We stopped for lunch... With an excellent starter of tagliolini with truffles... Lots of stuff.... really good and tasty... The kindness and courtesy of the waiter really pampers you... Excellent restaurant with Casentino tradition. Acqua cotta is excellent, and the cantuccini with vin santo is a must. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The hotel is perfectly located for visiting the Sanctuary of La Verna and exploring the many surrounding trails. The owners are very kind and professional, and the food deserves a special mention...truly excellent! With traditional local recipes prepared the way they used to be! Truly exceptional. Well done!

19/02/2026: A heavenly tasting experience! ​We opted for the seven-course tasting menu, which, all things considered, turned out to be quite generous (five would probably have been enough, considering the dessert). The menu is expertly selected: each dish represents an unexpected combination of flavors, enhancing—but never overshadowing—the quality of the ultra-fresh fish at the heart of each creation. ​Praise also goes to the wait staff: they were extremely discreet and professional. Unfortunately, we didn't take any photos, but the sensory immersion was so captivating that we completely forgot about our phones.
