Reunion with fellow sommeliers, excellent location overlooking the sea, a setting suitable for any occasion. Excellent appetizers, raw seafood, and first courses. Excellent selection of still and sparkling wines, beautifully presented and explained by Vito. We overdid it with a 3.5kg grouper, half with mezzé paccheri and the other half roasted, truly delicious. We overdid it with the sparkling wine, but in the end, we are... sommeliers. 🤷🏽‍♂️

We had dinner at Elia's last night and were truly satisfied. The staff was extremely kind, professional, and attentive to every detail. The head waiter could tell immediately, even with just a glance, if something was wrong, demonstrating great experience and customer service. The food was truly excellent, carefully prepared and of high quality. The venue is also beautiful, elegant, and welcoming. A very pleasant experience. We will definitely be back and highly recommend it!

A very pleasant lunch, the raw food was incredible, especially the walnuts and mussels. The gratin mussels, on the other hand, were nothing special, but the mixed fried food was light and tasty despite the large portion. Good wine, spectacular view, highly recommended.

08/07/2026: Incredible dining experience! 200% value for money! We rushed in the very first minute they opened, like "true Northern European guests." Although Italian chefs usually don't like this, the owner handled it like a top-tier professional. Within 15 minutes, he served us a meal that absolutely blew our minds! Amazing speed, top-notch quality, and a wonderful, fun atmosphere. The chef/owner is incredibly welcoming and entertaining. If you are looking for authentic Italian food with an outstanding attitude, this is the place. Highly recommended! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 🍝🇮🇹❤️

28/06/2026: This place is in a beautiful setting in the middle of nowhere, but conveniently just a few minutes drive from the hotel where we were staying. We had the seven course tasting menu, which was exquisite: delicious appetisers, al dente pasta, fish cooked to perfection, a meat course (skirt steak) and a little dessert to finish off. Food allergies were properly taken into account. They have an extensive list of local and international wines. Highly recommended if you are into fine dining.
07/05/2026: My favorite restaurant! An explosion of flavor and color... professionalism and friendliness... always on the rise!
