23/03/2025: We had a great evening at the restaurant. Service was excellent, welcoming and patient. We had salad and egg-yolk dish for starters. The egg-yolk dish is something you don’t want to miss. The salad was huge but the lettuce was bitter. The main courses were fine (pasta and sirloin). For deserts we had the crema catalana (a version of brûlée) and ricotta di pecora, both were delicious and surprising in taste. We accompanied the dinner with Chianti Classico reserva which was great.

19/10/2024: Very nice owners and very friendly staff. The food is different from other restaurants as the dishes are more creative and unique. I have never had a pasta with orange flavor before. I'm very satisfied. The bathroom is also clean.

25/03/2025: Buon pranzo di lavoro, abbiamo tutti preso una tagliata di manzo e carciofi fritti e una semifreddo e caffè e un bicchiere di morellino di scandano. Qualità della carne notevole morbida e saporita. Buono anche il vino rosso ci tornerò sicuramente una sera per assaggiare qualcosa del.menu. complimenti buon pranzo di lavoro

12/04/2025: Adriana è una Garanzia ci andiamo sempre quando facciamo un salto Al mare Il menù offre una varietà di piatti di carne e pesce squisita più la pizza, l'ambiente è carino, e il personale Sempre gentile e disponibile Consiglio di andarci soprattutto per il pesce e per un mangiare un buon fritto a mio parere il loro cavallo di battaglia!!

02/04/2025: In vacanza a Fosdinovo, abbiamo deciso di visitare il castello dei Malaspina e di fermarci a cena presso la Trattoria Quinta Terra. Purtroppo la strada che, da Fosdinovo bassa, porta fin su al castello, non è proprio il massimo: molte curve ripide ed abbastanza strette. Comunque, tutto sommato, ne è valsa la pena, soprattutto per la serata in questa caratteristica trattoria ricavata da una antica stalla del castello. E' evidente la qualità delle materie prime utilizzate dallo chef Jonathan e la cura negli abbinamenti. Io ho scelto un primo (orecchiette con salsiccia e carciofi) dal gusto eccelso (i sapori si mescolavano tra loro donando al palato delle sensazioni mai provate prima di allora). Mia moglie, non ricordo bene cosa, ma anche lei è rimasta estasiata dal gusto del suo piatto. Tutto veramente molto buono. Se proprio vogliamo trovare una piccola pecca, la birra non era veramente fresca, anche considerando che eravamo a luglio. Per il resto, veramente un posto dove ritornare. Complimenti allo chef!!!

30/03/2025: Dopo la visita al bellissimo castello di Malaspina, abbiamo pranzato in questo osteria, molto caratteristico il locale, i piatti serviti sono ben presentati e ottimi, le materie prime usate sono di alta qualità, buona la scelta senza eccedere, ottimo il Vermentino prodotto in loco, il servizio è veloce professionale, vi consiglio di prenotare almeno nei fine settimana, diverse persone sono state rimandate indietro, buono anche il conto.

07/04/2025: Yesterday, through The Fork, I booked a table for 7:00 pm at this restaurant. However, when we arrived, we discovered that the restaurant was closed, even though it was listed as open on all websites and in the booking confirmation. We called and the lady on the phone confirmed that the restaurant was indeed closed. This situation caused us great inconvenience and disappointment, as we had chosen this restaurant with enthusiasm. We did not expect such an inconvenience and we hope that measures will be taken to avoid similar inconveniences in the future.

07/01/2025: Trovato per caso, abbiamo avuto la fortuna di trovare due posti liberi. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo, il servizio impeccabile. Ci è stata offerta una crocchetta di pesce indimenticabile. Non è certamente un posto economico ma come noto, la qualità si paga! Speriamo di avere occasione di ritornare.

06/04/2025: Crowded place, but bearable noise. Friendly and fairly quick service. I didn't like Neapolitan pizza much but my friends liked it. Average high price. 32 euros for naples and cecina plus wine and water for two.
