Excellent focaccia with a wide selection available. Price is based on weight. The service could have been more courteous, but the place is very popular and the overall experience was still very positive. A must-try in Polignano!

Fantastic focaccia in various versions/flavors, sold by weight. There are long lines, but it's definitely worth the wait; you won't be disappointed, and it's the best money you'll spend in Polignano.

Small focacce shop with a large selection. The focaccia are very good, but also quite pricey. There's a long queue, but you take a number so you don't have to push or shove.

July 2025, we saw the people coming in and out. There was a bit of a line inside, but the wait was worth it. We sat on the curb and immediately ate and shared our choices. This was a year ago! And when we visit again we will definitely return! The focaccia was fresh and delicious. I don’t remember exactly what we got, but I would try anything as they all looked yummy. They are wrapped and bagged with napkins if you want to take it to the beach, but we couldn’t wait after seeing others devour them.

06/07/2026: Really good, I recommend taking the burrata aside so you can taste it plain. The place is very nice and themed, with friendly staff. Perhaps a little overpriced compared to the city average: for a plate of pasta and two waters, we paid €17 each.
06/07/2026: I ate the classic spaghetti all'assassina 2.0. It was delicious!
