Very good food, friendly staff. The only downside is the slow service, as it takes an hour from ordering to the food arriving.

The food is decent, as are the prices. The staff is unprepared (three of us gave different directions about the contents of the set menus). For those who order the €15 tourist menu, be aware that water is included in half a liter per person. Although they only brought two 0.75-liter bottles for four of us.
I've been coming to this place for dinner for a while now. The quality is always high. The atmosphere is pleasant. A great evening.

A very welcoming restaurant with very friendly people, a rarity these days. The ingredients are top-quality, the food is excellent, and I highly recommend it. I had tagliatelle with sausage and porcini mushrooms for my first course, which is usually a bland one, but the top-quality porcini mushrooms and the homemade pasta stood out.
For starters, we had two plates of artichokes (one Jewish-style and the other fried), both truly delicious, and also some very unusual pezzottelle.
Many compliments, it's a lovely restaurant.

Everything was delicious, from the two pairs of artichokes alla Giudia to the carbonara, and the calamari with rosemary. Fast service. Welcoming atmosphere. Recommended.

Every anniversary, my partner and I treat ourselves to Osteria dei Poeti.
Splendid place
Calm atmosphere and perfect lighting
The waiter's courtesy and kindness are matched by sublime experiences with authentic, fresh food presented so beautifully that eating it is a shame, given how beautifully presented it is!
I always love returning and trying something new every time!

A lovely surprise. Fantastic place, the restaurant used to be an old monastery. The vaults and ancient rooms remain, and there's a wonderful atmosphere.
The dishes are generous and well-prepared, especially the fried fish, which was truly excellent.
The bill was absolutely fair, in fact, I'd say slightly underpriced.
We'll definitely be back.

What can I say, the name is perfect. Osteria dei Poeti, and in the kitchen, they don't prepare "normal" dishes, but truly delicious poems. Naturally, the wait staff then serves them, explaining the lines and rhymes. Thanks guys, we ate really well: mixed bruschetta, artichokes alla Giudia and fried artichokes (delicious), ribollita, ravioli with bacon and onion, etc. (another delight), and spaghetti with prawns. As I say in these cases... a truly wonderful dinner!!!

A pleasant discovery in the alleys of Sansepolcro! I dined with a group of friends and we left happy and full. The artichokes cooked three times were delicious. Homemade pasta with shrimp and calamari was delicious. The chocolate, ricotta, and cherry dessert was fantastic.
The service was attentive and fast.
Highly recommended!
