03/05/2026: Very welcoming atmosphere, the owner Carlo is super kind ☺️ He went out of his way to welcome us and even entertained the little girl with smiles and drawings 💓 Delicious dishes We had four of us: Appetizer: Crostone with calamari Tartare And bruschetta with anchovies Everything was delicious, To continue Chicche with pine nuts and sardines Livorno-style cod Peposo beef with roast potatoes And John Dory stew with chickpeas and rosemary! The desserts were also very good: tiramisu with biscotti and vin santo, and crema catalana! A special mention for the paintings by the painter Diletta Basso! Thanks again!

02/05/2026: One of the best restaurants in the Follonica area, also specializing in gluten-free options. Dinner with friends, we ate all seafood, and they even offered us extra seafood spaghetti because we waited too long. Other restaurants won't do that, even if you ask! Everything was truly delicious. 27/04/2026: I visited this restaurant with my family after finding it in a non-Italian "gluten-free" guide! They raved about it, so we decided to try it... If I could give it 100 stars, this would be the perfect opportunity! The place is cute, the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, but the real star here is the food! In the photos, you can see the wonderful gluten-free products, all prepared by them: the fantastic fried shrimp and squid with French fries, their delicious bread, crispy and light, ricotta and spinach ravioli with seafood ragù, and finally a taste of cheesecake and ricotta cake, all accompanied by excellent wines!! A highly recommended place, especially for the gluten-free options! Well done, well done, well done!! Congratulations to all of you! I really hope to be able to return to enjoy these delicacies! Thank you!

20/01/2026: Small space, but for meat lovers, it's heaven. You walk in and, with all those hams and cheeses on display, it's instantly love at first sight. The staff is welcoming and knows how to put you at ease. The cuisine amazed me with the quality and deliciousness of the dishes. Simple, yet very refined. The wine selection is excellent. Not cheap, but the quality is very high. Very satisfied.

17/01/2026: A lovely Italian restaurant with authentic Tuscan food-everything was delicious and comforting, with generous portions and excellent pasta. Friendly, attentive service and a warm atmosphere. I’d happily come back!

29/11/2025: I ordered risotto and truffle pasta, and it was a total success. The server was friendly, and it was nice to be able to enjoy a light Tuscan-style antipasto😊 Actually, except for one family who came in just before we left, we were the only ones there the entire time. After sitting by the window and analyzing(?) it, I think their marketing was weak. Many people looked at the menu posted in front of them and then just walked past. As I was leaving, I noticed the menu didn't really catch my eye. They don't really try to solicit customers, but that's a plus.

05/05/2026: Family-run restaurant. We had appetizers and first courses. The tagliatelle with duck ragù and the tagliatelle with ragù were excellent. The pici all'aglione were a bit disappointing, but that doesn't mean I won't return, especially for the second courses. The desserts are exquisite!

10/01/2026: We spent a few days in Pistoia for the Christmas holidays, and on the evening of January 1st, craving a nice Florentine steak, we stumbled upon this typical trattoria. They offer a fixed-price menu, which I recommend, which includes mixed appetizers, a Florentine steak of a weight appropriate for the number of guests, three side dishes, and a dessert. Drinks are not included. The owner, like the staff, is incredibly welcoming. You can tell they really care about explaining the quality and provenance of the meat. Oh! By the way, aside from appetizers and side dishes: THEY ONLY EAT MEAT! It's a real steakhouse; they don't do first courses, they don't do fish... What a steak, folks! Served on piping hot plates so it doesn't get cold, and cut at the table by the owner himself. The only flaw: they served us French meat. Good, tender, but not the most flavorful. I would have preferred local meat. Anyway, I recommend it. It's worth it.

06/01/2026: This traditional Tuscan restaurant is located on Via Sant'Andrea in Pistoia, in a beautiful medieval building restored with exposed brick and stone. Enjoy fabulous grilled meats and traditional dishes with tasty crostini, excellent cured meats, side dishes, and appetizers, accompanied by a wide selection of white and red wines. The owners, with great professionalism and kindness, recommend these wines, turning a simple dinner into a truly exquisite culinary experience. The restaurant is truly beautiful, meticulously maintained, and fantastic for photographs. Excellent in every way! The food, wines, hospitality, and sophistication. Recommended restaurant!

03/04/2026: The place is meticulously cared for down to the smallest details, very clean, and the kindness and courtesy are undeniable. Excellent food, and the wait between courses makes you realize that everything is delivered quickly. Mind you, I don't mean to say the wait is long. The starter was excellent, with a revisited version of the classic pappa al pomodoro. Today is Christmas Eve, so eggs cooked at a low temperature, followed by Tuscan-style cod. Tuscany Two excellent dishes Very interesting wine list. Impeccable service.
