26/05/2025: Half an hour for a really poor sandwich. TO BE AVOIDED AT ALL TIMES Furthermore, I understand that you are changing the cash register but that does not authorize you to answer me badly. Anyway, the beer counter closed at 9.50 despite the law that says to close at 10!!!

21/05/2025: Zero stars, pathetic and very expensive coffee, brioche with empty Nutella, I ask if I can kindly put a little more Nutella and they reply that the management wants them to put 20g of Nutella, absurd not only does it cost a lot of money it's also empty🤔😡

29/05/2025: Unbearable owner. I feel sorry for the employees

29/05/2025: We entered hoping for a pleasant moment, but the experience was immediately ruined. The owner (I suppose) was rude from the first exchange, without any apparent reason. There was almost no one there but the few customers were badly spread out in the outdoor area, so I asked a gentleman who was getting up "ah are you leaving?" in a very calm tone and in fact the gentlemen got up and even made jokes. She turned around and replied "Well, if there are only 2 of you and you make me get up the people who are here too..." in a very annoyed tone. We were shocked, also because we had "booked" and were just waiting for 2 of our friends who were leaving work. Too bad, the place is also nice. I feel sorry for the employees. But the customer management, in this case, completely ruins the experience. Personally, I will not return. And I would not recommend it to anyone. IN FACT I RECOMMEND THE WINE CRUSHER IMMEDIATELY NEXT TO US. SUPER NICE BOYS, THEY WELCOMED US VERY WELL!

02/05/2025: Undeserved bad grades. The food was very good, both the piece of meat and the ragu tortellini. The service was excellent, we got good help choosing the food without being steered towards more expensive dishes.

21/04/2025: Muy mala relación calidad-precio. Muy promedio, el servicio podría ser mucho mejor. Me dijeron que el buffet para el antipasto será de 12 - 13 euros y después de servirme, el camarero se acercó y me dijo que serán 20 euros en su lugar, realmente atractivo. Terminé pagando casi 40 euros por la factura total después de pedir un plato de boloñesa que era realmente pequeña porción y feo presentado, era como estar en un comedor escolar, nada especial. No recomendaría este lugar en absoluto.

14/06/2025: Indisputably beautiful environment, surrounded by greenery and flowering plants. It's a shame the prices are high and the quantities are certainly not abundant. But the most disturbing thing is the rudeness of the young lady who manages the room. We were harshly reprimanded just because a guest joined the reservation already made. Kindness and a welcoming spirit are not at home...

28/05/2025: What an amazing place to eat! The atmosphere is great, full of flowers and plants, not really seeing the restaurant, it is an amazing vivaio. booked for 6 but ended up being 7, they easily accommodated us. Our table was beautifully made! We had starters, main and sides, every dish was delicious and well prepared! If you want some great Italian food, go here!

15/06/2025: Having entered this bar with the simple desire of a coffee, I approached the counter because the cash register, at that moment, was unattended. After ordering, when it was time to pay, I politely asked to use the POS, since I had no cash with me. The bartender, with a decidedly rude attitude - bordering on rudeness - told me that the POS "didn't work" and invited me to go out to withdraw money. A heated exchange ensued, during which the man at the counter claimed that he was not obliged to accept electronic payments. He even invited us to leave the premises, as if we were the ones who wanted to evade payment. At that point, a second person came out from the back, approached the cash register and, as if by magic, the POS suddenly started working again. In certain situations, doubt comes naturally. Not satisfied with the embarrassment, the barista continues to rant even after we regularly paid the bill and obtained the receipt. As a fitting conclusion to a terrible experience, the coffee was terrible. Never again.

27/05/2025: I've always heard good things about this place and now I understand why!! Now I go there almost all the time, fantastic and very friendly staff, location overlooking the Ponte Vecchio really top!! They have excellent ice cream and other delicacies! Service 4/5 Rating 5/5

12/03/2025: Cantinetta Allegri closed with COVID.. BUT YOU MUST GO TO THE NEW RESTAURANT THAT IS IN ITS PLACE! Trattoria Maga Mago. Excellent. Local. Not super touristic! Food that is in season. Excellent family owned -chef and service! Carciofi, tagliatelli, and caccio pepe today. We'll go back again this week. The portions were plenty big (in response to old review of the previous business)

24/04/2025: We had a wonderful lunch here at Agatha. It is really a place where the locals come. Friendly staff, no rush to free up the table, nice little terrace, away from the hordes of tourists.

04/06/2025: Wirklich ein klasse Restaurant. Ich habe 2x hier gegessen, einmal die Spaghetti Carbonara und 1x die Tagliatelle mit Wildschweinragu. Dazu jeweils einen gemischten Salat. Der Hauserin hat ebenfalls prima geschmeckt und die Pasta war jeweils auf den Punkt. Eine klare Empfehlung, da in dieser Straße ein Restaurant am anderen liegt und auch ein paar Nieten dabei sind.

05/05/2025: Un buen restaurante cerca del ferrocarril principal que sirve auténtica comida local, incluyendo un excelente tiramisú casero. El servicio fue amable y eficiente. Muy recomendable.
