Pici with artichokes (which I absolutely recommend) was truly amazing!!
My son had the duck breast and was very, very satisfied. The place is very small, with a Tuscan inn feel, the owner is friendly and kind, and the dishes are freshly prepared with care and passion, which you can taste in the flavors. I highly recommend it, and I hope to see you soon!
04/11/2025: A warm welcome awaits you at this restaurant, which isn't very large but serves good quality food, especially the fried cod.
The wine is also excellent.

10/11/2025: I've been to Trattoria Sabatino three times and have loved it every time. Even though you have to wait in line (I recommend arriving before opening), it's absolutely worth it: the quality and quantity of the food are excellent. It's true home cooking, like grandma used to make; typical Tuscan dishes, authentic and full of flavor. The prices are incredible, especially for Florence. You share tables with other people, which makes the experience even more pleasant and convivial. The staff is friendly and relaxed, despite the large influx of customers. A true gem in Florence!
09/11/2025: What can I say... One of the last remaining trattorias of the past, simple but well-cooked dishes. The menu changes daily based on the season, such as the excellent pumpkin ravioli, plus a few set dishes like the truly delicious pork loin.
You don't have to book and you have to wait in line, but that's fine; it's all part of the experience. The prices are truly reasonable for the quality offered. Never change Sabatino!

15/10/2025: This seemingly uninspiring place actually boasts excellent service and ingredients. The food is truly exquisitely prepared. The linguine with fresh anchovies and fried fish are truly delicious. The wine list is excellent. I recommend it to everyone.

22/11/2025: We came in as a couple, attracted by the menu and the fair prices, and we were very satisfied. Thanks to Salvatore, who welcomed us warmly, and Manuela, who captivated our palates in the kitchen. 🤪 We ordered a menu with a first course, second course, and side dish, and we ate every dish with gusto.
I would definitely return.

Both the girls were super friendly and knowledgeable! The food, what can I say... beautifully presented and delicious!
It was also a real joy when, when it came to ordering dessert, we had no problems, as they have very good desserts suitable for those with lactose intolerance.

06/11/2025: Old world feel with photos of guests over the years on the wall. We were there at lunch in late September. The owner was there greeting everyone and taking orders. He let us know what was fresh that day, he was very helpful and the food was delicious. Very comfortable setting.
