22/08/2024: Excellent experience, it's worth stopping to eat here. Excellent cold cuts, sensational porchetta but also lard, raw ham, delicate and tasty cooked salami. Very good cheeses. Fair price for the quality and quantity. The girls who run the place are truly unique in their competence and kindness. If you go to Vada or the surrounding area I recommend you try the Lardo restaurant because it is truly worth it.

18/08/2024: I was at this place for lunch yesterday, passing through on my way back from holidays with my wife and daughter. Even though it was late for lunch (around 2.30pm) they welcomed us without any problems. It was a pleasant surprise..... appetizer of local cold cuts, pappardelle with beef ragout, sliced ​​meat, berry cheesecake, creme brulee and tiramisu... the owner is a very friendly, professional person who immediately puts you at ease. your ease. In the dining room, very young but very knowledgeable staff. Prices in line with excellent quality. It will be my fixed point of reference for future occasions.

26/08/2024: Abbiamo deciso di trascorrere una serata tra amici al ristorante "La Soprana" e devo dire che è stata una delle migliori decisioni degli ultimi tempi. Sin dall'arrivo siamo stati accolti con un sorriso e una cortesia che hanno subito dato il tono alla serata. Il cibo è stato semplicemente eccezionale: fresco e di altissima qualità. Ogni piatto proposto dal menù era una piccola opera d'arte, non solo per il palato ma anche per gli occhi. La cucina ricercata del ristorante "La Soprana" riesce a esaltare i sapori tradizionali con un tocco di innovazione che rende ogni portata unica e indimenticabile. Peccato non avere un ristorante del genere in Australia. Un grande plauso va anche al personale di sala, sempre presente ma mai invadente. Hanno saputo guidarci nella scelta dei piatti, spiegando con passione ogni dettaglio e dimostrando una conoscenza approfondita dei prodotti utilizzati. La loro professionalità e attenzione hanno reso l'esperienza ancora più piacevole. In conclusione, "La Soprana" è un ristorante che merita davvero una visita. È il luogo ideale per una cena speciale in cui ogni aspetto, dal cibo al servizio, contribuisce a creare una serata perfetta. Torneremo sicuramente!

26/08/2024: Siamo stati qui con una coppia di amici a cena. Location carina e gradevole. Abbiamo cenato nella sala interna, che dà sulla parte esterna del ristorante. Non ho affatto amato il servizio, il ragazzo che ci ha seguiti è stato a tratti maleducato e sgarbato. Quando è arrivato al tavolo a prendere l'ordine, stavo parlando con gli altri commensali, al fine di decidere cosa prendere. Mentre consigliavo ai presenti di dividerci due taglieri, che sapevo essere abbondanti, il ragazzo mi ha interrotta apostrofandomi malamente che 'stava per dirlo lui, se lo facevo parlare', quando era appena arrivato e stavamo già parlando guardando i menù. Poi ci ha fatto aggiungere degli sformati all'antipasto, quando non era necessario perché già sostanzioso. Il che ha fatto aumentare il costo senza reale motivo. Abbiamo poi preso una bistecca di Angus, davvero notevole, tenera e succosa, cotta benissimo, più che soddisfacente. Una bottiglia di vino in 4. Onestamente sul cibo posso dire poco perché gli antipasti non erano male, il secondo ottimo, ma l'accoglienza, che per me è fondamentale nell'esperienza complessiva e ne sono rimasta davvero delusa. Il costo è di oltre 50 euro a testa.

19/08/2024: We discovered this place on our first day because it was very close to our hotel and came every day until the day we returned :) everything is delicious. While many places in Florence are takeaways, here there is a very large seating area outside and there is shade in the mornings. This made us very happy for a relaxed breakfast. We would also like to thank Mr. Eren, whom we met there, for his interest and conversation. If we come to Florence again, it is definitely a place we will come back to, even if our accommodation is not close to here.

17/08/2024: Shocked at how great the service is. Went multiple times because we were treated so well. Always nice to see Oat and Almond milk offered for those needing a break from the lactose. Early hours for those needing a coffee 1st thing in the morning.
