22/04/2025: Crowded on Saturday evenings or on school holidays. Long queues to bring the kids and pick them up. Queue at the cloakroom. Safe enough place for them.

03/07/2025: We stopped here for a breakfast and had 2 espressos and 2 croissants, which cost us near 18 euros. While the bar has a beautiful view and the staff were very polite, the prices were surprisingly high—even compared to other tourist cities similar items usually cost in Pisa around 5 euros or Milan around 10 euros, A lovely spot, but be prepared to pay a premium for the location.

03/07/2025: Terrible service, disorganized, and it takes at least 20 minutes to take an order. Always check the bill because they list the prices incorrectly! Not only do they overcharge (15 euros for an Americano when it was 5 euros), but for some meals, they add 5 euros for table service?!?! It's all disastrous. They only welcome people because of the location.

15/06/2025: There are many factors needed to have a good experience in this restaurant, where I have been already 2 or 3 times. First they have to be in a good mood, then they have to decide if their terrace with empty tables is "full" or not. Third you have to avoid asking for anything that is outside of their standard format. For example, my wife wants a first course and I want a sandwich. Well, if all these conditions are met then you can also be fine. Otherwise they treat you badly and you leave angry.

27/05/2025: Pranzo in famiglia era il compleanno di mio padre abbiamo ordinato e non sono arrivati tutti i piatti, piatti senza sapore sopratutto spaghetti allo scoglio, c’era un uomo in sala molto scorbutico non è possibile che nel 2025 non abbiano un menù cartaceo sopratutto per le persone anziane , appena gliel’ho chiesto mi ha risposto pure male..!! Spero migliorino che così fanno poca strada

25/05/2025: Delusione . Grande delusione. Citato come una variante “veloce” del Cibreo ( ristorante )… ma proprio no! Tavolini angusti, quello assegnato, lato ingresso locale, abbiamo pranzato con un via vai continuo di persone a 2 cm dal piatto . Piatto al singolare proprio perché ci siamo alzati nel più breve tempo possibile visto il caotico via vai. Non mi aspettavo le posate avvolte in un tovagliolo di carta verde. Non mi aspettavo un calice di chardonnay portato già bel bicchiere, mediocre, a 8 euro. Non mi aspettavo un piatto di tagliolini ( burro e cacio ) palesemente conditi con un preparato già assemblato (confermato dallo scorcio in cucina nell’ attesa di pagare il conto -salato- alla cassa). Mai più.

27/04/2025: Después de grandes esperanzas estábamos muy decepcionados con el peor servicio en toda Florencia. Excelente comida pero personal de camarero grosero y desdeñoso. No recomiendo. Sobrevalorado.

07/06/2025: The food we can say is decent, the environment especially the first floor it was scorching hot windows closed, no air conditioning already there the matter was sad, then you decide to take something fresh you order two sundaes that as soon as you open them seemed expired with a look to say downright disgusting. 01/06/2025: Thursday night we went to Burger King and had to wait 50 minutes to get nuggets, fries and a coke even though the place was almost empty. The food was good and the place was decent

20/05/2025: Very unfriendly staff were very rude when we asked for a table. We were just waiting to talk to them in a corner without bothering anyone, in the street (which is a public place), and they pushed us out saying that we were making other customers nervous by just standing up there. One of the worst experiences we’ve had in Florence!

12/05/2025: Friday night I ordered a cocktail that I often have when I go. There were a lot of people and you complained that it would waste your time preparing it. You could have simply told me not to take it but instead you made fun of me by saying "that's a fagot drink". You told me twice while I was being served. I don't know guys, see if that seems right to you.

11/05/2025: Wine was served in a plastic cup. They said there was a water problem in Florence. All the other bars seemed to be “normal”, I didn’t really understand. I didn’t like the prosciutto crudo. It was tough and smelled old. Plus: the waiter was super friendly

23/04/2025: Llegamos del vuelo al hotel sobre las 23:00. Y nos apetecía tomar algo tras el día de viaje. Nos dimos una vuelta y nos pareció coqueto. Vimos un par de establecimiento antes donde ponía aperol spritz 3,50... Tomamos 2 aperol y 1 caña tostada y una rubia...y nos han cobrado una barbaridad. 32 euros. No se si es porque somos españoles y hemos pagado la novatada pero es una barbaridad. Sentados en 2 banquetas en una esquina ..todo un lujo.

29/05/2025: Cozy place, with separate entrances between the bar and the restaurant. The dishes to order are chosen from the counter and then served at the tables. The quality is fair, even if the choice of the day is not very wide. Prices are normal
