La Stanza del Gusto In Lucca

I went for the first time about ten days ago. The food was excellent, the service was pretty quick. The place is quite small, and it was incredibly hot that night. Maybe the air conditioning wasn't working, even though it seemed like it was... but we couldn't wait to get out. I'll definitely be back next time, but not in the summer.

Great seafood option in Lucca, they have a daily menu, not printed as the just work with fresh ingredients. Price are normal for the region. The local is ok, cozy. Just the parking area is too small for the amount of guests. But crossing the street are some possibilities.

I've returned to "La Stanza del Gusto" and can now say it's an absolute guarantee. The atmosphere is always pleasant, and you immediately feel at home thanks to the refined yet welcoming atmosphere. ​A special compliment goes to the maître d': he truly knows how to entertain guests and never fails to recommend wines. The cuisine also deserves praise for its original dishes that never tire, like the tagliolini with blueberries and seafood, which is truly an explosion of flavor. ​Looking at the other reviews, I see that many agree with what I experienced: the freshest fish, well-executed dishes, and a quality-price ratio that's hard to find these days. It's the ideal place for both a quiet evening and a dinner with friends in Antraccoli. Well done everyone, keep up the good work!

My wife and I went for dinner and I was truly thrilled with the quality/price ratio of the dishes offered... impeccable service, very professional and attentive to the needs of the guests, a truly skilled chef, which can be seen in the care he takes in the presentation of the dishes... we started with a tasting of three appetizers to choose from and a special mention goes to the truly exquisite fish meatballs and the eggplant roll stuffed with shrimp and mint, a delight for the palate... then we tried mezze maniche with fresh tuna and spectacular cherry tomatoes... then we had for the main course two slices of fresh tuna, truly exquisite... all washed down with an excellent Valdobbiadene prosecco, as for desserts, the artisanal rum semifreddo deserves a special mention, truly excellent... it was the first time we came to this restaurant even though I had seen it hundreds of times passing by, it was truly a pleasant surprise... highly recommended, we will definitely be back, well done, truly congratulations to all the staff
