I wanted to try a restaurant that served traditional Piedmontese dishes. I found Osteria Degli Ottoni and thought I would give it a try. I am so glad I did!! 12 out of 10 stars. The food was exceptional, service warm and friendly and it was very clean with a cute decor. I would highly recommend anyone to come and see for your self 😊

I'm not a fan of Piedmontese cuisine because I don't eat dairy products, but I had veal with tornò sauce and a trio of spectacular anchovies. Average prices, very friendly staff, and quick service considering the restaurant was full.

Disappointed with this restaurant. The two waitresses weren't exactly friendly, let's say. It was also obvious they were in a hurry to get home. The pasta dishes weren't great, the meat dishes were slightly better, but average. The location is nice.

Hanging out in Turin and want to stroll on local nice food? This is the place where to go. Giorgia and the other from the staff were nursing us and advised on fine courses and wine. We had the amazing tartare (a must!!!) and the tagliata (meet was like butter). I was brave enough to venture in the avenue of desserts and the tarte-tatin had me going back to my childhood just alike the movie. They suggested a fine wine balanced in terms of price. Final bill was simply fair … that is so rare to attest at these days….. what to say … I will come back… as far as you are concerned … follow my lead and visits the venue

The dishes were well made, the service was not bad, the place was nice, but the noise of the continuous footsteps on the parquet was really annoying.

20/05/2026: The owners are very nice, the food is excellent, even better.
20/05/2026: One of the very best lunches we’ve ever had. We left it up to the lovely man who looked after us, who recommended everything we ate and drank, all of which was fabulous. It’s the only way to go! Will be back when we are next in this great city.

07/08/2026: A great atmosphere with nice food. The QR code concept was a bit confusing. You either have a QR code where you can order, pay and have no physical service or have physical menu’s and physical service. The combination of seeing the menu on your phone, but still having physical service is a bit inconvenient as you have to look through the phone menu to point at what you want. So I prefer to jusy have a physical menu. Nonetheless, the food is good.
05/08/2026: Kind waiters they are trying to understand you even if you are not Italian(one even spoke me french). I would recommend.
