15/08/2024: Delicious ice cream, particular and refined flavours. The granita was also excellent. If you are in Pisa, treat yourself to a stop in this ice cream shop. The place is very small, there is a bench outside where you can sit, but you won't necessarily find it free.

18/08/2024: We visited the Osteria dell'Oca in Florence with high expectations, but the experience was somewhat disappointing. Although the meat was well cooked, it did not stand out as we expected, and the service was inattentive. Furthermore, when reviewing the account, we found an extra charge of 20 euros, and when we pointed it out, they acted clueless. Considering the quality-price ratio, there are other restaurants in Florence that offer a much better experience. I wouldn't go back.

01/09/2024: Discovered in the covid era after the renovation. It's the third time we've been there and others will follow. We left specifically from Viareggio, over 200 km, to enjoy the beauty of the Uccellina park and the food of this place that enhances the local catch. Tradition, innovation, location and value for money make it a special place.

20/08/2024: Truly a wonderful experience. One of the best locations and offerings Florence has. My wife and I visited while on our honeymoon for one night. Carolina at the front desk helped us with a breathtaking room overlooking the river. You could tell she enjoys her job and cares about how her guests enjoy the experience. Also Iacopo with concierge helped us plan an entire itinerary. He could tell my wife was concerned about limited time and helped with this without her even asking. Greatly appreciate the team at Westin!

27/08/2024: Magnificent and delicious meal, impeccable and friendly service. Update: We returned to Nugolo on our last evening in Florence to experience the tasting menu. It was a wonderful family evening. All the dishes were delicious and the service was friendly and efficient. One of our very good memories of our two weeks in Tuscany.

01/09/2024: Absolutely amazing place, from a variety of food to the quality and the generous rations. Nice variety of wines also. Very fancy venue and a nice outside atmosphere. Service was spectacular, excellent raccomandations, and a good mix of professionalism and friendly staff, props to Jonathan specifically for the jokes through the service. Really made our birthday celebrations a lovely night, would raccomand greatly!

21/08/2024: Very very slow service! 5 of us arrived at 8.15pm with starters and first courses in three hours. Tasteless gnocchi, the starters and risotto are saved. Not very welcoming.

13/07/2024: Sono di firenze ed ho scoperto questo squisito ristorante grazie a thefork . La location è davvero elegante, potevamo scegliere tra la sala interna impeccabile e il giardino esterno curatissimo . Il personale è perfetto, fanno sentire il cliente un re. Sono andato con mia moglie, Abbiamo iniziato con dei piccoli antipasti superlativi e proseguito dal menu alla carta scegliendo due antipasti , un primo e un secondo . tutte le portate erano deliziose. Credo sia il migliore ristorante in Toscana , se la gioca tranquillamente con il ristorante del four seasons che comunque è molto più costoso. Antipasto : seppie voto 10, uovo voto 10, risotto voto 10, pesce voto 10. Caffè voto 10. Voto complessivo 10- , con il - perché non permettono di pagare con thefork pay .

15/06/2024: Chef Claudio has perfectly combined tradition and innovation, his dishes are an explosion of flavours, well balanced and aesthetically perfect. The service was impeccable, the dining room staff, in addition to being extremely professional and knowledgeable, is also very friendly and kind. The environment is very well looked after, the garden creates a pleasant atmosphere with lots of greenery. I recommend anyone to try this experience and to rely completely on the staff, they are exceptional!

11/08/2024: Title: if you can't manage all those places, reduce them. The amount of people there in the first and second shift is shocking, chaos even in the orders, one waiter in particular arrives and while you are giving him the order he gets lost around interrupting you by moving away to arrange any other customers at the table... and guess what happens then? Commands that arrive at random and distant from each other. Absolutely good quality food and you can feel it, with generous portions. I absolutely do not recommend Saturday or Sunday (when I came). For the rest, a restaurant with a lot of potential... but the number of waiters or how the service is managed needs to be reviewed.

25/07/2024: Un’ottima sorpresa in una situazione in cui il paese è veramente pieno di turisti e quindi è facile cadere in una situazione di grande caos.il tavolo ci aspettava e non è stato utilizzato più di una volta.ottima la qualità dei cibi e il personale molto attento e professionale.la location molto interessante in quanto si trova nel posteggio principale ma non rimani a nel caos serale.

20/07/2024: A beautiful accommodation whose location is extraordinary. The peace and quiet there is great and the view of the surrounding area is great. The rooms are furnished in a typical country style and are clean. The framework offer with pool, whirlpool and sauna is very good. You can also have breakfast and dinner there. Both are varied and have a good price-performance ratio. The service is very familiar.

16/07/2024: We've had several evenings here and are generally thrilled with what's on offer. The service is incredibly friendly and accommodating, the atmosphere is very familiar... and the food is excellent for what you pay! I also recommend making a reservation for Deck Florentina and trying it one evening. The location is also beautiful and looks very impressive

15/08/2024: La location, prossima a Cortona è ideale per una visita alla città. La struttura e il personale sono molto accoglienti. Ma vorrei porre l'attenzione sulla camera in cui abbiamo pernottato: oltre ad essere spaziosa e ben arredata aveva tutti i comfort per rendere la sosta ancora più piacevole, aria condizionata (non scontata in ogni B&B) ampio bagno corredato. Anche la colazione è stata una vera sorpresa, ampia scelta di prodotti dal dolce al salato, buonissimi e freschissimi. Consigliatissimo!

30/07/2024: Only used the restaurant. Nice place that takes you back in time due to its atmosphere and tastes. Not exactly an advantageous position for those stopping in Cortona. Good organization and service of the place. Medium-high prices but adequate for the quality.

18/08/2024: The best Leghorn pinse! Tasty and crispy. I recommend the TONY with the buratta, its thin slices of mortadella sprinkled with pistachio on top. A real treat! . The servers are super nice and welcoming. Thanks to them ❤️ We had a very good evening with my Chérie

19/07/2024: Abbiamo cenato in questo locale qualche giorno fa con una coppia di amici. All'aperto, vicino la piscina. Location bella ed elegante ma senza essere pomposa. Personale molto professionale. Le pietanze ordinate tutte buonissime con materie prime di qualità. Consigliato e sicuramente ritorneremo.

19/06/2024: Una domenica a pranzo davvero speciale. Con vista sui campi da golf, in una splendida giornata di sole, riesci veramente a rilassarti e a goderti il buon cibo! Abbiamo ordinato una buonissima tartare, preparata al tavolo dal cameriere secondo i nostri gusti, una cosa davvero carina e “di scena”. A seguire i pici al ragù bianco, qualcosa di eccezionale secondo i nostri gusti. Davvero complimenti a Marco e Giacomo e allo staff in generale! A presto!
