I returned to Trattoria da Celso after many years... Grandpa Celso would be proud of his grandson Carlo and his daughters who run this place, maintaining the flavors of tradition with perfect, fast service... I remembered when one summer Grandpa Celso sat with us under the pergola in the small courtyard to talk about a topic very dear to him... "the fiule 🤣 "... but personal memories aside, the food is truly good and the flavors are those of the true Piola Piontese... thank you all for your work and for the commitment and passion that you offer us visitors every day... a special hug to the aunt who was not present

Wonderful atmosphere, exceptional food, and a wonderful welcome from the hostess, her children, and grandchildren. We had a wonderful time, and at the end, a special dedication from Ilaria to the chef for her amazing agnolotti! Thank you!

Top of the line! Family-run, traditional Piedmontese cuisine, with delicious dishes (like homemade agnolotti) that, despite being abundant, don't leave you feeling like you're getting too much. I mean, after a pot (literally, fujot) of agnolotti with roast beef sauce, I also ordered tripe with beans! And I managed to finish it all! The friendly atmosphere is fostered both by the owners and by the fact that, if you're alone (as I was), you're seated at a large communal table with other people you don't know and with whom you instantly become friends, sipping Barbera and Nebbiolo... Very competitive prices. What more could you want? I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area again.

A small but very nice place to eat traditional dishes.
The food, though homemade, is very good, with a decent variety of choices.
The staff are very kind and always available.
The price is fair and in line with what's offered.

Piola da Celso is a true Turin Piola: authentic cuisine, dishes prepared the way they used to be, and a genuine atmosphere. Excellent food, honest and friendly service, and lots of locals—a sign that the food here is truly good.
(For me, that's always the best sign 😄)
Recommended without hesitation.

We ate after a long line, but... The food isn't like it used to be years ago; evidently, the rush to refill tables seems to be detracting from the quality of the food.
