They offer a wide variety of species, breeds, and cuts, and the owner is passionate about the meat and is always ready to offer the right advice on handling and cooking. I purchased a 4kg whole brisket, which I seasoned with a rub and vacuum-sealed a few days beforehand. The butcher kept it in the refrigerator—an exceptional result, thanks in part to the quality of the ingredients.

12/09/2025: Absolutely unmissable. 5e5 and cake are a true institution here, best enjoyed with a nice glass of sparkling wine. It's worth the wait in line; the bread and cake are always warm. You can't pass through Livorno without stopping here.

The truth is this is one of those places that is special in every way. Jessica will make sure you have a night to remember. So when you come here, make sure you bring some time. Bring some companions and enjoy every part of it. Immerse yourself in Tuscan, hospitality and traditional food. Booking a table is advised.
