26/05/2024: Conosciamo La Frasca da diversi anni, si trova nel quartiere Le Cure (il mio bel quartiere dove son vissuta per oltre trent’anni) La Frasca è un ristorante poco appariscente e proprio per questo lo apprezzo. Cibo ottimo semplice ma ben eseguito. Il menù cambia in base alla stagionalità, sul sito viene aggiornato, chi non ama le sorprese può prepararsi prima 😉Aperto solo a cena. Prezzi corretti. Alle pareti si trovano tante belle fotografie scattate dal proprietario.

14/07/2024: A very welcoming restaurant/wine bar and EXTREMELY NICE AND KIND staff. I had the pleasure of meeting Emma, ​​the owner of this small but elegant kingdom. A very kind, present and very attentive person. Very fresh, quality food, plentiful and tasty. Platters and tartare that let the palate speak. The moment these dishes arrived at the table, the waiter explained in great detail everything that was inside the cutting board and the tartare (which is NOT a given but which makes the customer fall in love and eat with more gusto) Spritz: Campari and Aperol WORTHY of being called spritzes dosed in the right way. Everything delicious! I highly recommend.

27/06/2024: I went to the club with my boyfriend. At first I was skeptical, a friend had recommended it to me but I wasn't enthusiastic about the menu so rich in meat and with some pieces that necessarily required a reservation. Then I understood the reason, Emma, ​​the owner, pays meticulous attention to the quality of the raw materials, requires reservations to ensure that the meat is the best possible for a unique culinary experience. Anyone who says that the platters don't fill you up is definitely lying, and anyone who says that the prices are high is equally false. The value for money is excellent. Some of the best cured meats I've ever eaten in Siena. I recommend the porchetta they produce which is something lustful. Then Emma is uniquely kind, I had forgotten to communicate my allergy to aubergines and she immediately proceeded to make me an alternative crouton even though it was actually my fault for not having told her. I'm really satisfied. We'll be back! P.S. we didn't take photos of the dishes because they were too tempting and we dived into the food haha

27/07/2024: For the second time that I go to see a film in this cinema and for the second time the air conditioning was zero, all the people were complaining even those who work there were fanning themselves, at the end of the film we found ourselves with t-shirts wet with sweat, fainting heat, but the thing that made me the most angry was the response of a gentleman who worked there to one of his colleagues after she reported to him that it was really hot in the room and people were complained, the response was "it's okay for them to complain". Not to mention the very low audio during dialogue moments which we also struggled to understand. I'm sorry but I can't give a positive review!

11/06/2024: We came here for apertivo and had a wonderful experience. The snack trays were delicious and hearty enough for a light meal if split between two people. The Aperol Spritz drink were great but the Moscow Mule was just OK. The piazza is a perfect place to take a break from walking the streets of Lucca, people watch, and enjoy the architecture.

21/08/2024: A more than tasty dinner with a platter for two, carbonara and matriciana, house wine and a pizza roll with Nutella and mascarpone, truly delicious and not at all heavy as we feared, divided in two! Good quality, excellent and friendly service, more than fair price!

One of the ones we like best and recommend is the one with buffalo mozzarella and truffled anchovies. And we can't give up the sweet mascarpone and Nutella shorts. Advised.

21/07/2024: I met this restaurant and its fabulous staff a couple of years ago, a very welcoming environment, an environment that becomes familiar over time. I would say an environment of times gone by, you become part of everyday life with them, you get to know each other and thus fabulous friendships are born. Working nearby, every now and then I treat myself to a quick greeting or lunch from Gianluca. Both he and his wife or the legendary Francesca pamper every customer, they are always cheerful, fun. 13/07/2024: Ambiente buio,sporco,vetrina con cose indefinite al suo interno,titolare che cerca di fare il simpaticone....piatti a dire poco indecenti...sono rimasti al 1970....pasta precotta e raffreddata sotto l acqua fredda dato che ha perso il suo colore e scotta la salsa messa sopra e tanta acqua sotto alla pasta stessa un roast beef indecente l unica cosa buona erano le rape rosse comprate gia cotte....l acqua ti arriva in bottiglie di vetro con il rigo del calcaree l olierà in tavola con olio che sembra di semi di infima qualità....un caffè che sembra d orzo....va bene che a pranzo il costo è di 10€ ma piuttosto un panino . Ci siamo capitati una volta ma sarà anche l ultima. Il posto avrebbe anche chance dato che è vicino ad un Grande ospedale (Careggi)ma così No.
