27/01/2025: Questo posto mi è piaciuto tantissimo, entrando ho notato subito la struttura curata nei minimi dettagli. Il personale è attento e cortese verso i clienti. Abbiamo mangiato veramente bene e bevuto dell'ottimo vino. Tutto perfetto, ritorneremo sicuramente.

11/01/2025: Completely renovated place. Friendly staff, cleanliness reigns supreme, warm and welcoming. Had an excellent steak and penne alla boscaiola. A good wine. Advised.

18/03/2025: We went to this restaurant and ate really well, a fish-based menu. Spelled soup for the exceptional welcome. The starter and the first course I selected were really excellent, fresh raw materials and well-balanced flavours. The service was impeccable, with attentive and friendly staff. I recommend it!

06/04/2025: Met by pure chance about two years ago. For someone like me, who doesn't eat offal, the lampredotto and green sauce sandwich was a shock!!!! Today I found with great pleasure the friendliness of the Marchetti brothers and their phenomenal sandwich!!!

31/03/2025: Rustic, in a working-class neighborhood of Florence, sized for good neighbors. A street food that tastes good, homely but above all slow and convenient. Delicious products and large pan-fried dishes to be consumed outdoors or in the tavern.

08/02/2025: I didn't know him and it was lucky to have chosen him with my wife for this weekend in Val d'Orcia. It was an experience of remarkable taste, in a quiet, clean, rustic and familiar environment, without noise and with a nice fireplace lit. 20/25 seats no more.. and perhaps this is how serious restaurants should be to give customers excellent quality and impeccable service. Too bad it's so far from Rome, I would have happily returned many times. Thanks and heartfelt applause to the owners, it was a true experience for the palate. Well done

10/04/2025: Ritorno positivo sotto tutti i punti di vista proprio come ricordavo. Credo abbia avuto dei riconoscimenti per la carne che in effetti ho sempre trovato ottima ma, questa volta, ho voluto provare il baccalà alla livornese: spettacolare, si scioglieva in bocca, cucinato benissimo. Il pane leggermente caldo di accompagnamento è uno di quei dettagli che fa la differenza. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo grazie agli sconti di The Fork.

06/04/2025: Pequeño restaurante encantador muy cerca de la estación de tren y hoteles cercanos. Excelente comida y servicio. Auténtica cocina regional. Excelentes platos de pasta y mariscos. No demasiado ocupado un domingo por la noche en abril, pero popular entre los lugareños. ¡Cada plato que eligió nuestra familia fue delicioso!

24/03/2025: What can I say about this TRATTORIA, written in this way because there are many places with the word trattoria but they have nothing of a trattoria unlike the Fornace which has all the requirements to be one from the place - decor - dishes - service - etc. Very few dishes all excellent, reported verbally by two very kind ladies without a menu. Two of us for lunch on a weekday we tasted two first courses of short pasta one with ragù very good without being heavy with a correct amount of seasoning the other with sauce that we found slightly acidic given by the tomato, two steaks that were not far from the Florentine in size with very tender meat with well-done cooking with side dishes of beans plus chips, two desserts made by them composed of a soft sponge cake soaked in alchermes with layers of cream plus cream, water - wine - coffee plus they also offered bitter or other that we did not take. The value for money super excellent. The only advice for those who want to eat at "La Fornace" is to book otherwise there is a high probability that you won't find a place.

10/04/2025: Absolutely great restaurant in the middle of a forest and with a great view. Food was great. Keep in mind that portions are not huge. Price is fair. Very friendly staff Parking is possible

07/02/2025: The best ice cream I've ever had! I would return to Pisa just to try blackberry ice cream again. They make completely artisanal ice cream and the flavors vary depending on the season. The place is very simple, it is not a place to stay, it is much better to eat outside by the river.

Quando chiude per il periodo invernale per tutti noi amanti del gelato di qualità è una tragedia. Che dire? 10/04/2025: The pizza at Antica pizzeria Reginè, located between Palazzo Pitti and Piazza Santo Spirito, is exceptional. I went to this place on the recommendation of a friend and I found my ideal pizza. I recognized it immediately, as soon as it was served to me in a wooden box, for its appetizing and inviting appearance and for the perfect distribution of the ingredients. The consistency of the cornice and its interior is perfect, of the right thickness, you can eat it the way I like it, holding it in your hand without the risk of sagging. It is well leavened and very digestible and the flavors harmonize well thanks to the excellent quality of the ingredients. The staff is friendly and professional. Highly recommended!
