A convent that houses the Casa del Chianti Classico with a tasting section and a restaurant serving a few dishes, but very much in keeping with Tuscan tradition. The owner is very friendly, and the sommelier explains the wines and their pairings. The Rossone (a light, fruity, ruby-colored rosé) is a must-try. The dessert of lime ice cream with pink peppercorns and Serafico gin is a must.

The atmosphere is welcoming and well-kept, and immediately conveys a sense of family warmth that makes you feel at ease from the first moment. The rooms are spotless, tidy, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail and care for guests is clearly evident. A special thanks goes to the owner, Anna, a wonderful person: kind, helpful, and always ready to make everyone feel at home. Her hospitality truly makes the difference. If you're passing through, whether for business or pleasure, this is definitely a place I recommend without hesitation!
07/04/2026: If you're looking for a quality, traditional Tuscan osteria, you can't miss the legendary Pistone! The food is top-notch. My partner and I stopped for lunch and then confirmed for dinner. Pistone leaves you with a smile on your face from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave! Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back.
