03/08/2024: Truly excellent pizza, size and flavour. You can choose the height of the pasta and whether it is wholemeal or normal. The menu is also well stocked with first courses and starters. The place is nice and nice and the staff girl is smiling and friendly

21/08/2024: Memore di cene favolose del passato, di quelle di pesce proprio memorabili, sono ritornata con la mia famiglia e purtroppo la delusione e’ stata cocente. Dozzinale, poco curato, servizio mediocre e piatti scialbi. Ho addirittura avuto la sensazione che nella frittura a di gamberi bianchi, acciughe e baccalà navigasse parecchio surgelato. Crudi niente di che e ostriche da dimenticare. Peccato. E’ stata proprio una delusione

16/08/2024: Optimal. At first glance it seems like a classic tourist stroll, but it turned out to be a pleasant discovery. The owner and the staff are very friendly and nice but what surprised us the most is the food. The presentation of the dishes is very beautiful and above all good and plentiful, the quality of the ingredients is evidently excellent. 10/10 for the risotto. I highly recommend stopping by.

28/07/2024: Very nice place, truly top quality food, for 50 euros each I would expect better service, the entree of tomato soup was served to me in a single saucer with two teaspoons, there were two of us, I hoped it would be served to each of us your saucer, how it was brought to the other tables, I have to ask for the knife for the meat, there is no lemon in the grilled meat on the table, there is no salt and oil, cold and undercooked roast potatoes, I noticed discrimination between new customers and old customers, the portions are much more generous for old customers, the waiters are efficient, the owners are not, I felt uncomfortable, they went around tables they knew from us, I never saw anyone, I had to wait a long time to pay the bill, the owner was rude, if they are tired of doing this job, they should stop, except only the food and the waiters, all things considered, it seems like you are spiteful to them

02/08/2024: I NEVER leave reviews, but Saporium Firenze may be one of the top twenty restaurants in the world right now. As someone who has eaten at hundreds of Michelin starred restaurants, and as a former restaurant owner myself, believe me when I say the tastings menus are Michelin 3 star. The vegetarian tasting is stunning (they do not force the entire table to have the same tasting menu, bravo). The menus balance savory with unique sources of acidity and sourness (fermentations, etc…) to create perfect harmony, sadly lacking at many places. The food is neither too heavy nor too ethereal. Both tasting menus we had were mistake free. Front of the house is perfect, charming, warm, and thoughtful. Wine list is massive and has a few hidden gems at reasonable prices (heavy on the Italian selection as you would guess but hey, drink local). If you are looking for modern creative italian fine dining with a soul still intact then just go. Seriously. Just go. You don’t need to know more.
