Combo In Torino

It was the cleanest and best hostel I've experienced.

Friendly staff, clean and tidy rooms and bathrooms. Unfortunately, I have a very important thing to report: when I booked on the official Combo website, I was told it was a seven-bed room for women only, and this was later confirmed in the email. However, this wasn't the case; late in the evening, some men entered the room and stayed in the other four beds. I was notified by the other women, who were surprised and alarmed by this, since they too had been told it was a women's room. I didn't have the opportunity to clarify, since I myself arrived late and left very early in the morning. Everything else was excellent, but apparently unreliable.

We had dinner and will definitely be back. Daniele served us, and his kindness and friendliness truly impressed us. We were greeted with a welcome drink: a house cocktail and nachos accompanied by a truly delicious salsa. We then ordered: I had agnolotti with roast beef sauce and a tagliata, both truly delicious, while my boyfriend had veal with tuna sauce and paccheri with bisque and shrimp tartare, which he loved. We finished with two desserts: a tarte tatin and a cuore caldo, both accompanied by a scoop of ice cream. Finally, Daniele also offered us limoncello to round things off. In total, we spent €89, a decidedly fair price for the quality of the products, the quantity, and the service provided. We are absolutely satisfied and will return as soon as possible.

I can only say FANTASTIC...I really like building renovations...with attention to materials...wood, iron, steel, etc. And then this former barracks is exactly what I think the owner wanted to convey to those who go there...feeling good...and efficiency of the services and solutions adopted...I repeat: Fantastic for me... I recently stayed at the Combo Torino and had an overall very positive experience, ideal for those seeking a dynamic, designer-inspired environment in the heart of Porta Palazzo. Strengths • Design and Structure: The industrial-style renovation is truly impressive. The spaces are spacious, airy, and tastefully furnished, capturing the building's soul in a modern and functional way. • Hospitality: Special praise goes to the staff's courtesy. They were extremely kind, helpful, and ready to offer helpful tips about the city. • Breakfast: Truly excellent. Fresh products, variety, and quality above average for hostels/hotels in this category. A great way to start the day. Cons (Noise) Despite the high quality of the structure, there are a couple of noise-related issues that could disturb light sleepers: 1. Exterior: The area is very central and lively, but the frequent passing of trams can be clearly heard in rooms overlooking the street. 2. Interior: During my stay, there were some rather disruptive school groups. Since the common areas are very large and open, the chatter and crowded hallways tend to create an echo effect that can be tiring in the evening or early morning. In summary: Combo is a splendid property, with a vibrant soul and impeccable service. I highly recommend it to those who love design and conviviality, perhaps suggesting bringing a pair of earplugs if you want absolute silence.

I had a truly excellent stay. The place offers all the facilities you could possibly need, and everything is very well thought out. Both the rooms and the common areas were extremely clean, and the level of hygiene was impressive. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast was also very good, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options—perfect for starting the day. Overall, as a solo traveler who has stayed in different hostels around Europe, I can definitely say that this is one of the top. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely choose to stay here again.

I often use the coworking space, which is very spacious and well-organized. You can choose between high tables with stools, sofas, or standard-height round tables. They also have an excellent bar.
