05/10/2025: Spent 10 days all over Italy on vacation and this restaurant was my favorite. Best pasta I had along with really good wine and dessert. Highly recommend visiting while in Florence!

28/05/2025: A warm and intimate dining experience! We were greeted with a complementary glass of prosecco and many tasting dishes. The food was light, delicious and all freshly made. I would recommend and look forward to coming back!

13/05/2025: [Guaranteed emotion, taste, and service] I am Korean. I highly recommend Koreans who are reading this to visit this place. It is better to receive the best service here than to eat expensive and tasteless food in downtown Florence!! I visited with my 7 and 4 year old daughters. The owner of this place, Ms. Betania, was really, really kind and helpful. I ordered a basic pasta, but before that, food that I had never eaten before came out, so I asked if I had ordered it wrong, and she just said welcome and gave it to me. But it was really, really delicious. To be honest, I would have paid more if I had to, but they only charged me the price of the pasta. It was delicious and the service was good enough that I was willing to pay more. It was really nice that they really loved my daughters. I am leaving Florence today, and I will definitely come here when I visit again. I recommend Koreans to come here. Have a nice trip :)

08/10/2025: The facilities were beautiful. We especially enjoyed playing cards in the game room each night with a glass of wine, sitting by the fire enjoying a cocktail before dinner, and laying out and relaxing on the daybeds after a day in Siena. The staff was also AMAZING and extremely attentive, especially Michelle suggested an amazing winery and cheese farm for us to visit out in the countryside. The location is also PERFECT. Super close to Siena, which makes it perfect to head in for a day trip or even for dinner one night. One highlight of our final night was the live jazz music at the hotel, which truly was the perfect finishing touch to an already wonderful stay.

05/10/2025: A fantastic hotel in a beautiful location near to Siena. The gardens are lovely with lots of outdoor seating areas. Staff are very helpful and the meals we had in the restaurant and bar were good. The church which is part of the hotel is still used by the local community. Our accommodation included a sitting room, dressing room, bathroom and spacious bedroom. There was interesting art and other artefacts in the public spaces.

14/09/2025: I tried the carbonara pasta, but unfortunately it was disappointing. The pasta was overcooked, the sauce had very little egg and seemed to contain cooking cream, which doesn’t belong in an authentic recipe. On top of that, there was no parmesan in the sauce at all, which made the dish bland and lacking character. Overall, it was a letdown, missing both the taste and authenticity of a proper carbonara.

16/09/2025: I've been there twice. The first time, everything was fine. Excellent food and excellent service, even though we were the only table. The second time, however, the restaurant was packed. We waited 50 minutes before our order was taken. That's unacceptable, I'm sorry. I can't spend €70 each and get this kind of service. We sat down at 8:30 PM and left at midnight.

14/08/2025: I come from the Brescia valleys. My grandfather makes local meat, and my son-in-law does the same. We have cows, sheep, and all the family stuff, but I swear I buy the best meat from him, it's simply fantastic, I swear.

16/09/2025: As always, we found it by reading the reviews on Google Maps. Expectations were more than met, both in quality and quantity. Special praise for the "polpo briao." Many stars for the attentive, fast, friendly, and pleasant staff.

14/09/2025: Rustic restaurant serving traditional fish and meat dishes. Everything is delicious.

28/09/2025: The place is very beautiful and well-kept. The service is attentive, professional, and the timing is more than right. As for the food, unfortunately, after an excellent start, the quality gradually declined. The entrees, with homemade breads, butter, and three truly interesting tastings, were very welcome. The three standard dishes had two main problems: - the small portions. We left hungry despite having three courses plus a dessert, in addition to the initial freebies. The main course had no side dish (a potato slice). The appetizer was half a Portobello mushroom, with the stem removed. Too small. We also noticed unintentional portion differences (especially for the first course and dessert) between different diners. - the courses (first and second courses) arrived cold. The dish was cold, the sauce poured over it was barely warm, which meant that after two bites the dish was objectively cold. Too bad. We had high expectations, but unfortunately, it was a decline. We'll try it again.

09/09/2025: I visited Pontedera during my vacation to Italy and hotel receptionists recommended this restaurant. I had the best experience of the trip. The food was amazing. People were very friendly and welcoming.

08/07/2025: A café with high-quality pastries. Lunch is also available. The staff is courteous and attentive. The atmosphere is clean and tidy. When I enter, I always look at the display case of artisanal desserts and ice cream. I'm posting a video of the display case!

03/07/2025: A small, unassuming self-service pastry shop located on the roadside. We stopped here briefly for breakfast on our way home. Quality is at the forefront here. Our croissant con marmelata was fresh and delicious. It was accompanied by a lactose-free cappuccino. We were coming from the ferry from Livorno, and it wasn't a big detour, but it was worth it.

10/10/2025: Best pizzas we ever had. We ordered Amatriciana and Napoli d'Oro con Mozzarella, both of them were delicious. Really recommend to visit this place.
