10/04/2025: 5 stelle meritatissime! La braceria è un vero e proprio tempio della carne. La qualità delle materie prime è eccezionale, la preparazione è curata nei minimi dettagli e il servizio è impeccabile. Il menu offre una vasta scelta di tagli di carne pregiati. Il prezzo è nella media, considerata la qualità dell'esperienza! Se siete amanti della carne, questo ristorante è un must. Torneremo sicuramente.

25/03/2025: Ottimo servizio Accogliente locale Bella scelta di carne Cottura perfetta una menzione per le patate (sembra strano )ma difficilmente le trovo cotte alla perfezione come queste Camerieri preparati e sorridenti

17/03/2025: Today we went to try this place from the Cartabianca group which is located in via Pratese in Florence, I must say that parking is not easy because it is on a very busy street. Inside the place is not very large but it has a nice veranda, the style is the same as in all Cartabianca places, the service was fast and professional, the coffee and pastries were good, in short, we'll be back.

29/11/2024: Not strictly Florentine restaurant but with some dishes that hark back to local tradition, very good crostini with meat sauce, like tagliatelle with the same sauce, a little less exciting "penne alla carretta", pasta with tomato and cream basically... maybe from review. Service is normal, the guy is kind and friendly. Normal price for a crostini, two first courses, a second course and a dessert: €52.50.

05/04/2025: The wine was undrinkable, we had a glass of chianti but it tasted like alcohol and that was it. The bread is stringy and impossible to chew.

22/02/2025: It was a discovery, we took several pizzas and they were all light and good. The dough was excellent, even quick in preparation, they surprised me. Great 😎

27/03/2025: During a day in Florence we went for lunch at Acero, finding it on gpt chat, good food, Andrea my child specifically said that the rabbit he ate was delicious 🫰, my husband appreciated the pastiera, we had a good time, a 5-star thought goes to Benedetto who welcomed us with education and courtesy and even during lunch!

29/03/2025: Magnifica scoperta. Serata perfetta. Ci siamo affidati al menù di mare, personalizzato dal cuoco che ha tenuto conto da alcune limitazioni, ha progettato ed eseguito un percorso stupendo di sapori. Tempi giusti. Materie prime perfette, cucina celestiale. Quell'uomo è un genio! Non abbiamo optato per il percorso di vini abbinati, che saranno stati sicuramente eccelleti ed appropriati, scegliendo un Gewurztraminer: ottimo. Posizione bella, oltrarno San Frediano al Cestello proprio sulla riva, locale molto originale, a mio gusto bellissimo, comunque ultra-accogliente. Prezzo corretto in rapporto con la qualità, so che ci sono sconti ma non sui menù degustazione: quello di pesce meritava ogni euro. Aspettative assolutamente superate! Grazie!

10/05/2025: A hidden gem in Florence! Bistro 3 Tavoli literally has 4 tables. My wife and I had our final dinner here, and it was unforgettable. Tiny place, just one person running the show but you’d never know it. Service was smooth, the food was phenomenal. The crostini packed the most flavor of our trip, the tomato soup was comfort in a bowl, and the ravioli was excellent. Great wine, warm atmosphere

10/05/2025: We had an incredible meal on our last night in Florence. The wine was fantastic, the food was sublime, and the service impeccable. The owner/chef served us as if we were a guest in his home. Highly recommend!

17/10/2024: Ambiente rustico con cibo di buona qualità...prosciutto veramente buono. Abbiamo preso i pici cacio e pepe e le tagliatelline al ragù di carne: molto buone e cotte al punto giusto. Buoni anche i dolci (il semifreddo ai cantucci è da provare!!!). Personale gentile e titolare simpaticissimo.
