28/08/2024: Simply delicious! We can't say more... The conditions were very nice and made recommendations. The food was super good! The pizza at the end was good; A little soft in the middle due to the topping, but super tasty. We'll try it out at home too. It was a very delicious evening!

09/08/2024: As soon as we arrived, we ordered seven pizzas to take away. In a far from nice way they told us that they would make them as long as we were not too pretentious with any special requests. Two pizzas ordered should have been capricious without mozzarella and with raw rather than cooked ham due to lactose intolerance. With some very questionable looks between the waiters in terms of kindness and friendliness (I can't understand how difficult it is to put slices of raw ham instead of cooked), they accept the request but, when we go to collect them, both are without ham. To make the experience even worse, the presence of hair in two of the seven pizzas ordered, without considering the fact that, having made separate accounts, different prices were applied for the same pizzas. The icing on the cake, we had asked, given the takeaway to be able to eat on the beach, if it were possible to kindly cut the pizzas, but it was only done for some.

12/05/2024: Superb experience this dinner at Gunè San Frediano! From the quality of the food, to the attentive service, to the wine pairings, everything was fantastic. We will return on our next trip to Florence

28/04/2024: This restaurant is so good ! And I really believe that it deserves a Michelin star ! My favorite plat is the chicken with Japanese sauce. The dessert for goodbye is also really good and full of imagination. People are so nice and sincere，we genuinely hope that Gunè will get a star as soon as possible ! Cause you totally deserve that ! Les plats sont très bons, très délicieux ! On va revenir!

02/09/2024: Very nice place with mountain views. The panigacci are delicious and so is the sausage cooked on the grill. The price in line with what is offered and very kind waiters. I will definitely come back.

10/08/2024: In the locality of Saltino, 2km from Vallombrosa at 1000 meters above sea level, a simple place where it is pleasant to eat simple dishes of Tuscan cuisine. In summer it is very pleasant to eat outdoors and cool off. The tagliatelle with mushrooms are excellent as are the crostini made with fried polenta with mushrooms. Average prices.

25/08/2024: Went to eat at Il Teatro as a group of 54 people. Contact in advance by telephone, very friendly and helpful man. Communication in English went smoothly. The restaurant takes allergies very well into account: gluten, lactose intolerance, milk allergy,... Additionally: every pizza is delicious! Thank you from Kazou!

22/07/2024: We had dinner in this place during a trip to the area and we were delighted: the environment is taken care of down to the smallest details and the cuisine is of high quality; furthermore the owner is very attentive and kind. It is possible to taste traditional Maremma cuisine, prepared with zero km ingredients. The wine selection is excellent; I recommend tasting the artemisia and vinsantheo: excellent! It seems strange to me that at the Sorano spa, following my request, they told me that there were only a couple of restaurants in the town, without also recommending this suggestive and refined place. Absolutely worth visiting!

18/08/2024: Absolutely perfect service despite the fact we went there in the middle of August. Polite, friendly and ready to serve us in such a nice manner. The food was also very decent, especially pizza and the great rosso Toscano wine. It is located in a very atmospheric corner of Pisa. Also very very fair prices. Totally recommended!
