29/03/2026: Fantastic meal, and the service was good as the meal progressed, but was a little condescending at first.

28/03/2026: Went there with my parents for their anniversary dinner. We had anchovies on toast (which is what the restaurant is named after), risotto, sea bream and cod among other things. After 3 starters and mains we were very happy in our bellies. Also liked how aesthetic and hygenic the bathroom was. It matters after a few drinks. The staff was also very pleasant and courteous and also helped us call a taxi after we were done. Would definetly recommend this to tourist and local alike. 10/10

04/03/2026: Drawn by the aesthetics of the place and the reviews, we wanted to try this restaurant... the food wasn't bad, but communicating with the waitresses was difficult because they didn't speak Italian very well... perhaps English and tourists would be better at it. Also, the music was too loud, making conversation difficult at the table.

11/02/2026: New management, a young and highly skilled pizza chef, excellent pizzas, perfectly crispy, top-notch ingredients, a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Takeout is available, just minutes from Piazzale Michelangelo, where you can enjoy delicious pizza as the sun sets with a beautiful view. Highly recommended. We've been back several times and tried the various pizzas...all fabulous...the best thing is the tomato sauce, truly worthy of applause. Bravo, Dario, you continue to amaze us with the unique flavors you offer every time we come. It's become a regular stop! We also tried the new Deliziosa pizza...the burrata and pesto are amazing!! And to finish, the homemade tiramisu is a must!!...and for those who want, they also offer personalized t-shirts.

02/11/2025: It's not your typical pizza; there's so much quality, attention, research, and passion behind every bite. Crunch is something different, unique, and delicious. The quality is high and obviously comes at a cost, but certain taste experiences are worth trying. It's no coincidence that it's climbing the Italian rankings. A small place, but with attention to every detail. Anyone looking for something different is in the right place. I highly recommend it. Try it and believe it. You eat with your mouth, with your eyes, and you'll always say WOW.

26/10/2025: We were two couples on Saturday evening at 7:30 PM, the only available time. The place was already packed, and there was a line outside for 9 PM. The atmosphere was very refined, with beautiful exposed stone ceilings and videos of the chef's creations: elegant and tasteful. It was a shame, however, that the space was too small and crowded: the background noise was excessive, and it was also quite hot. It's hard to call it a relaxing experience in those conditions. The pizza, however, was truly exceptional: the Visione di Marinara is among the best I've ever had, beautiful and delicious, the dough just a little chewy. The desserts were disappointing: good but with a bland presentation, not up to par with the restaurant.

15/03/2026: The best seafood restaurant in Pisa, competitively priced at the regional level. The dishes are incredibly creative; every time I return, I find surprises and innovations. Impeccable service and a relaxed atmosphere, far from the tourist bustle of the city.

08/03/2026: The tuna nuggets, tartares, and ceviche are all very good. The fried food is quite dry and easy to digest, and the desserts are excellent. The price is more than fair for the quality and quantity of the dishes.

05/04/2026: After a bit of a struggle to reach the top where the restaurant is located :-), we were rewarded by the deliciousness and quality of the food we deserved to taste; excellent dishes prepared to perfection. Perfect. Tortelli with truffle cream and chestnut tortelli, excellent pici with porcini mushrooms, and tagliatelle with wild boar ragù. An excellent and tender steak, tasty beans, and spectacular fried porcini mushrooms. Lovely place. The staff were very kind. We had a wonderful evening. Highly recommended.

29/03/2026: What a lovely place: authentic food, generous portions, beautiful, simple flavors as only they once knew how, friendly waiters, and finally, wonderful prices! The only thing I wasn't sold on were the desserts, but otherwise, there was so much, so much!

01/01/2026: Located at the entrance to the village of Pienza, the atmosphere is extremely relaxed and informal, yet very welcoming. The cuisine is excellent, with dishes and ingredients that begin with tradition and then evolve. The wine selection is extensive, and Davide makes excellent recommendations. We had a wonderful evening tasting and drinking so many delicious things: thank you so much!

02/03/2026: Ciancino is a must if you want to eat amazing meat! I have to say that everything is delicious, starting with the appetizer with various excellent cured meats and equally delicious cheeses!! The handmade tortelli are very tasty, the filling is delicate and pairs perfectly with an excellent ragù! The truffle fillet we ate was an explosion of flavors, the meat melts in your mouth and your taste buds thank you! Dishes are carefully prepared! The staff is truly kind, polite, and very knowledgeable! Highly recommend it for meat lovers! We'll be back soon. ❤️

25/01/2026: First time here, the bruschetta was delicious, the fillet steak was out of this world, the meat melted in your mouth, the desserts were very good, the price was fair. There was a bit of a wait between each door, but there were three large tables to serve, and I can't blame them for that. I'll be back

16/03/2026: It's a real pleasure to go to this excellent restaurant. The tortelli, gnudi, and stuffed rabbit are special. Go there, but remember that the place is small, so you need to book well in advance.

05/03/2026: Discovered by chance on the way back from a trip, best decision of my life. Both the tortelli and the Florentine steak were amazing. Highly recommend!!!

27/10/2025: I found Tasty Naples right next to my hotel, and it quickly became one of my favorite stops during my stay. It’s a small local deli with a bit of everything — cold cuts, cheeses, pasta with tomato sauce, mini pizzas, stuffed pizzas, pasta frittata, poke bowls, sandwiches, drinks, and amazing charcuterie boards. Everything tasted fresh and homemade, and the prices were really fair. It’s in a quiet, non-touristy area, but just a short walk from the historic center, the Duomo metro, and Garibaldi station. If you want to eat like a local and grab something quick but super tasty, this is the place to go. I’d definitely come back!

27/10/2025: Next to the hotel where I stayed during my vacation in Naples, I found this little gem: Tasty Naples, a truly delicious delicatessen and delicatessen. The food is excellent and there's something for everyone: pizzas, pasta frittata, hot sandwiches, and, of course, the classic "marenne," as Neapolitans call them. The restaurant is located in a less touristy neighborhood, yet in a very convenient location: just steps from the historic center, the Duomo metro station, and Garibaldi Central Station. We recommend anyone passing through to stop by and try their products: authentic, tasty, and prepared with passion.

16/10/2025: The olive oil tour is highly recommended! Incredibly delicious olive oil at a great price, which you'll appreciate even more after a tour where they explain how much time and energy this process takes. David and his wife were incredibly hospitable!

06/10/2025: David and Georgia are the perfect hosts. You can feel at any given moment that they love what they do. Not only is the gorgeous farmhouse located in a beautiful area, but the service both of them provide is excellent. If you get the chance to enjoy the „farm-to-table“ experience, go for it! It is absolutely worth it. If we ever travel back to this area, we will definitely stay with them again!
