We tried this pizzeria, choosing the set menu with appetizers and pizza. Unfortunately, the experience wasn't the best. After finishing the appetizers, we had to wait about an hour for the pizza to arrive, which was definitely too long. We also weren't sold on the pizza: it was overly salty and greasy, which detracted from the enjoyment of the meal. Overall, the quality of the food was reasonable for the price, with no particular highlights. The place is simple, a bit run-down, but still welcoming. However, there's definitely room for improvement, both in terms of the wait times, which were truly excessive, and the quality of the ingredients. Reading other reviews, we've noticed that many customers seem to prefer takeout, which is likely more efficient than eating in.

A no-frills pizzeria where you can enjoy a more than decent pizza in Poggiofranco. Decent olives and terrific sgagliozze.
