14/06/2025: Una cena meravigliosa " in barchetta", accompagnati da ottimo pesce cucinato a dovere, da veri professionisti della ristorazione come Daniele e la sua famiglia! Uno dei posti migliori dove ho potuto cenare finora. Grazie a TA per avercelo fatto conoscere. Le recensioni che abbiamo letto su questo locale corrispondono al 100% a quello che abbiamo potuto riscontrare. Meritatissime. Bravi davvero!

30/05/2025: We absolutely loved it. The staff very friendly, the food was amazing and the atmosphere was gorgeous. I totally recommend this restaurant to every one. Everything we picked and everything was recommended by the staff on point. We would totally go back. My bill was 140 euros for 2 people, but we also had 4 drinks to go with our meals and appetizers... I also would like to mention that I made my reservation on line and it was so easy and as soon as we got there ,we were immediately seated.

25/05/2025: The owner of the property we are staying recommended La Grotta and I'm glad she did. Every course was excellent from the asparagus flan, guinea fowl ravioli, pork wellington and then finishing with the strawberry pavlova. Wine choices are good too, although we only had a glass and a negroni. Service was excellent throughout. We booked and you probably need to as season moves on. You won't be disappointed.

25/05/2025: Restaurant nothing short of excellent! Delicious dishes, beautiful and well-kept location. But the compliments go above all to the two waiters (husband and wife); professional, kind and very friendly! A nice discovery, we will definitely be back.

28/05/2025: Des plats fabuleux, une friture de calamar et crevettes excellente, un serveur à l’écoute et d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle ! Il a su nous guider dans le choix de nos plats en nous expliquant les plats que nous ne comprenions pas a cause de la barrière de la langue. Tout était parfait de l’apéritif au dessert. Encore merci ! Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

25/05/2025: Great food, casual atmosphere, the ideal place for bikers. The prices are a little high considering that it is not a real restaurant but more of an osteria. However I go there 2/3 times a year during my tours in Mugello.

07/06/2025: We ended up there by chance, attracted by the menu that presented interesting dishes. The place is small but very welcoming. On one wall a screen shows the activities in the kitchen. Off the menu dishes with a good summer truffle. The service is attentive and courteous. The owner was very kind and at the end of the meal he offered us a good grappa. It is definitely worth at least one visit. Congratulations!!!

03/06/2025: We went to "Dal Mozza Gourmet" in Pisa with great expectations… and we left enthusiastic! This place is a true schiacciata institution: fragrant, crunchy to the right point, with selected ingredients and simply divine flavor combinations. The place with a splendid view of the Lungarno is perfect for enjoying a schiacciata with taste and atmosphere. Every bite is a journey through perfect consistencies and authentic flavors, the ones that leave their mark. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed, ideal for a gourmet break without frills but full of substance. If you love schiacciata — the real one — this place is a must. Do yourself a favor: go there. Your palate will thank you!

31/05/2025: Nous avons passé la nuit dans cet endroit si charmant, le personnel était extrêmement et gentil et accueillant, nous avions une vue panoramique incroyable de notre chambre. Le dîner était tout simplement exceptionnel, j’ai rarement aussi j’ai mangé de ma vie

07/05/2025: This place was amazing. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, you could tell that they loved their costumers and were excited about the food they served. My server was amazing and had such high spirits. The carbonara pizza is something I will dream about for years. I also got the tiramisu and while it was good it wasn’t my favorite.

08/06/2025: La comida, el servicio y el ambiente eran excelentes. Disfrutamos del menú degustación de 3 platos. Las mejores vieiras de la historia, excelente parpadelle con gambas y excelente lubina. Tal era la calidad de la comida que tuvimos que probar un postre (una crema de limón y un affogato) y no nos decepcionó. El restaurante es pequeño y acogedor, el servicio muy amable y relajado. Sin duda volveremos de nuevo.

03/06/2025: Très bon rapport qualité prix! Propose des formules différentes à prix très raisonnable. Des mélanges de saveur et parfum avec des produits de très bonnes qualités. Vraiment nous avons tous apprécié dans un cadre intimiste avec un service de qualité et souriant.

28/05/2025: A warm and intimate dining experience! We were greeted with a complementary glass of prosecco and many tasting dishes. The food was light, delicious and all freshly made. I would recommend and look forward to coming back!

13/05/2025: [Guaranteed emotion, taste, and service] I am Korean. I highly recommend Koreans who are reading this to visit this place. It is better to receive the best service here than to eat expensive and tasteless food in downtown Florence!! I visited with my 7 and 4 year old daughters. The owner of this place, Ms. Betania, was really, really kind and helpful. I ordered a basic pasta, but before that, food that I had never eaten before came out, so I asked if I had ordered it wrong, and she just said welcome and gave it to me. But it was really, really delicious. To be honest, I would have paid more if I had to, but they only charged me the price of the pasta. It was delicious and the service was good enough that I was willing to pay more. It was really nice that they really loved my daughters. I am leaving Florence today, and I will definitely come here when I visit again. I recommend Koreans to come here. Have a nice trip :)

06/06/2025: Peccato! Sulla qualità del cibo niente da eccepire ma un antipasto, un secondo con contorno e bottiglia di vino 75 euro a testa mi pare veramente un imbroglio! La colpa è mia che da fiorentino sono andato in zona turistica a farmi abbindolare. Consiglio: In zona ci sono tantissimi ristoranti dove si mangia molto bene e si spende la metà. Mai più.

03/06/2025: ottima location, personale gentile, siamo stati il 2 giugno 2025, il locale era molto affollato (normale), antipasti buoni (del chianti e finocchiona), dolce buono (tiramisu), bistecca deldente, non capisco perchè la tagliano afettine cosi sottili, il sapore non era granchè (filetto a parte), non proprio mordida, ho chiesto al camerire (ma forse era uno dei proprietari) di cambiare coltello perchè non si riusciva a tagliarla (e mi ha guardato male ma poi ha cambiato i coltelli e li ha affilati sul posto), poi cosi a fettina si fredda prima, considerando quanto la fanno pagare pensavo meglio, avevo un ricordo migliore, ma forse anche loro sono entrati nel turbine dell'over turism.

23/05/2025: Restaurant recommended by a girl from Montepulciano…my wife and I couldn’t have been luckier!!! Quality, very fair price, imaginative menu, service, location, professionalism, friendliness of the waiter and Marcello, one of the owners, made it an unforgettable evening. A huge THANK YOU to Marcello who, despite the day of closure, did his best to allow me to recover the camera forgotten in the restaurant the night before at dinner. The promise is that if one day I return to the area, the restaurant will be my obligatory stop.

20/05/2025: Lunch for two outside with a view of the large square. Simple dishes well cooked and served. Careful in exposing typology and origin also for the presence of many foreign tourists.

29/05/2025: As always, a charming place that deserves a visit at least once. Very good food with portions that are anything but small. Menu with a choice of seafood and meat and everything very appetizing. Compared to the last time, about 3 years ago, the prices have increased but, overall, it is still worth it because you eat really well and, you eat, you absolutely do not leave hungry. We were 4 of us: 3 appetizers and 1 first course (as a first course), then 3 first courses and 1 second course (as a second course), then 1 plate of mussels (we were too greedy), 2 desserts, 2 glasses of sweet wines, 3 waters and 1 bottle of wine of which I do not remember the price. At the beginning of the dinner they brought two entrées and after the dessert 3 small samples of pastries. I highly recommend it and I also recommend going during the week and avoiding the weekend because during the week it is quieter (we went on a Wednesday evening).

20/05/2025: Magical place and quiet atmosphere, especially in low season. Local and kind staff, attentive to needs. Open kitchen. Outside with garden and lemon house for a lunch or dinner in a dreamy setting. Excellent raw materials, well treated. Starred plating. I have been going there for about 20 years; some changes in the menu over the years, but certain dishes are a certainty, reinterpreted. Excellent. Spending on the rise in recent years, an increase of about 20%, sometimes unjustified, a trend unfortunately common throughout the area, not secondary to the discovery and diffusion by influencers. About 70-80 euros per person excluding wine.

15/05/2025: Very good panini, the best we ate in Tuscany. It is worth choosing focaccia instead of bread, it is delicious. We ate with porchetta and with truffles, both very tasty. You can choose additions to each sandwich such as mushrooms, dried tomatoes, caramelized onion or other vegetables. Helpful service

13/05/2025: Hemos estado en Volterra un par de veces. Vi este lugar antes, pero siempre había una cola enorme. Una buena señal, pero nunca tuvimos tiempo. Hasta este año. Sigue siendo una línea, pero no está tan mal... así que lo intentamos. Y los Panini - recién hechos - son algunos de los mejores que he probado. Pan fresco de alta calidad. Con coberturas generosas de su elección. Teníamos uno con un poco de cebolla y una buena carga de Porchetta. Muy bien cocinado, bien condimentado. La otra la cubrimos con una gran cantidad de Prosciutto crudo, champiñones y una crema de peperoni. Una fantástica combinación y explosión de sabores. Es realmente un lugar fantástico para comer algo. Gran relación calidad-precio, lo mejor para disfrutar en el mirador de la Piazza Martiri Liberta - con vistas a la Toscana. No hay nada mejor que eso.
