Really delicious schiacciata! We were looking for a gluten-free place in Florence, and I have to say this one was 100% what we were looking for... very cute place inside, friendly staff, we ate really well, the schiacciata are super filling and they're very quick to serve! Great prices, especially for the quantity and the really good ingredients!

This is a small place that doesn't take reservations. A little paradise for celiacs. The cheeses are also available lactose-free, which I found wonderful! I tried the schiacciate tasting, which was truly delicious with local ingredients and sophisticated pairings. Highly recommended!

I went here this summer with a friend to eat schiacciata and the platters: everything is gluten-free and really delicious, you can't tell the difference at all. The schiacciata was excellent, maybe even a little too indulgent compared to what we usually try to eat 😄 The desserts are also excellent. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back. Today I just stopped by to take a few photos, but I couldn't stop. The place is small, you can make reservations, but you can also eat inside.

Al dente pasta with flavorful sauces so rich they seem homemade (their Carbonara is dangerously addictive). ​Their strong point is that they don't shy away from portion sizes: the standard portion starts at 120g, which is a great starting point to avoid returning to the office hungry, but for really tough days, they offer XL and Double versions. ​The staff are the icing on the cake: friendly, fast, and—believably—still smiling despite the lunchtime chaos. The atmosphere is quiet, and the outdoor tables are perfect for enjoying a bit of fresh air between rigatoni. Highly recommended if you're looking for substance without too many frills.

02/05/2026: The beef strips with shaved Parmesan and rocket was great. The "chips" were really chipped shaped, but tasted as they should. Recommend!
07/04/2026: A trattoria where you eat excellently. The chef, a gentleman who cooks with old-fashioned passion, all his dishes are tasty and delicious. The owner couple are very helpful and kind!
