01/09/2025: Great ice cream and a good spritz. This is where the locals meet. The fact that it's practically self-service isn't a disadvantage. People meet at the bar, and even the local police officers drink their espresso here. Italy, life!

25/07/2025: A friendly pizzeria in a residential area with parking. Perfect for those looking for a casual meal after arriving at Florence Airport. The pizzas are excellent, and the menu is typically Florentine. We'd happily return anytime.

13/08/2025: Beautiful, welcoming space with live music. From 6:30 PM to approximately 8:30 PM, there's an all-you-can-eat aperitif buffet for €16.00. There's also a pizzeria, but I haven't tried it yet. I'll be back. Inside, there's a nice lounge with a library available to guests. Wi-Fi for studying and working.

13/08/2025: Beautiful location, renovated prison in the Santa Cruz neighborhood of Florence. Apartments, a charming bar, and excellent service. Cultural center.

17/08/2025: I went to this restaurant for an event they were organizing (aperitif dinner). The atmosphere was lovely, the food was excellent, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the decor was well-maintained. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommended.

24/05/2025: Unfortunately there are some unprofessional and unhelpful staff members who create discomfort and disorganization to the proposed service.

10/06/2025: We attended for a birthday with about thirty people. Informal but nice atmosphere, in the nice weather the tables are outside under a canopy. The swimming pool with deck chairs and umbrellas is also nice. The evening was pleasant even if they started serving us quite late, 9.30pm. However the entertainment was really pleasant even if the volume is high so it is not suitable for those who want to chat in peace. After dinner the music was loud and we danced on the tables!!

29/04/2025: I was in this place on a Monday evening, i.e. the evening of the events, and I understood that it is simply the evening of the chicken spinner.... Everything is expensive starting from the theoretically free parking but you pay €5 without any receipt obviously, not to mention the sky-high prices of the drinks.... I think it is better to go there on the other days of the week.

12/07/2025: Durante un reciente viaje a Florencia con mi familia, tuvimos el placer de descubrir Il Santino, un acogedor y elegante bar de vinos que rápidamente se convirtió en una de nuestras paradas favoritas. Aunque pequeño en tamaño, Il Santino ofrece gran ambiente y calidad. El interior es cálido e íntimo, con un ambiente relajado y agradable que te hará sentir instantáneamente como en casa. Está claro que este lugar es amado tanto por los lugareños como por los viajeros. La selección de vinos es excelente, centrada en vinos Italiano y especialmente toscanos, con opciones para todos los paladares. El personal fue amable, conocedor y feliz de ayudarnos a guiarnos a través de sus ofertas. Cada vino que probamos fue excelente, con maridajes bien pensados sugeridos en todo momento. Lo que realmente nos impresionó fue la comida del bar. Mucho más que una nota al margen, los platos pequeños eran deliciosos y estaban bellamente preparados. Desde carnes curadas y quesos hasta bocados de temporada, todo era fresco y lleno de sabor, perfecto para acompañar los vinos. Il Santino es el tipo de lugar al que puedes ir a tomar una copa rápida y terminar pasando la noche allí. Ya sea que seas un amante del vino o simplemente estés buscando un lugar local especial en Florencia, esta pequeña joya definitivamente vale la pena una visita.

06/04/2025: Ottima cucina con possibilità di asporto o di consumazione sul posto. Menù variegato, per tutti i gusti. Buoni i vini. Occorre munirsi di pazienza perché al bancone sono solo in due, una per la preparazione delle pietanze e l’altra per il servizio. Nei weekend è preso d’assalto e il tutto si traduce in tempi di attesa un po’ esasperati. Consigliato comunque per la cortesia e la qualità offerta!

06/09/2025: The bread was crunchy and airy but not tough. It was perfecto!! You kind of build your own sandwich but they will hold your hand if needed. Delish, would highly recommend.

15/07/2025: Very good food but the service needs serious review. The €3 tip per person isn't indicated on the menu, but it's a legal requirement. We were rushed to order upon arrival, then they tried to force us to tip via the machine. We didn't leave it because we didn't appreciate the service (which was very rushed), and the server allowed himself to sulk without even a goodbye. As someone who works in the industry myself, I find this kind of practice completely unacceptable. Service is an integral part of the experience. Here, he ruins it.
