17/11/2025: The restaurant is very welcoming, and the service was impeccable from start to finish. The dishes are tasty and beautifully presented, with fresh ingredients and generous portions. The atmosphere is pleasant, although the design is slightly Chinese-inspired, which I wasn't expecting, but overall it's still well-kept and pleasant. A great experience: I'll gladly return!

31/10/2025: A sushi restaurant in a class of its own! Delicious and sophisticated dishes, it stands out from traditional Japanese restaurants for its variety of dishes and unique offerings, with special uramaki and tataki of a different kind. The wine list is also excellent, with a wide selection.

22/11/2025: I went for dinner last night. Excellent burger place on the outskirts of Florence. I had a great time, the burgers were excellent!! You'll want more, even the fries and the various types of bread!! I recommend it to everyone!! Wide selection of beers Affordable price considering these times.

02/11/2025: At Ciccia e Briciole, I took a dip into the past. The burger I found before me was exactly the one I ate as a kid: giant, juicy, and even beautiful to look at (which never hurts). The service? Fast and friendly—and for a vegetarian like me, that's not a given. I asked for a few ingredients to be changed, and the kitchen obliged with a smile. In an age where fast food seems designed by Photoshop wizards, Ciccia e Briciole serves exactly what it promises: authentic flavor, good bread, and guaranteed satisfaction. P.S. We had two eggplant parmigiana burgers: a classic one with a spinach bun and a vegetarian one with a turmeric bun. The result: chewy happiness.

09/12/2025: My girlfriend and I had dinner at Pesce, Fritto e Bollicine to celebrate my birthday, and we were truly delighted with the experience. It's a beautiful, well-kept restaurant with an excellent selection of seafood dishes. We shared excellent seafood spaghetti, and for main courses, fried fish from Amerini and baked gurnard with a side of vegetables. It's impossible not to appreciate the absolute quality of the ingredients and the preparation of the dishes. The desserts are also worthy of a special mention, truly exquisite.

05/12/2025: This was our second visit to Saporium and probably will be our last. It was just an OK experience nothing really stand out or special about the food, staff or overall experience. Looking back I think when we dined here last year Ricardo was the reason we had such a great time. It's a shame he's not there anymore. Ricardo, you will be missed!

08/11/2025: We recently had the pleasure of dining at Saporium Firenze, and the entire experience was memorable from start to finish. Nestled in a refined and beautifully curated setting, the restaurant immediately stands out for its atmosphere – elegant yet warm, with an attention to design that sets the tone for what’s to come. The service was truly impeccable. From the welcome to the final goodbye, the staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and always professional, without ever being too formal. Every detail was carefully managed, making us feel genuinely looked after throughout the evening. We decided to go all in and try all three tasting menus – vegan, seafood, and meat – and it turned out to be a fantastic way to explore the full range of the chef’s creativity. The presentation of each course was visually stunning, with a clear focus on seasonality, balance, and technique. Most dishes were truly excellent – refined yet flavorful, innovative without being excessive. There were a couple of courses that felt a bit less convincing in terms of flavor combinations or impact, but these were rare exceptions in an otherwise impressive sequence. A special mention goes to the cocktail bar next door, owned by the same team. We highly recommend arriving a bit earlier and enjoying a pre-dinner drink there. The mixology is on point, the ambiance is sophisticated, and it sets the mood perfectly for the evening ahead. In summary, Saporium is a fine dining experience that lives up to expectations – thanks to the quality of the ingredients, the care put into each dish, the beautiful setting, and a staff that clearly takes pride in what they do. We had a wonderful evening and we’re happy to recommend it to anyone looking for something special in Florence.

30/11/2025: The pizza and farinata were delicious! The waiter was very friendly and helpful! The only downside: besides not being able to pay by debit card, which should be mandatory by now, you have to explicitly ask for a receipt because they don't issue one!

From the very beginning, Elisabetta was incredibly responsive, kind, and attentive. She patiently answered all of our questions, offered thoughtful recommendations when we asked, and worked tirelessly to ensure that our wedding reflected exactly what we envisioned. By the end of the wedding weekend, we genuinely felt like part of the Palagina family. The entire staff was amazing. Every member of the team went above and beyond to make sure our guests felt welcomed, comfortable, and happy. Their genuine care and attention to detail were evident in every interaction and moment of the weekend. The catering provided by the venue was absolutely exceptional — without a doubt the best wedding food I’ve ever had — and it perfectly complemented the elegance of the setting. The grounds themselves are immaculate and breathtaking. Every corner of Palagina is pure perfection, from the sweeping views to the beautifully maintained gardens and intimate spaces. Every detail felt thoughtfully curated to create a magical atmosphere. We are endlessly grateful for the kindness, dedication, and expertise of Elisabetta and the Palagina team. They made sure my husband and I had the best wedding we could have imagined, and their warmth and professionalism truly enhanced every aspect of our celebration. We cannot recommend Palagina highly enough to any couple looking for a stunning, welcoming, and perfectly executed wedding venue.
