24/03/2025: Found by chance, we stayed one night and had dinner in the restaurant, the rooms are nice and complete with everything, I will write a review of the restaurant separately, complete and abundant breakfast, the area is wonderful, immersed in nature, you can breathe an air of relaxation... we will return!

26/02/2025: Transition to July 2024. Excellent food, excellent wine, interesting ambiance and decor. Several rooms, the service was not very present in the one where we were. This remains a good address.

23/02/2025: One of the best restaurant we’ve tried when in Italy. The owner very kindly explained the menu and made recommendations. We had the tagliata and ossobuco and it did not disappoint. We would definitely try again when in Lucca. But as the restaurant is popular, we should not forget to book upfront.

03/02/2025: We went to Villa delle Mimose for my mother-in-law's birthday with the whole family and the experience was really positive! The elegant and welcoming atmosphere made the lunch special, but the real highlight was the food. We tried the spaghetti allo scoglio, rich in flavor and with an excellent selection of very fresh seafood, and the crispy and light fried fish, really well done. All our guests were satisfied with both the quality of the fish and the attentive and courteous service. A place to consider for special occasions, especially for lovers of seafood cuisine!

Panigacci with roasted ham and Borrettane onions, carpaccio of wild boar ham, jam-packed flatbread with porcini mushrooms, mouth-watering cheeses.... Livio Oste from the textbook.... everything to learn.... if you wanted to go to the central market.... take 7 steps further... and you will be much better off.... insured....

13/03/2025: Che dire lo chef Pino non si smentisce mai con la sua favolosa cucina. Pesce sempre fresco e preparato senza tanta lavorazione per far sì che il gusto resta quello reale. Sono solito prendere degli antipasti di crudo, che sono veramente squisiti, deliziosi, freschi ed abbattuti, nonché impiantati con classe. Ricci di mare ostriche scampi salmone tonno, il tutto veramete squisito.Personale di cucina preparato e all’altezza, come l’aiuto ai secondi. E che dire della sala tutti professionali e attenti al cliente. Non mancano dei vini ottimi sia bianchi, bollicine che rossi.Per finire sempre una bella esperienza culinaria.

The authenticity of the raw materials and the skilful processing of the products, mixed with the love and passion for this work, make Faetino a perfect place where you can enjoy excellent food, a family environment, good energy and immersed in nature. Discovered by pure chance, a few steps from home among other things, during a walk. Very kind owners, true professionals. Congratulations to all the staff. We liked everything.

13/04/2025: Exceptional from every point of view, beautiful location, very welcoming place with very kind and knowledgeable staff. Varied menu with amazing first courses and one of the best Florentine steaks I've ever eaten in my life, perfect crust, incredible flavour. The very large parking is also convenient!

08/04/2025: On Saturday night we had dinner at this delicious restaurant with a group of friends but we already knew the place. What can I say?! Congratulations, everything was delicious! Kindness, courtesy and professionalism are the icing on the cake! We will be back soon.

09/10/2024: Uns wurde das Restaurant empfohlen, aber hier fühlte wir uns nicht wohl! Ein großes Restaurant so gut wie leer. Okay 20Uhr war jetzt für Italien vielleicht noch etwas früh aber es kam auch später keiner mehr. Speisen waren nicht okay. Alle Speisen waren mit unpassenden Cremes versehen. Ich habe ein Beef-Tartar gegessen. Das Fleisch war nur in kleine Stücke geschnitten und mit einer Menge Creme vermischt. Andere Speisen zum Beispiel Calamari waren kalt. Bedienung lustlos, gezwungen freundlich und unaufmerksam. Restaurant ist irgendwie in die Jahre gekommen. Scheiben zum Teil stark verschmutzt. Das Preisniveau passt nicht zum Erlebnis.

09/10/2024: We went for dinner, unfortunately arriving late due to inconveniences, we were welcomed very well by the kind and knowledgeable staff. We tried some appetizer tastings, normal ones and one gluten-free one. We had the EXCELLENT pizza, the fish dishes, all very good. COMPLIMENTS

23/03/2025: Beautiful, refined and refined place, we had dinner with a couple of friends and our children. We ate both sushi and cooked seafood dishes. Seafood linguine presented very well and delicious, prawn tempura crunchy and dry. Exclusive sushi that you can't find anywhere else. All very good indeed. To be recommended. The expense, although a little high, certainly reflects the quality of the food and the place. We will definitely return.

An explosion of sea in my mouth The prosecco was exceptional It's difficult to find a prosecco like this that doesn't leave that sweetness in your mouth that after the third glass makes you stagger as if you were on a boat with the south-westerly wind on the shore Tonight I will have a Costa Cruise crisis I think back to today's lunch and your lovely hospitality, which I noticed you dedicate to everyone. This is professionalism and that a sporadic customer is the best advertisement
