07/03/2026: Great spot!!! Right in the center of Florence next tò San Lorenzo market. This spot besides tò be so central is an authentic gem. Relax atmosphere and great welcoming. You feel tò be a local. Wine and food Is delicious. Definetly reccomended

12/10/2025: I went with a group, and the person who took us there said he'd met the owner while he was in the hospital. Considering how much we spent, not to mention the wine we were offered because of this "acquaintance," I wasn't very satisfied.

19/10/2025: Excellent pastry shop in Sesto Fiorentino, in the Zambra area. With parking and a small outdoor play area, they specialize in creating all kinds of designer cakes! Their sugar paste and cookie figures are excellent quality, colorful, and beautifully crafted. They also print digital photos on the cake for an equally perfect effect. When we pick them up, we've always been amazed by the color combinations and details. Highly recommended!

15/02/2026: Highly discouraged on Valentine's Day. The set menu prices aren't clearly displayed, and portion sizes aren't listed. So you end up eating a 1.5 kg steak for almost €60 without even having the option of choosing a smaller cut. The side dishes are even worse: the chalkboard inside the restaurant says they cost between €5 and €7, so you might think that when the waiter offers you a mix of side dishes, that's the price, but it's not. They charge you for all three, which comes to almost €18. Otherwise, the atmosphere is nice and the food is good, but definitely not good enough to spend €90 for two.

02/10/2025: My brother-in-law and I thought it was our best typically Italian experience. Our server, probably the owner, was friendly and welcoming. The small courtyard in the back made us feel like we were being invited by a friend. Super good and huge pizza. Very affordable price without compromising on quality. I recommend it 100%.

02/03/2026: BE WARNED CHARGED 600€ EXTRA TO MAKE RESERVATION We dined at this Michelin-starred restaurant last year. The food was par for expectations, but our experience was overshadowed by serious and unresolved billing issues. When booking months in advance, we had to make a few minor adjustments to our reservation due to normal travel changes — including simply shifting the time slightly later in the evening. Each modification triggered a €200 charge. At no point during the booking process was it clearly disclosed that these charges were non-refundable for every individual change. There was no transparent warning that even small adjustments would permanently forfeit €200 each time. This is especially unreasonable for an international destination restaurant where travel plans can change easily. Charging and retaining €200 for minor time adjustments — without clear, prominent disclosure — is disproportionate. After dining (our bill was approximately €500), we ultimately paid over €1,100 due to more than €600 in duplicate reservation charges. When we contacted the restaurant, they acknowledged this was a “known issue” but refused to correct it and instructed us to dispute it with our credit card provider. By the time we discovered the error, the dispute window had expired. The restaurant then stopped responding. Under EU consumer protection standards, fees must be transparent, clearly disclosed, and proportionate. Retaining €600 in undisclosed, duplicate reservation charges raises serious concerns about fair commercial practice. I strongly advise future guests to monitor reservation charges very carefully. Based on our experience, making changes — even minor ones — can result in substantial non-refundable fees that are not clearly communicated upfront.

26/02/2026: After wide researching, this restaurant offered the best tasting menu in Florence. Beautiful restaurant in an easy location. Service was kind and attentive. Unbelievable that this is 1 Michelin and not 2! Every plate was truly delicious and packed a real tasting punch. What I liked most was the staff who were very warm and professional. As a lone diner I was really well looked after. The chef is inventive without being crazy. The whole kitchen team is very, very skilled especially the Sous. Will be my number 1 recommendation for Michelin dining in Florence.

03/02/2026: The pastry shop is excellent and historic. The few stars are for a reason: The only flaw is the prices. It feels like you're in the center of Florence, in front of the Duomo. I don't think the location justifies them. What a shame!

28/12/2025: Good morning! I stayed at this property for one day between December 27th and 28th. I booked half board with dinner included. Paid €225. Francesca, the girl at reception, welcomed us and advised us that checkout was at 10:00, not 11:00 as previously stated (I had a printed sheet). Then at dinner, the young man serving us paid no attention. He acted as if we were eating for FREE. We ordered 2022 Inalbi Chianti wine, which cost €22, but at the cashier they charged us a reserve wine for €28. The young man asked me if we wanted second courses🫣... Desserts weren't even offered. Not even coffee. Even though they were included in half board. We ordered vin santo. My husband ordered canticci. They brought mine without cantucci. They made me pay for everything that was already paid for😏 The next morning, I told the front desk about their rude behavior toward us. The only thing I heard was "SORRY." Bad. I just feel like I made a bad impression. And I feel cheated.

19/12/2025: A wonderful place, nestled amidst olive groves and vineyards. Agriturismo Inalbi is situated in a very peaceful location, is impeccably maintained, and is a perfect place to relax. I received a very warm welcome and was given a lovely, simply furnished room. In the evening, I dined at the restaurant: a true hidden gem. The food was delicious, the service was incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere was wonderfully authentic. Not to forget the products made by Inalbi: excellent wine and incredibly delicious olive oil! I highly recommend this accommodation and the restaurant!

27/02/2026: A typical atmosphere in the heart of a covered market, with a warm, family welcome far removed from tourist traps. The food is simple, good, and hearty, excellent value for money, and the service is quick and friendly. A welcome break after sightseeing. Just steps away from a small flea market.

12/03/2026: The dough at Pizzeria Antica Porta in Florence is known for its high digestibility, achieved thanks to a long leavening process and the use of sourdough starter. They use stone-ground flours, often enriched with wheat germ, and offer special doughs, including an organic version with 5 grains, turmeric, and poppy seeds. Highly recommended!
