24/12/2025: A unique experience, with a knowledgeable, welcoming, and professional staff.
The dinner was sublime, starting with the appetizers, a treat for the palate, and continuing with the delicate yet persistent first course.
The second courses were an explosion of flavors, both the lamb and the cooked veal.
The inevitable dessert was a must...
In short, you have to try it to understand.
Compliments to the chef and his team.
09/12/2025: The location is very unique.
The aperitif was served in a former quarry dug into the ground and later covered with a barrel vault.
Dinner took place in the cellar, where enormous oak barrels, each holding 6-8,000 liters, are stored.
The simple yet refined dinner was appropriate for the unique setting.

12/01/2026: A magical place, it feels like being in England. The drinks are great (excellent beers), the food is quite good, and it's always very busy. I'll definitely be back!
11/01/2026: A welcoming atmosphere in true English style, excellent food in true Italian style. A perfect combination for a lovely evening. The only flaw, but an easily forgivable one, is the limited selection of beers, all of which don't taste exactly British.

30/09/2025: Everything was fantastic. The service was unbeatable. Very friendly. They explained each dish to us, and the presentation was an art in itself. We were very comfortable and a wonderful meal because everything we ordered was exquisite. The cod was extraordinary, the risotto, the desserts, everything.
I definitely recommend it.

The food was excellent, with no predictable dishes, and well-balanced flavor combinations where no one flavor overpowers the other.
The service was impeccable, fast, and very attentive to the customer's needs.
About the chef... what can I say???!!!
A magician, an artist, a poet... I don't know how to describe him, but his dishes have a bit of all these qualities!

We were welcomed by the owner, a rare kind person, who immediately conveyed the passion, dedication, and love he puts into his work. Throughout the evening, we were treated with great care and attention, in a welcoming and refined atmosphere. We sampled traditional dishes expertly reimagined, prepared with the highest-quality ingredients. The artichoke with fava beans was particularly delicious. The homemade breads were also highly appreciated, truly excellent. Impeccable service, top-quality cuisine, and meticulous customer service: we will definitely be back to explore other options on the menu.

20/02/2026: I appreciated that, despite the low season, they chose to stay open on weekends. We took advantage of the stay + spa package. A wonderful experience! The masseria is in a strategic location, surrounded by nature, and tastefully furnished. Comfort and pampering guaranteed! The wellness area is top-notch, the rooms are beautiful, with comfortable beds, a spacious bathroom, and a very welcoming breakfast room with a large fireplace. We didn't use the restaurant, but the feedback from friends who did is overwhelmingly positive. Special mention goes to the reception staff: helpful, welcoming, and smiling, they were always ready to accommodate our every request. We'll definitely be back. Keep up the good work!

13/03/2026: Excellent home-cooked food. Abundant. Excellent service, with the owners being extremely helpful: they even wanted to walk us to our car, which was parked 300 meters away because it was raining. A welcoming atmosphere and a pleasant 1970s-style trattoria feel. Recommended.

09/11/2025: I went there for lunch on the recommendation of friends "to eat well-cooked porcini mushrooms." I've never had such PERFECT porcini mushrooms. Everything was excellent. Both the food and the wine (recommended by the guy who looked after us throughout the meal). The staff were extremely kind and knowledgeable, respectful of our lunch times, and never intrusive. I'll definitely be back to try other dishes I'd glimpsed from neighbors' plates (everything looked delicious). The location was also very beautiful: clean, bright, and overlooking the courtyard with olive trees and antique troughs housing beautiful and well-kept succulents. Everything was very peaceful. Thank you for the wonderful experience.
05/11/2025: We had lunch featuring fresh porcini mushrooms. The quality and freshness of the mushrooms were outstanding. From the "simple" porcini carpaccio to more elaborate dishes like porcini mushrooms covered in kataifi. The waiter was extremely attentive to our needs and precise in his suggestions. An excellent location for a tasty, high-quality meal.
