05/01/2026: We stayed at this resort for three nights and had a truly positive experience. The real added value is the staff: wonderful and always available. Special thanks go to Stephane, the bartender and chef, who welcomed us every morning with a smile and spectacular breakfasts: his homemade cakes and brioches are unforgettable! The rooms are lovely and very clean. My only small complaint concerns the housekeeping service: I was disappointed that the bathroom wasn't cleaned daily. Overall, however, it's an excellent property where we would gladly return.

02/01/2026: An evening to forget... I went to this place last night to celebrate my friend's birthday... guys, I swear to God I was cold... I mean, I was eating the whole time wearing a coat and scarf. Does that seem normal to you? Oh well... I ordered my appetizer, which arrived shortly after, and then after a good 40 minutes of waiting, I finally ate my pizza... after everyone had already finished theirs—oh yeah, and obviously cold, not even hot!!... I went home and ate the whole pizza... I will never come to this restaurant again! And I hope you don't come after my review either!!

28/01/2026: We stayed at this property for one night from January 24th to 25th. We're leaving this review hoping it'll be helpful. We have no reason to make up lies about the property. So, we'll just tell the truth. The location is excellent. It's right in the middle of everything a tourist could want, and you can reach it on foot. The welcome is excellent. Mrs. Maria is simply a fantastic person. A woman from another era who warms your heart from the very first words. The housekeeping is excellent. Everything is neat and tidy. However... our night's sleep wasn't at all adequate. We were at level 5 tired. The bed is truly a disaster. It's tilted to one side, so you almost fall to the floor. Plus, there's a strange noise that we couldn't quite figure out, starting after a short break and buzzing for a few dozen minutes. This went on all night. Conclusion. If we return to Florence one day, we'll stop by this property to say hello to Mrs. Maria. We'll also ask if they have a room available without the problems we encountered. And if they do, we'll even stay with them. I hope they can fix it.

24/07/2025: If you're looking for a relaxing time in Milano Marittima, this hotel is definitely for you. It's located just steps from the center, and the beach is excellent and very wide, unlike the usual Emilia-Romagna beach. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. My wife, who was pregnant, had some food restrictions, but they quickly found a solution. Last but not least, the cleanliness was excellent! Highly recommended!

Franco, the owner, is one of those rare individuals who manages to combine product quality with a human touch. The pizza is always delicious, prepared with care even at peak times. Franco creates a welcoming and respectful atmosphere, becoming a positive gathering place for many young people and residents, especially in the evenings. A place where people meet, chat, and have a great time, often over a pizza that everyone agrees on.

10/05/2025: A hidden gem in Florence! Bistro 3 Tavoli literally has 4 tables. My wife and I had our final dinner here, and it was unforgettable. Tiny place, just one person running the show but you’d never know it. Service was smooth, the food was phenomenal. The crostini packed the most flavor of our trip, the tomato soup was comfort in a bowl, and the ravioli was excellent. Great wine, warm atmosphere

05/01/2026: Reasonable prices, great wine selection, fabulous cocktails, tasty snacks and upbeat atmosphere ! Very pleased I stumbled across this intimate local wine bar, the service has been attentive and the bartender made my own gin cocktail to my tastes. You must visit this place if you go to Florence!

This impressive villa, located in the province of Florence, features many spacious rooms and large elegant indoor salons. Outside, there is a beautiful garden with a swimming pool, and an internal courtyard perfect for hosting wedding ceremonies, offering a charming and intimate setting for a memorable celebration.

04/03/2026: I was there last year and was simply disappointed and angry; the location is great, the service is terrible, the pool is a disaster, and the rooms are an absolute no-go.
