24/06/2025: Very nice property but the rooms were pretty dated and generally weren’t cleaned very well. A fair number of spider webs with bugs in them that should’ve been cleaned as they were super obvious.
Otherwise the staff were very friendly

I stopped by Pompi to buy a tiramisu on my way, hoping to enjoy it on the train — I had such good memories of it
But the tiramisu was too old, and the staff was very unfriendly
I’m never going back to Pompi😔

We not only found peace, relaxation and delicious food in this little paradise, but also warm hosts and a beautiful, lovingly furnished apartment that leaves nothing to be desired.

04/05/2025: Excellent restaurant in the center of San Casciano in Val di Pesa, among the Chianti hills. Impeccable service, lovely environment with lots of references to cats. Excellent dishes, I don't give my best only for the temperature of the cut which was not optimal but in a mixed grill it can happen. Excellent wine map!

The pizza is very good, well leavened, well garnished and does not remain indigestible.
There is no table service but the owners are very kind, helpful and friendly.
Simple but very well kept environment.
I often go there to get takeaway too.

30/05/2025: Esperienza piacevolissima! Abbiamo mangiato in terrazza dove ci siamo goduti anche una bella vista sulla campagna del Chianti. Locale molto accogliente e curato, pizza molto buona ed il personale é stato gentile e attento.
