27/08/2025: A rather basic restaurant in the Impruneta community center (but I believe it's independently run). Everything was fine; the coccoli appetizers were delicious, and the pizza was decent. Friendly service.

24/08/2025: Nothing special, small portions, little cacio e pepe that tasted like supermarket oil, Tuscan starter with just 3 slices of ham, salami and a crostini €14!

27/03/2026: The staff is extremely rude. They clearly don't like tourists and make it very clear. They make no effort to speak English and speak Italian as fast as possible so you can't understand. Overpriced. We do not recommend this place. There are plenty of other places where the staff are decent and friendly.

19/01/2026: Small but amazing place! We enjoyed delicious hot meals. The atmosphere is very warm and the simple, efficient service is very pleasant. I highly recommend it. A French couple visiting the beautiful city of Florence, Italy. Grazie 👍

23/11/2025: I was extremely disappointed by the experience. The staff's attitude was unacceptable: a complete lack of respect, almost nonexistent professionalism, and a completely inappropriate way of addressing customers. It's not normal to be treated this way. I sincerely hope this place takes action, because this cannot continue.

31/10/2025: I wish I could give this place a better review, but I simply cannot. I came here on two separate occasions -- the first time I ordered a cappuccino, the waitress was extremely nice, and I had a great experience. The second time however was very different. The waitress was nice; but the bartender was extremely short with us. I got the impression we were simply not welcome. The cappuccinos she made were mostly milk foam, with a hint of coffee. If the experience was consistent, I would recommend it. As it stands, I do not.

04/04/2026: You're lured into the restaurant with a very friendly attitude, but under false pretenses. The menus shown on the notice board outside looked completely different in reality. Even the fries and salad were awful. The fries were incredibly soggy, and a tiny portion cost €8!!!!?! The meat was like shoe leather, and the salad was partly rotten and, I'm pretty sure, unwashed. Not to mention the general cleanliness 🫣. Mayonnaise was served in small dipping dishes and looked like it was left over from the previous customer.... It's a shame you can't upload photos here. The price-performance ratio was completely off. The following evening, we ate at another restaurant for the same price and had a much more luxurious and sophisticated meal in comparison. I consider this place a typical tourist trap. I would never go there again!

04/04/2026: We were waiting 20 minutes for water and a glass of wine - they forgot, it could happen. But the food they brought was disaster. "Carbonara" were actually a scrumbled eggs and some ham. Pasta itself was totally overcooked. We had to ask them for a change. They prepared it once again and it was better but no guancialle in carbonara but at least it was creamy and not overcooked. I do not recommend this restaurant at all. It is a tourist trap.

06/08/2025: Never on time and no mention of minutes........ They have to call back several times then maybe it arrives........ CRAZY.

19/07/2025: Leaving aside the pizza, which isn't the worst I've ever eaten, but it's close, I ordered at 7:55 PM and the two pizzas arrived at 9:15 PM (I live really close by). But it didn't end there: the delivery man, after delivering the pizzas, complained that he'd have to ring the doorbell again so I could reopen the gate for him on his way out, exclaiming, "What a shitty place!" and walking away annoyed. I was shocked.

04/04/2026: The staff was awful—especially the Asian waitress and the dark-skinned waiter. The Asian woman practically told us to our faces when we said we weren't ready yet. The only pleasant and helpful person was the Indian woman (maybe). The rest were bearable. Their saving grace is the location!

03/04/2026: Largely good, came in at a non-busy time and seems like people steer clear because of ratings. High priced for Italy for sure, but average for most city or city-adjacent Americans (aka majority of tourists). The lasagna was very good and definitely the one thing you should order, don't really go for anything else unless reviews thumbs it up. Service is very good and accommodating, didn't feel like I wasn't wanted in the restaurant like some fully Italian-owned places.

14/06/2025: The croissants were stale and the coffee had a burnt flavor. Disappointed.

11/06/2025: Great place, perfect for some frozen lemon and rum slushies – 10/10. Great music and top-notch service.

17/04/2026: We came twice because we loved the food so much! There's a good selection, it's refined, very good value for money, the fruit juices are fresh and natural, the service is excellent with a very friendly welcome and staff who speak several languages, the location is very pleasant, not too sunny, near the Ponte Vecchio. It was perfect!

12/04/2026: The prices not displayed, VERY HIGH, for a juice (in reality it was half for the size) €6, a coffee €3 and two croissants €6 (most likely frozen) paid €15 in total, a disgrace.

01/07/2025: Non sanno che significa stare al pubblico ! I pezzi salati (panini etc.) non portano mai il cartellino del costo. Schiacciatina tonda di circonferenza 11 cm al costo di 5 euro con formaggio e melanzane. Un succo di frutta, normalissimo 3,50 euro al supermercato il solito a 1,50 euro ! Non c'è male come ricarico !

22/06/2025: Excelente servicio para nuestro grupo escolar. Buena comida. Preciosa decoración en un espacio fresco. Los 3 platos eran muy sabrosos y frescos. Nuestro camarero trabajó muy duro y era encantador.
