18/03/2026: We waited 45 minutes for the food. After 45 minutes we only got the Foccacias. After I asked what’s up with the rest of the food they said there is a system error if we want we can go. It is simply not true there was a system error because others who came after is already got and ate the food.

15/02/2026: Good food and excellent service, but the prices are really exaggerated!!!!

05/01/2026: The only flaw: the holiday opening hours aren't clearly specified. Traveling from far away to find it closed because they're cleaning isn't pleasant!

31/03/2026: Not recommended: they trick you by charging extra for each drink (€1 more each) for having it at a table, without any visible sign indicating this (when you ask, they show you a rather hidden sign with dubious information). You only realize it when you pay and see the increases, and these "supposed surcharges" don't appear on the receipt (which they also don't give you unless you demand it). Italians at the table in front of us weren't charged any surcharges... ;-( The food (calzone) was bad, expensive, and cold (even though they reheated it on the outside). Avoid this place; hopefully, it will close, or they will be inspected to correct these irregularities and stop deceiving tourists.

03/03/2026: We celebrated our youngest daughter's birthday (6 years old) and had a GREAT time. The manager, Monica, is incredibly thorough and friendly. The staff is knowledgeable, lively, and very helpful. We had such a great time that we decided to organize our eldest daughter's birthday party (10 years old) there as well, and we had a great time there too. Highly recommended!

28/02/2026: A friend and I decided to celebrate our children's 4th birthday. We were a little worried given the children's ages... but it was simply a SUCCESS! Special thanks to Monica, who was with us from start to finish, down to the last detail, available and punctual with every request. The staff in the water with the children were wonderful and attentive. The service in the changing rooms before and after the swim was also perfect. The buffet was delicious and of good quality. The room was nice and spacious, even though it was almost empty, but after 2 hours of playing in the water, the children were exhausted and just wanted to eat. The photographer was a helpful service that we appreciated. Thanks for everything, and see you soon. Federica

10/03/2026: You could have called this bar rude, I'm giving it one star because it's not possible to give less.

20/11/2025: We spent €32.50 each, including the 5 children: consider that the kids each had a half portion of pasta and THAT'S IT. The 7 of us adults had just one course each, a few appetizers to share, and a few desserts. A single bottle of cheap wine and the rest were water. All of this would have been fine if the quality and quantity had been decent, but they weren't. My ribollita tasted like nothing; it was basically wet bread. Plus, at this price, I imagine I wouldn't have to set the table and go to the cashier to order. We won't be back.

19/10/2025: Garbage Service. You have to draw a number to order. I drew number 28. It took 45 minutes to go from 21 to number 28. In which world does it take this long to record the order of 8 pairs? Cant say anything about the food. Was to fed up with waiting...

14/03/2026: If I could give it zero stars, I would. We arrived and couldn't get in; no one was there to greet us, the doorbell wasn't working, and we only got in by chance as a guest was leaving. The receptionist was incredibly rude, the elevator was malfunctioning, and the Wi-Fi only worked in the lobby. When we complained about this to the receptionist, she not only didn't offer a solution but denied it. There's no hot water for showering, they don't provide napkins or trash bags (you have to take your trash out at the supermarket a few blocks away), and the heating doesn't work.

24/02/2026: It was a positive experience! We found everything clean, and the front desk was kind enough to provide directions to pharmacies and the nearby hospital since I was sick. Unfortunately, you can hear every noise from outside, but overall, the experience was positive. :)

14/03/2026: Expensive: €3 cover charge plus an additional 10% service charge on top of the total amount. There is a lot of noise and the glasses were not clean. Returned a glass noting that there was still lipstick on it. After 10 minutes, the same glass was returned with lipstick still on it. I ended up wiping it off myself. For this price? Nothing less than a tourist trap.

28/01/2026: When we first arrived, we were told we could sit on the terrace, but later, when we sat indoors, we were told we couldn't go up to the terrace area. I think this was something the staff did; I honestly didn't understand it.

04/04/2026: Saturday, around 12:00 p.m. We sit at one of the many tables the place has in the middle of the square. The coffee menu is on the table. After a while, the waitress arrives and we order coffees. After another wait, the waitress returns and tells us the tables are only for lunch. We point out that the table isn't set for lunch and displays the coffee shop's price list. This is what the owner said, a shortsighted man who not only lost customers but also wasted the time of his employee who could have been bringing us coffees and collecting the bill. We sit in the café next door, counting his empty tables while sipping coffee.

01/04/2026: 6.50 for a prosciutto sandwich is expensive, but 4 euros for a Coke is one of the biggest rip-offs of my life. Besides, they're a bit rude.

10/04/2026: Very negative experience. They overcharged us for an Americano coffee and, when we asked for a refund, they refused to give us one. Furthermore, after we had already paid, they tried to change the bill, claiming that water was more expensive "because it was served at the table," something that wasn't indicated on the price list (which clearly stated €1.50). The result: not only did they not correct their mistake, but they made us pay even more. Unprofessional service and a clear feeling of being scammed. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

05/04/2026: The croissants and various desserts are delicious! They have a wide selection! The lady at the cash register, the guy at the counter, and the guy serving tables are always cheerful and polite. ☀️ I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 only because of one unpleasant incident I witnessed... A lady there (I don't know if she's the owner) rudely called out a waitress, urging her to hurry up in an unkind tone. I believe respect for those who work is fundamental, but above all, certain reprimands shouldn't happen in public; they create discomfort for those who serve and those who dine. It would have been enough to say it later and in a different way. I can't stand this way of treating people, I'm sorry. It's a shame when the atmosphere of a beautiful place is ruined by a lack of empathy or professionalism towards the staff. And nothing, a hug to the waitress who was really working hard!

17/02/2026: The sandwiches were good and the servers were welcoming. But the bill was way too high: €42 for two sandwiches at €9 each and two glasses of wine at €12 each—that's outrageous! We did ask, but we mistakenly thought that was the price of the two glasses...

15/04/2026: The worst industrial ice cream I've ever eaten. There's nothing Sicilian about this place. The owner (an older man in a suit and tie) always invites you to choose from the menu outside because it's overpriced for table service. The owner's accent is Florentine DOCG, so it's a tourist trap.

18/02/2026: I'm giving it one star because it won't let me give it less. When we arrived, a guy who seemed completely unenthusiastic served us. We ordered a two-scoop ice cream and a Nutella bubble waffle. The first shock came when I saw him take a pre-made bubble waffle batter, reheat it in a kind of waffle iron, add a tiny spoonful of Nutella (in my opinion), and serve it to me. We also ordered a two-scoop ice cream for €6, but the scoops were minuscule and the price was outrageous. Finally, we asked the friendly guy for a couple of chairs since the place has tables but no chairs, and he told us to go sit outside, knowing full well that the table and chairs outside were completely soaked from the rain. We told him, and he just shrugged as if it wasn't his problem. EVERYTHING WAS WRONG.

03/03/2026: It was the first Sunday of the month, so everyone lined up at the restaurant and I had no choice but to sit down and eat. It was expensive, tasteless, and not very good. Koreans, if you see this, please go somewhere else.

02/02/2026: I wouldn't recommend it. It's fine for a quick breakfast, but it's not very good. There are very few breakfast options, and the eggs were very dry. They ran out of the croissants that were included and brought us a rather bad biscotti instead. The bathroom was dirty and had no toilet paper.
