02/08/2024: If you pass through Pistoia (by the way, a top city and in its juice compared to Firenze or Lucca) without stopping by Andrea at Nati Stanchi enoteca, you will have completely missed your trip to Tuscany. And yes, you will not have tasted the nat wines. who do honor to the local viticos, including, watch yourself, one or the son of Léo Ferré! As for the sample of cheese and prosciutto served to wash down the "Dérive", there is something to cry about in its glass. In short, everyone at Andrea’s!

02/08/2024: Amazing family experience! We came for the natural wines which won us over, and we were surprised by the delicious cheese and charcuterie boards. Thank you to the wine merchants for this pleasant moment :)

17/07/2024: The food was fine, particularly if you like fish! No other alternatives on the menu but seafood. Best dishes were the pasta based ones. Everything was a bit chaotic timing wise though, all coming out at different times. What put us off most though was the waiter/owner was constantly smoking, including taking his lit cigarette into the kitchen and it hanging out of his mouth while serving food. The whole thing felt off and not what we were expecting at all. It was clearly very popular though with no spare tables we could see so perhaps an off night?

31/07/2024: The food was really good, we had the pici alla Ghiotta and the roasted chicken, both of which were delicious. And for a very reasonable price!

02/08/2024: Small but welcoming place, very friendly and helpful staff. We were a large group and for this reason the owners kindly made an exception to the rule and closed the place later. Rich dishes with traditional flavours.

07/08/2024: Characteristic place in the city centre, with an atmosphere perfectly in line with party standards. The food is excellent and the service too (very fast). The staff is very kind. The only flaw.....is the terrible ventilation. There are only 2 ceiling fans but you can't hear them and unfortunately we found the air conditioning not working. Since we intend to return, I hope that in the meantime the situation will normalize.

20/07/2024: The restaurant had been highly recommended by a couple of people and rightly so! It was an absolutely excellent meal! Very unassuming from the outside, reasonably traditional and unpretentious on the inside, the atmosphere built as diners arrived and the place was quickly very full. Service was great, the hand-written menu was definitely not overly fussy and the food was, quite honestly, amazing. My daughter loved her generous veal steak and I ordered the butter chicken, which was very probably the most delicious chicken dish I’ve ever eaten. Just incredible. Looking around the different tables, it was clearly very popular and I would strongly recommend. Dessert was also excellent and the overall cost was really reasonable. Amazing!

23/08/2024: Valentina and her parents are fantastic, attentive and helpful. The place is enchanting and just a few minutes' drive from Arezzo, there is much more to see and discover in the surrounding area, such as the Casentino forest and Cortona. The Santantimo inn is a wonderful place, managed with love and care.

21/08/2024: Enchanting place surrounded by rustic nature, a stone's throw from Arezzo (5 min by car). The exceptional owners, make you feel at home. Spectacular pool! Delicious breakfast, served at the table. Spacious, clean, well-maintained room equipped with all comforts. They accept dogs that can access anywhere.

23/07/2024: The food was amazing! The steak for two persons was enough to feed 4. The meat was really good spiced and we liked it allot. The place was beautiful with the sunset and the trees and the lights. I would reccomend to eat outside because the view is amazing. I give it 5 stars because the food is perfect, the staff was funny and helped with anything and the plave itself was at the best location.

25/07/2024: Discovered by chance, before reaching a nearby location. Before the quality of the products, I would like to underline the professionalism of the girls at the counter together with their hospitality. We asked for some directions and they really directed us in an excellent manner. Returning to their products however, there are no adjectives, because each of their products contains the quality and wisdom of years and years of craft. Highly recommended, because they are the best!

19/07/2024: Discovered at random! Very good address for Panini and sandwiches prepared to order!! Run by 2 very pleasant young people, the products are of very good quality (bread, ham, fresh cheeses, dried tomatoes, and superb spread sauces, etc.) at a very affordable price! We had a quick lunch, sitting inside (no coperta!!!) before visiting the Pitti Palace. Perhaps even the best Panini since our arrival in Italy!!!
