Great pizzeria. Delicious pizzas. It's worth noting that this is exclusively a pizzeria. Therefore, no pasta dishes or similar. But the food is a real treat.

This pizza place was recommended by a local and it did not disappointed. Actually it exceeded our expectations. The pizza was absolutely delicious. We tried couple if them, from the classic and modern menu. The crust is just right, thin but the edges were just crisped to perfection 🤤. The staff was very friendly. If visited in a evening hours I would recommend to make the reservation. I reserved online which was very easy. I highly recommend it 👌👌

We went on a Saturday night. The pizzas were fantastic, the service excellent and fast, and all in a very elegant setting. What can I say? We'll be back soon.

30/06/2026: We have visited Villa Schiatti multiple times and are always extremely happy to be there. Laura, Eva, Frederika, and Aleen are an incredible team and make everyone feel welcome and cared for each day. Manuela, Angela, and the kitchen/serving team are additionally exceptional. Each meal is fantastic and served with great hospitality. The rooms are well appointed, spacious, and comfortable. Beds are just right and linens are soft. The pool is a fabulous way to unwind and relax at the end of a day of exploration. We couldn't recommend Villa Schiatti and team more!
16/06/2026: I recently stayed at Villa Schiatti again and cannot recommend it enough. Tucked away on a beautiful hill near Cortona, this restored 19th-century monastery offers the ultimate peaceful Tuscan escape. The views from the panoramic terrace and the sparkling pool are absolutely breathtaking. The hospitality is amazing. I felt like returning family.. The entire staff is there to make your day the best day ! The food was a major highlight—we enjoyed some of the best meals and wines we've ever tasted at their on-site restaurant. Be sure to try their homemade cakes and breakfast spread! Aleen's knowledge of the area and the personal knowledge and relationships is evident in every aspect of your trip. This is how to enjoy life.
