Ristorante Casa Amelie In Torino

I had lunch a few days ago and it was a very special experience. The environment immediately proved welcoming and the chef welcomed and enveloped us as only a Neapolitan is capable of doing. We chose the 3-course tasting menu. The bottargato veal opened the ball: a truly particular and delicious dish. Even the tortelli and cheek were no exception. We couldn't resist sharing a slice of pastiera, among the best I've ever tasted. All perfect. An experience to be repeated for sure

Wonderful place. Choice of raw materials, processing skills, genius in composing the flavors are truly the quality of the restaurant. We chatted pleasantly with the owner and chef. Super positive NOTE: pet friendly place. The place, in fact, is dedicated to the owner's missing dog.

It rarely happens that I feel at home in a restaurant. At Amélie it was like this right from the start: for the environment, the care of the spaces, the dishes that express the spirit and passion of the chef. And when you feel good at home you would never want to leave.

A real gem. I went to this place because I wanted to give my mother a special evening and I was very satisfied with the choice. The restaurant, in a very central position, is very intimate and welcoming, as well as incredibly clean. The chef/owner is an exquisite person, he personally explained the dishes to us, one better than the other. We tried the 3-course fish tasting menu, and everything is tasty, fresh, prepared with extreme care. I don't have any photos just because I was busy enjoying the experience :) I will recommend it to anyone. (Additional note of merit: the bathrooms are not only immaculate, but they provide sanitary pads, a small detail that is absolutely not trivial)

Splendido locale di cucina piemontese in cui poter gustare piatti tipici della tradizione rivisitati ed una buona scelta di mare. Guidati dallo chef Guido Perino, siamo stati deliziati da splendidi gnocchi con patate di montagna, zucca e anacardi e dell'ottimo stracotto di manzo al nebbiolo, cime orientali e cioccolato. Una cena annaffiata da un Taurasi. Molto consigliato.

Truly noteworthy experience. Two families, four adults and four children. Rainy day in a welcoming Turin, which finds its expression in Casa Amélie. The courtesy of chef Guido is priceless together with his staff! Gracefully welcomed into its warm and well-kept environment. Special attention for children. The dishes are explained and well presented without intrusiveness. Balanced tastes and flavors that go well with good wine. Refinement of the raw material and excellent presentation conquer the sight and palate. Adequate service times with priority for young customers, to the satisfaction of parents. Small variations on the menu and colloquialisms melt the ice in a gloomy Turin these days. Passed with flying colors! And highly recommended! This is a very good restaurant, run by Guido Perino, a chef who used to be the second chef in a Michelin-starred restaurant and recently opened this one to be on its own. His cuisine is largely based on traditional dishes of both Campania, his native region, and Piemonte, as it is to be expected. However, all dishes are cooked, combined, seasoned and presented with a pinch of originality, deriving from his long experience and good taste. The wine list is very wide, spanning most of Italian production and beyond. The dishes menu is not very long, which is a good feature, with just a few alternatives per section. Alternatively, the restaurant gives the opportunity of choosing between three different tasting menus, with different contents and obviously proportioned prices (€35 - three dishes, €50 - five dishes and €75 - eight dishes plus dessert). All is quite nice, with some surprising, unusual flavor combinations here and there, and very refined dish presentations. The chef is a nice guy, who comes at your table and stands at your disposal to explain the menu the single dishes and the culture, origins and philosophy of his cuisine. Be advised that the size of the dishes is often small, as it is very common in the upscale restaurants, and that wines can add up to your bill very quickly, as some special addition, like truffles, do.

.....ero alla ricerca di un posto vicino la chiesa consolata e un proprietario di un ristorante mi ha consigliato di pranzare in questa location... È una bomboniera ... ambiente piccolo ma accogliente musica di sottofondo.. bagno super pulito..e profumato....menù non esagerato ma l'essenziale per garantire la freschezza degli ingredienti .. Il piccolo cestino di pane fatto in casa e patatine buonissime di polenta ... Tutto perfetto....il proprietario chef ...gentilissimo...e preparatissimo Ho preso un secondo piatto con contorno : pancia di maiale al vermut e fagiolini .....ottimo ...cottura perfetta ...fagiolini non surgelati olio extra vergine di oliva selezionato Prezzi nella media ....possibilità di prendere un menù degustazione Sono rimasta soddisfattissima del posto Consigliatissimo ....grazie .
