17/08/2025: As I am not from around, I found this place and man, packed with locals and I can see why! Everything in here is so amazing an delicious! Sadly I don't have enough time to taste everything before I leave! But I highly recommend others to pay a visit! I felt submerged with the local residentials! Simply amazing!

17/07/2025: A clean, tidy, and modern pastry shop with smiling, extremely friendly staff. The croissants are delicious—after one, you'll already want another. The barley coffee is delicious and creamy. The mini pastries are delicious. We'll definitely be back.

10/09/2025: Excellent cut. Service is a bit slow and prices are quite high, but I'd recommend it.

22/08/2025: If you're looking for classic Italian food, this is a great place to go. It's inexpensive and really good. They also have a nice wine selection.

30/08/2025: Excellent quality ingredients. Just steps from the Ponte Vecchio. Schiacciata is sensational, an explosion of flavors that will fill you up for an entire meal. The price is right for both the location and the quality. Highly recommended! P.S. If you're craving a little dessert after the schiacciata, I highly recommend the cantuccio with figs (very popular).

31/08/2025: The location undoubtedly creates a pleasant atmosphere. The quality of the pizza is average, but the prices are a bit exaggerated and not transparent; you see them on the menu, but if you're in a group, you're not given a detailed bill, just the total, so you don't actually know how much you were charged. I found this ploy a bit mischievous... First time in a restaurant I've been told that the bill is only printed if one person pays for everyone!!! 🙃🙄😅

30/08/2025: Conveniently located near the highway. A typical Tuscan restaurant with delicious food and friendly service. We had to make do without Italian.

29/08/2025: In the afternoon, it's a large food court. The market is only open in the morning. It was too crowded and too hot for me.

29/08/2025: A great market spread over two floors, with an incredible selection of food. Unfortunately, it's quite expensive. But it's a great building and worth a visit!

14/08/2025: We first shopped here 32 years ago. Since then, we've regularly bought products like truffle salami and fennel salami from Germany. We love the taste and can recommend pretty much anything from Falorni.

20/07/2025: We have been going here for over 20 years. Food was just amazing on our visit July 2025 as it was 20 years ago. It is high end seafood but worth it. You will see a lot of locals here. Not turisty.

27/08/2025: A very nice garden and balcony for outdoor seating, quiet, on a hill on the outskirts of Florence. A small, fine menu.

08/09/2025: My husband and I were really looking forward to this restaurant for our honeymoon and personally left feeling like it was MEH? Which was disappointing. First, I have to say the ambiance and restaurant is beautiful. We briefly met the owner at the beginning of our meal and he was very nice. However, the rest of the meal/experience fell short. Our waiter was pushy, rude and continuously tried to have us order a very expensive bottle of wine. I understand it’s their job to provide recommendations but it was very pushy and forward; which left a bad taste in our mouth and felt as if we couldn’t say no. The other recommendations he made were the pear ravioli, pappardelle with boar and the filet covered in balsamic. We took these recommendations because it seemed as though, it was a common order. Pear ravioli was fantastic and pappardelle was good but not much different than other boar meat pastas we’ve tried in Italy. Personally, the balsamic filet tasted as if the filet was covered in ketchup….not my favorite. My husband also ordered the veal Marsala which tasted like pork chops and applesauce. Overall, given our pushy waiter and the meh food (that we ordered) I give it a 2/5. I thought the restaurant was beautiful and the pear ravioli was really something to rave about; but otherwise I think you can go to any other restaurant in Florence and enjoy amazing food without feeling pressured into ordering/having certain dishes. They also picked the tip percentage themselves, which we weren’t going to argue but I would’ve left less given the issue with our waiter.
