06/07/2025: Superb dining experience from the warm Italian welcome to the sublime desserts and complimentary post dinner drink. Good choice of dishes on the menu, wide range of quality wines at a very affordable price. Also opportunity to watch food being prepared in kitchen via tv monitor (if interested). Highly Recommended

24/06/2025: Highly recommended. Starter, main course, and dessert were all very good. We spontaneously got a table for two on a Tuesday evening without a reservation. A glass of Prosecco with focaccia was served beforehand, followed by a limoncello to finish. Great ambiance, food, and service.

25/07/2025: 🥪 Al Vicolino – Tuscan Sandwich Heaven in Volterra ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Porchetta and mortadella sandwiches at their finest! Freshly topped, seasoned to perfection, and simply delicious. The service was warm and relaxed, just as it should be. Small, authentic, Tuscan – no frills, but full of flavor and soul. Perfect for a quick snack. If you love authentic street food, you'll be happy here!

30/07/2025: Hier heerlijk buiten gegeten met uitzicht op de Toscaanse heuvels. Topwijnen en heerlijke lokale producten. Mega gastvrij personeel, dat overal bij wil helpen en meedenkt.

29/07/2025: Vorig jaar helaas geen plek tijdens onze vakantie in Toscane dus dit jaar op tijd gereserveerd! Heerlijk gegeten (dagmenu) op een prachtige locatie buiten met uitzicht op de Toscaanse heuvels. Wij hopen hier nogmaals terug te komen ❤️

31/07/2025: Amazing pizza, highly recommended. You must try as many pizzas as possible while you are there, all of them were delicious, from the classic marguerita to the yellow tomato sauce with anchovies and stracciatella. The place location is not amazing but the food is definitely worth it. The chef was so nice also. Let me film him while preparing our order. We also asked him how they make the dough and which flour they use. Very friendly consider he spoke no English at all.

30/07/2025: Great Pizza spot in the heart of Florence. Just steps away from the Santa Maria Cathedral and the prices are the best in the city. Largest sized pizzas I’ve seen on any of my trips to Tuscany. Also the prices are unbeatable. Wonderful place go support this establishment.

As soon as we entered, we were greeted with a rare kindness, the kind that makes you feel immediately in the right place. The staff is attentive, smiling and thoughtful: every detail, from the service to the way the dish is presented, conveys care, passion and authentic professionalism. The quality of the products is impressive, every ingredient speaks for itself: fresh, selected with love, enhanced in every course. But the real star of the evening was the chef, an artist of flavors, capable of transforming every dish into a journey through taste, emotion and revisited tradition. You can feel the love in what he does, you can perceive the respect for the raw material and the desire to make every guest experience a special moment. It is difficult to choose the best dish, everything was simply perfect, a crescendo of emotions. Congratulations to all the staff, but a special round of applause to the chef: heart, technique and passion at the service of those who love to eat well. We will return, return and… return again. Casa Sordi is a place that conquers and leaves its mark.

13/07/2025: Encontré este hermoso y pequeño lugar casi por accidente y decidí tomar una merienda por la tarde. Tostadas de queso y jamón con un tazón de ensalada. Todo estaba delicioso y a un precio muy razonable. Personal que habla Inglés y fue muy amable y servicial. Realmente lo disfruté aquí. Buena comida. Gran servicio. Gran ambiente.

03/08/2025: Best meal I had, not just in Tuscany, but during my entire trip to Italy (Rome, Florence, and Tuscany countryside). It is a family-run restaurant with welcoming staff, and truly Michelin-level food…and the views are breathtaking!!! Not only was the food incredible, but the staff was extremely helpful to my wife and I after our rental car broke down in their parking lot. They waited with us until the tow truck arrived and made sure we had a ride home. Thanks Sam and Iago for sticking with us! …It was an evening we’ll never forget. Arrivederci!

01/08/2025: The best lunch in Tuscany, a fantastic view, a staff that pampers you and makes you feel at home, and the food is AMAZING. Of course, we returned for dinner, and the sunset is something you'll remember for a lifetime.

12/07/2025: Il ristorante si trova in posizione centrale in Oltrarno nelle vicinanze di Ponte Vecchio. L'ambiente presenta ambienti eleganti e ben curati. Il menù degustazione è stata una vera e propria esperienza, la combinazione è la qualità degli ingredienti sono stati eccellenti. Il personale è stato gentile e professionale.

22/06/2025: A place in the center but hidden from the crowd of tourists. A relaxed atmosphere and one of those that are rare to find nowadays. Discreet service, but very friendly and efficient. Super excellent food! Recommended the Peloso dell'Impruneta (tried the first time I was in this restaurant and was satisfied I recommended it to my friends who were very satisfied) and the paccheri with paper ragù. I che c'è c'è has officially become a must for me among Florentine trattorias

19/06/2025: We weren't sure at first but as soon as the waiter was willing to make adjustments for my wife's allergies we knew it was a great place. The food confirmed that because the filet with truffles was amazing.

05/07/2025: A Florentine excellence: excellent cuisine and a wide variety of sauces with lampredotto, stracotto, and tripe. The classic lampredotto and lampredotto meatballs are a must. Trust Lapo and his cuisine to eat lampre properly.
