04/04/2024: We did a cooking class in the restaurant. It was such a fun and interactive class. The chef and Antonio were very passionate about the class and were great ! Learned so many great, yet simple, and delicious recipes. Would highly recommended.

07/02/2024: Thanks for the experience, the menu is very well looked after, very good, to have a different experience we tried the cocktail pairing, it was unripe and not at the level of food. We explained and we are happy to have been honest. Next time we are happy to try a wine pairing without a doubt because the menu was very good.

22/01/2024: Very nice restaurant with an excellent bar next door. The atmosphere was nice, although it was a little quiet for a Friday night, that doesn't bother us as we like privacy, it was possibly due to the time of year. The staff were fantastic. Engaging and thoughtful, making suggestions and recommendations. They were professional and both formal and informal at the right times. We had 8 courses but it seemed like there were much more, the food overall was excellent with two stand out dishes, there was one dish that while nice wasn't as good as the others which is why I've given the food a 4, I guess it's personal taste but I feel in a restaurant like this with what they are aiming for everything should be at that level. A 4.5 would probably be more accurate, great wine list and good cocktails. We recomend this place if you are looking for good food on a special occasion or want to try excellent food and take your time.

28/03/2024: The place is welcoming and offers impeccable service for every need. I have been a regular customer since it opened and have always found full satisfaction. I can't mention a strong point because I've been there on many occasions and they've all satisfied me completely: - Aperitifs (where you can consume a wide choice of cocktails and craft beers accompanied by platters and delicacies) - Dinners (where you can eat gourmet burgers or cold dishes of monstrous goodness, with local ingredients of incredible quality) - After dinner (I've tried almost all of the vast range of liqueurs they offer, but they always have new ones) You spend little for the quality offered, so I highly recommend it. You can park in the surrounding areas and once there you can enjoy the beauty of the historic center. Don't miss a cold beer on a summer evening, in the shadow of the bell tower of Altopascio, it's a magical experience.

30/03/2024: A particularly intimate place where you can enjoy the right mix of vintage and modern. Very close-knit and coordinated family management, homemade but refined dishes, excellent quality of the raw materials expertly worked by the cook. The dining room service was excellent both in terms of professionalism and friendliness; good and calibrated service times between one course and another. Wide choice of à la carte wines with the possibility of choosing wine by the glass or bottle. Good value for money. Definitely recommended 😉 Small note: access to the toilets for wheelchairs is difficult.

28/03/2024: From the outside it looked like a town bar and we almost didn't go in. Once inside, we are greeted by a small and very cozy living room with a wood-burning fireplace and quiet music. The food is the best of what we ate during our stay. Apart from the fact that the knuckle was very tasty, I was surprised by the visual care of the dishes and the flavor of the accessories such as French fries or grilled vegetables. Everything incredible.

28/01/2024: Locale accogliente, personale molto gentile e preparato, la proprietaria è una signora veramente squisita. Il cibo è a dir poco eccellente, in particolare i piatti vegetariani, curati, genuini, e preparati con molta fantasia e dedizione. Il pranzo o la cena alla Locanda Del Sole, sono la conclusione perfetta dopo aver visitato questo luogo incantato.
