12/07/2025: Too bad I didn't take a picture of the pizza! Delicious! Fine, large, and well-topped! Get even more points since they use vegetarian ingredients! On my pizza, the sausages and fries looked like regular sausages... So they're excellent products too! I highly recommend them, even more so for their great prices, which these days, with pizza prices like these, you can't find anywhere else! I also recommend the appetizers, which are also excellent and full of things to nibble on! We'll definitely be back! 🔝🔝🔝👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻✅✅✅

16/07/2025: We came for a wine tasting and lingered for 3 hours. This little wine store has the loveliest staff who really care about your experience. They were very kind to accommodate a friend in my group who only drinks dessert wines by modifying the tasting to her palette. The fresh-baked bread with salt and olive oil is the best I have ever tasted – and I’ve eaten a lot of bread in my travels. I appreciated the winery recommendations of where to visit while in the region as well as the lovingly-made snacks presented to us over the course of our time in the shop.

Personale molto cordiale e gentile pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza dell'ospite. Prodotti coltivati ad agricoltura biodinamica di eccellente qualità la cui Chef stellata propone nella splendida cornice del ristorante biologico. 12/07/2025: We went to Norcineria, a seemingly beautiful location, but sitting on those wooden benches wasn't exceptional. The service comes when you remember, the steak was raw when cooked and not medium as requested... they aim to make numbers, but be careful!!! You lose value and quality. I'm sorry, I thought it would be much better... I give the cured meats 5 stars. It's been years since I've savored delicacies with every single flavor perceived, like I used to. I hope no one was offended, we're always trying to improve, also because I LOVE MY TERRITORY. Go Norcineria Barsanti 💪💥💪

15/07/2025: Price doesn't match the quality. The servers seem exhausted with too much work to do. The presentation of the dish left a lot to be desired (it looked like dog food): the asparagus was clearly not fresh (frozen or overcooked—it looked like puree). Flavor: "OK," if I'm being generous. Quantity: less than the Italian standard. The bill took over 10 minutes to arrive.

11/07/2025: Great ‘locals only’ place with both authentic Tuscan surf and turf! Awesome wines, traditional dishes and great relaxed atmosphere. Not a tourist trap like most of Pisa!

18/06/2025: A great place that doesn't stand out from the outside, not big but has an extraordinary atmosphere and delicious food. The owner takes care of each client, approaches individually but not in an intrusive and money-making way, you can feel the family atmosphere here, a place with tradition, a family business that the owner himself can tell you about, a place that is a must-see when in Pisa, of course right after the leaning tower. :)

06/07/2025: We ordered a 600g Ribeye steak. What arrived at our table was a steak weighing no more than 400g, burnt, and smelling smoky and cold. We complained, and the waiter contradicted us, claiming that was how it was cooked. In the end, we were charged 840g for a poorly cooked steak. Our opinion was completely disregarded. It was an experience not to be repeated.
