31/05/2025: Such a nice place at the top of the plaza. The service was sharp, and the food choices outstanding. For the lunch menu, you can select from the "classics" menu (as in traditional Italian) or the gourmet menu. The gourmet menu still features great Italian ingredients, but the preparations are more inventive.

30/05/2025: Posizione eccellente nella piazza più importante della città, sotto i portici del Vasari. Tavoli perfettamente preparati, personale gentile e preparato. Menù vario e vini ben assortiti. Impiattamenti ben realizzati. Il "facsimile" del tiramisù, semplicemente fantastico sia come preparazione al tavolo che come sapori. N.B. non è il vero tiramisù a scanso di equivoci ma una interpretazione dello chef. Prezzo adeguato alla qualità.

15/06/2025: Really nice little place in the heart of the village of Labro. Simple but refined atmosphere, with a breathtaking view. The food is genuine, tasty and well made, the manager is friendly and welcoming, he makes you feel at home right away. Recommended!

L’antipasto buono nel complesso, anche se il polpo e i totani sembravano semplicemente lessati, senza particolari condimenti che ne esaltassero il sapore. Le tagliatelle all’ astice erano troppo cariche di pomodoro, tanto da coprire il sapore del pesce, che risultava quasi assente. Il risotto di mare era insipido e privo di gusto, sembrava che il riso fosse stato cotto separatamente dal condimento. La frittura di mare era croccante, asciutta e ben cucinata. La torta di compleanno ha chiuso la cena con un’altra nota dolente: la crema era troppo molle, quasi papposa e la pasta frolla era dura e poco piacevole. Il servizio è stato cortese e disponibile, anche se le cameriere apparivano un po’ impacciate e inesperte. Un’esperienza che lascia spazio a miglioramenti soprattutto in cucina. Juicy, perfectly grilled, and with a wonderful aroma. The other dishes are also absolutely impressive: fresh, flavorful, and lovingly presented. 22/06/2025: We left this morning from the inn 'La Gozzetta' after 3 days of vacation. We bring home a beautiful memory. Quiet and relaxing environment. Strong points: friendliness, cleanliness and a beautiful pool where you can cool off after a bike ride on the beautiful Pisan hills.

When passion is seen and tasted, finally a place where celiacs feel welcome, the owner (celiac) has committed to making a menu entirely available also in gluten-free version and in maximum safety. 11/05/2025: Abbiamo festeggiato la comunione di nostra figlia a cena in questo ristorante da 10 e lode! Atmosfera intima con tutte le accortezze da parte del personale (preparatissimo)! Antipasti, straccetti al ragout bianco del casentino e filetto di cinta senese da sogno, sapori equilibrati ma allo stesso tempo intensi dell' alta qualità delle materie prime. Abbiamo optato per la torta preparata dalla Chef e che ha montato mentre mangiavamo il secondo piatto...non si poteva fare scelta migliore, è stata davvero la ciliegina che ha fatto concludere una cena degna di nota. Hanno particolare attenzione alle intolleranze, chi ne ha può stare tranquillo, mangia con gli stessi tempi degli altri invitati e, a detta dell' interessato, la qualità è stata notevole! Unico consiglio che mi sento di dare... Continuate così!!
