Delicious pizzas, excellent ingredients!

Google reservations don't work as of March 26 2024. Feeling adventurous we had the tasting menu. Fun and delicious. Going back to try a standard pie. Service was top notch.

Very good pizza. Perfect cooking. The top was cherry tomatoes and anchovies, tied with pumpkin, potatoes and gorgonzola. The wines are also good. For me it jumps into pole position among pizzerias.

I would like to share with the staff that they are all friendly and very good... and the spectacular cuisine, everything is excellent, thank you very much, I hope to return soon with other friends... 😉😉

I went on 3/21/2024 with my mother and my dog ​​(a black cocker) to this fantastic "pizzeria" and saying pizzeria is truly an understatement. I wanted to specify that I am a Chef for consistency, so I allow myself to judge with a more critical eye. What can I say: excellent proposal of different doughs and toppings for all the pizzas. Quality and fresh ingredients, combinations studied by industry professionals. We had a prawn amatriciana and a scrocchiarella with pulled pork. Both pizzas were truly excellent, not heavy and the flavors truly balanced with each other. Federico served us, a young but really smart and polite boy. Very knowledgeable about the entire menu and especially about the various preparations they make in the kitchen. We finished our dinner with a sweet Roche'come, excellent, beautiful presentation and not cloying in taste. The girls were also good and friendly in completing the service. Very refined atmosphere, all the dining room staff smiles and accommodates any request or menu change (where possible). Congratulations, I can't give more than 5 stars because it's not possible. P.S: I left a €10 tip, I say this because these guys (kitchen and dining room) deserve an extra thank you in my opinion, doing hard work but making the experience incredible. WELL DONE!!!!!!

Completely satisfied! We took two tasting menus of gourmet pizzas. Also included in the menu was a small montanara to start with. Everything was really delicious, both the dough and the combinations of the various flavors of the pizzas. Sincere congratulations! A note of merit goes to the boy who served us, a nice and kind person. The total was €73, for two tasting menus, two desserts (also excellent), a water, a beer and a coke, a fair price given the premises made.

I was in this place for the first time a month ago, I had only heard of it by name. Quick introduction, I'm quite an expert on leavened products and I love "crispy" pizza. I tried a pizza alla pala, notoriously known for being crunchy and high... What can I say? Truly spectacular, I finally found a place where I can go and eat a proper pizza, without feeling heavy or bloated the next day or the same night. Abundantly seasoned, perfectly leavened, and made with a semi-wholemeal (I think it was type 1). Well done and congratulations
