided to organize our eldest daughter's birthday party (10 years old) there as well, and we had a great time there too. Highly recommended!

28/02/2026: A friend and I decided to celebrate our children's 4th birthday. We were a little worried given the children's ages... but it was simply a SUCCESS! Special thanks to Monica, who was with us from start to finish, down to the last detail, available and punctual with every request. The staff in the water with the children were wonderful and attentive. The service in the changing rooms before and after the swim was also perfect. The buffet was delicious and of good quality. The room was nice and spacious, even though it was almost empty, but after 2 hours of playing in the water, the children were exhausted and just wanted to eat. The photographer was a helpful service that we appreciated. Thanks for everything, and see you soon. Federica

05/01/2026: The only flaw: the holiday opening hours aren't clearly specified. Traveling from far away to find it closed because they're cleaning isn't pleasant!

09/11/2025: Rude waitress, decent food, flies on the sandwiches, I said it all

14/06/2026: The rooms are nice, and the location is quite accessible. But the service was a disaster from the day we arrived. Poor attitude. The air conditioning wasn't working, and we were given a room with a door facing the street! At night, there was no reception service and no one to contact. Also, if you want to check out early to explore, you have to wait until reception opens (10 am) to leave your things. At 10 pm, a shady-looking man arrived claiming to be security without a card and demanding that we, as guests, let him in. We definitely don't recommend it!

10/06/2026: Location is great. The room initially looks extremely impressive but there's a few minuses: for the double bed you got two single beds put together - and yes, that means two separate mattresses - I guess it's OK if you're about to divorce. Also there's no way to actually set the temperature in the room - it's either full blown AC and freezing or hot. The shower drain is not great and you don't have any designated space to place your shower gel or shampoo. Basically no major complaints, but for the price it's not worth it.

24/04/2026: Catastrophic! Frozen pizza, pathetic salads, high prices. The worst restaurant we've been to in Florence. It's a shame, the location—shaded and quiet—deserves better.

08/06/2026: There were plenty of free tables, so we were happy we didn't have to wait, but it was a different story! We ordered ravioli and seafood pasta—we waited an hour and twenty minutes! And then they started pestering the waiters after about 40 minutes. And each time, another 5 minutes! It felt like they'd forgotten about the order altogether and then made the ravioli by hand! In the end, we paid over €80 for two glasses of arerol and two dishes, because service and the tax are on top of the price! And that's despite the fact that the food wasn't the best. It was a nightmare! The most you can do here is order a cup of coffee for a photo with the view!

07/06/2026: Ordered a machiato and they came back with this:

16/06/2026: An empty glass with ice and lemon costs €2.30, explained as "table service." All this for an iced tea and a small bottle of water I brought myself from the fridge. Places like this ruin the beauty of historic city centers.

06/06/2026: Crazy prices! On the menu, a gin and tonic cost €8, justified by the fact that you're in the main square. When we went to pay, they asked us €24 (for two gin and tonics), which wasn't justified. When I asked "what?" they just nodded. Not even in Piazza del Duomo in Florence, I'd say excessive!

06/04/2026: We had a great time, but we feel a bit cheated. The restaurant is located with a pleasant view of the Tuscan hills in a quiet area, far enough out of town without having to travel too far. The staff is friendly and helpful, but unfortunately the good news ends there. We spent €51 each, and the price is inconsistent with the amount of food we ate, not only because of the quality of the food but also because the service was festival-style. The real disappointment is having to pay €10 per person to visit the farm grounds, even though the five of us had already spent €255. I therefore recommend not eating at the restaurant, but instead having a nice picnic, bringing your own food and spending a day in the grounds for €10.

30/05/2026: Completely agree with all the other one-star reviews. The owner was rude, and aggressive. Go and enjoy your pensione instead of doing this work. I’d strongly recommend going to the Irish pub next door instead, people like this don’t deserve customers.

04/05/2026: The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming! We had the aperitivo, and it was excellent value for money; everything was delicious and inexpensive! The spritzes are particularly good! A big thank you to our server for his kindness and attentiveness.

02/02/2026: I wouldn't recommend it. It's fine for a quick breakfast, but it's not very good. There are very few breakfast options, and the eggs were very dry. They ran out of the croissants that were included and brought us a rather bad biscotti instead. The bathroom was dirty and had no toilet paper.
