21/02/2026: Super cool place! I always have lunch there, with joy, on Fridays, and I always feel pampered! They offer fish and meat dishes, sometimes vegetarian and gluten-free! I can even eat gluten-free pasta there because they're well-equipped and attentive. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive. The atmosphere is lovely; Paloma is a great place to go for lunch, dinner, and aperitivo.

09/03/2026: Having heard great things about this restaurant, I decided to try it. We entered, and the lady who greeted us without even speaking to us showed us the table near the entrance. The place was freezing, with the fan heaters on low. The same waitress who greeted us took our orders after 10 minutes. When it came time to serve us, she brought us the order for another table. The food was good, nothing spectacular, but everything was good. Since we had booked with The Fork, we were entitled to a 20% discount at the register... we paid €160 with a €24 discount... €184, so that was the price without a discount... but €24 isn't 20% of €184!!!!! Good food, waitress, and welcome could use a makeover!!!!

Bottled water is the same price as other places where it's filtered in a jug! The waiters aren't in a rush to clear your plates, but they let you finish in peace. Overall, the prices are good (about €20 per person for everything).

10/04/2026: I tried Ristorante Da Marino, an excellent option for a quick stop along the mountain road, both on the way there and back, especially after a fair amount of winding roads. The location is convenient, close to the highway toll booth, making it perfect for a break without straying too far from the route. The menu is classic and hearty: the fresh pasta dishes are good, although I personally wasn't entirely sold on the tagliatelle with mushrooms. The menu is interesting, with an appetizer cart (vegetables + tartare) and a main course cart, which adds a slightly "old school" but always pleasant touch. Quick service and a casual atmosphere, ideal for a casual break. Note on prices: they seem to be on the rise lately, which is something to keep in mind. Overall, a practical and functional place, perfect for those looking for a quick and convenient stop during their trip.

05/04/2026: Worst restaurant I've ever been to. No menu was offered; the food was simply placed in front of me. The mushrooms were clearly pre-pickled and, moreover, tough. Absolutely disgusting food. Price: €50 for two people – an absolute outrage. A complete waste of money.

18/01/2026: This place was recommended to us by a lady I had the pleasure of chatting with in the waiting room of a doctor's office. As soon as you enter, you feel like you're at the seaside, bathed in blue and white. The chef welcomes us and offers the specials of the day, including a squid ink risotto, perfectly creamed, with a balance of acidity and saltiness, and a superb flavor. I thank the chef for indulging me and letting me taste two oysters, which I'm crazy about. The ingredients are excellent, and the dishes speak for themselves. A pleasant discovery, and we'll definitely be back from the nearby Aosta Valley!
