27/04/2025: Location molto bella nel centro di Firenze. Personale attento, veloce e gentile. Cibo buono nella norma, niente di speciale ma gustoso e abbondante.

26/04/2025: Siamo in via Tornabuoni, in un chiostro di un palazzo storico. Arredamento elegante ma no sfarzoso, tavoli distanziati, ragazzi che servono cortesi e svegli. Qualità pizza top nei suoi ingredienti. Vale assolutamente la pena spendere un paio di euro in più per avere tutto questo.

05/03/2025: Horrible place,we ordered one, and they brought another, much more expensive, they wanted to cheat in this way.

06/02/2025: Congratulations, there were 3 of us for lunch today, we ate very well. The delicious cold cuts platter with "coccoli" (which we didn't know coming from Rome). I had the brie and truffle gnocchi and they were truly delicious! Nice atmosphere and very friendly staff. Well done!

20/02/2025: I went in the past under the old management and it was a well-kept place with a wide choice of pastries, I honestly didn't like it, poor quality and honestly the products we chose were not fresh.

11/01/2025: Pastas normal. Staff not knowledgeable about coffee and cocktails. Large and spacious place with outdoor tables.

25/04/2025: I am a regular customer of the restaurant. I also went there for Easter lunch, together with my son and other family members, and I had the confirmation of how welcoming and pleasant it is. With a reasonable expense, we consumed delicious and abundant dishes, both land and sea. The staff, as usual, kind and helpful.

23/09/2024: For my birthday on 9/14/24 I invited a small group of friends to the Narciso rooftop, ordering platters and mixed fingerfood of my choice a little in advance for the occasion. All very fresh, delicious and plentiful. Excellent drink and staff dedicated to us and very kind. The view of the Duomo crowns the beautiful and private location. If the evening starts to get a little too cool, have no fear: the toast and cake can be served at the internal restaurant. Highly recommended for both an aperitif, a romantic after-dinner or a themed dinner with excellent music.

13/09/2024: An excellent aperitif with a splendid view of the city of Florence. Great cocktails and good food. Friendly and qualified staff. Highly recommended.

01/05/2025: We arrived at 5.40pm, we ordered two cutting boards and at 6.20pm they had not yet arrived but this is not the main problem, the biggest problem was that a friend of mine went to ask how long it would take for the cutting board to arrive in a polite way and a curly-haired, slightly short employee allowed himself to answer in a very rude and impolite way, I can understand that it takes a while to prepare everything but I don't accept this behaviour, if you don't know how to be in the public eye, lock yourself in an office, at public you must always be polite and kind and above all you must have the desire to work. Fortunately, another tall employee with short black hair has arrived, very kind and polite, everyone should learn from her.

29/04/2025: Food is average at best and the prices are reasonable. Wait staff are not very friendly and there's only one bathroom! Crowd is very young, mostly late teens to early 20s.

19/03/2025: Cold burgers, frozen bread looks like it was in the fridge, for €18 per burger one expects quality, they are 10 times better than mc honestly

16/03/2025: I return after a year, and I find a clear worsening, 1 hour of waiting for a cold and tasteless hamburger, everyone at the table serves us like this, low quality food, even the dessert is not good, noise and heat are the side dishes, there is not a shred of quality, nor cleanliness, they make us sit at a table, cleared by putting the placemats back on and they don't even clean it a bit, everything in a hurry and cheap, I can say that in Florence it is the place where I ate worse, much worse.

09/04/2025: Posto carino e personale gentile. Sono venuta con delle amiche ed è stata una piacevole esperienza. La pizza è molto buona e ci sono anche molte opzioni, tra cui anche senza glutine altrettanto buona. Consiglio, ma forse conviene prenotare.

29/03/2025: Ve lo Consiglio se in zona si mangia Bene prodotti di Qualità e molta scelta, siamo arrivati che il locale era vuoto ed in tre secondi si si è riempito!

06/01/2025: As a child I always went there with my parents, now I go with my children. Unfortunately I have to say that every time it's a little worse. The last time on December 28th the stove wasn't even turned on at 4.30pm and at 6pm they told us it was closing time. It's a shame because the chocolate they make is really good and so are the pastries, which however are a bit limited.

16/04/2025: Unexpected evening, I'll start by saying that since they were inside the Gigli market I was already a regular customer, but like this time, really shameful. The attitude of the cashier "perhaps responsible for this evening" is truly unprofessional, it is pointed out to him that the dish that has arrived has a terrible smell, he picks up the dish and without even saying "Sorry, I'll do it again" takes it away and disappears, not a word. After seeing countless courses come out we decide to pay the bill and only at that moment the same person who had collected the dish deigns to say that it's there, she'll make it again as a take-away, numerous other courses they were out and not ours "he didn't even say a word about it" to our no the dish is absolutely not paid for "what information did the cashier give us?! none!!" and furthermore, when these things happen and you intend to redo the dishes, they are redone as a priority. At the end of everything I also notice the inclusion of the cover charge, i.e. 4 people when there were 3 of us eating given that my small child neither used the cutlery nor the glass nor even ate "in the true sense of the word" anything. Even to this question of why he was also included given that when we went on other occasions he had never been included and had not had the use of the high chair, I am always told by this person in an unprofessional and annoyed way that for tonight he had been counted for so much cover to pay and that having seen us countless other times the others hadn't included it but on that evening yes!🤦😂so following the cashier's statement the cover charge can be paid as you like every other day?! ............but in my house we read this statement as if to say "hill and hole equals"...you don't want to pay for uneaten food....I'll take money from somewhere else😂. She later handed me the two euros" after looking at her colleague in a clearly annoyed way" as if I were there begging, money that was absolutely not taken because for me it is the seriousness and quality that count and not charity and two euros are certainly more convenient for her than for me. When I go out for dinner or lunch I expect a service that is appropriate to the place, first and foremost the quality of the product, i.e. no expired products served and the professionalism of the staff. Seeing the kind of place at Saba, no one would expect 5-star service, not that they can't have it, but it's a place where the mice dance when the cat isn't there and seeing the staff present, it wouldn't be feasible. 🤷 Certainly, with regret after a very long time I will no longer set foot there.

23/03/2025: Terrible experience even if the dishes that come out of the kitchen are good. Sunday lunch, a fairly quiet environment and a moderate turnout of customers coming and going. We ordered a first course and a salad, after which we were completely forgotten without bringing us bread or anything while we waited. I take the opportunity to see the staff at work, dirty and completely disorganized, shouting at each other between the desk and the room even if they brought earphones with them. After 20 minutes the order arrived, the dishes presented well, in my opinion the pasta was perhaps overcooked but the sauce was good. While I was eating I could smell the cigarette smoke coming at me from the outside door, an employee who with complete nonchalance and carelessness was smoking in the middle of the service not even 1 meter away from the tables. Having made a note of it to one of the waiters, who goes and points it out, the person in question does nothing but continue with his program and even blow smoke into his colleague's face. I get up and ask for the door to be closed. The young lady, after having finished her convenience, enters, blowing the last puff completely inside the room and goes behind the counter, continuing the service as if everything were normal, on the telephone, without even washing her hands. If you don't know how to be in the public eye or at least work in catering, stay at home.

12/03/2025: Cantinetta Allegri closed with COVID.. BUT YOU MUST GO TO THE NEW RESTAURANT THAT IS IN ITS PLACE! Trattoria Maga Mago. Excellent. Local. Not super touristic! Food that is in season. Excellent family owned -chef and service! Carciofi, tagliatelli, and caccio pepe today. We'll go back again this week. The portions were plenty big (in response to old review of the previous business)
