I go often and can only confirm how good the pizza is and how friendly the staff is. Fantastic.

A thoroughly positive experience. I didn't go for the classic pizza, but for the tasting menu offered for €27. The pizza was different from the usual, but very light and with very unique flavors, both meat and seafood. I finished feeling full. The desserts are also unique and worth it.

The flours are different, so the pizza has a different texture and flavor. Overall, very good. Pleasant atmosphere, friendly staff.

After an overall positive first experience, I decided to return last night to replicate and improve.
When ordering, I carefully asked if the "traditional supplì" were truly traditional, meaning they contained no meat at all. The waiter replied in the affirmative, confirming only red rice and stringy mozzarella. Reassured by the absence of meat, I chose them.
I also asked about the possibility of substituting one of the ingredients in the Incontro pizza, chorizo (again emphasizing my INTOLERANCE for pork), and was offered vegetables instead: I opted for friarelli.
After a few minutes, the supplì arrived, small and covered with grated Parmesan cheese (untraditional). The real and incredible surprise, however, was finding tiny pieces of meat sauce (pork, no less!) inside, and I immediately stopped eating it, visibly irritated.
Only when it was time to collect the dishes, expressing my disappointment, was I told "I'm sorry" in a rather hasty manner.
With the arrival of the pizza I ordered, finally corresponding to what I requested (albeit with very little anchovy), I tried to wash away the bad taste and memory of the supplì.
The bitterness returned, last but not least, when it was time to pay the bill, when I noticed that not only was the €4 for the offending supplì confirmed, but they even added €1 for replacing the chorizo (an ingredient they "saved") with broccoli rabe!!!!!
Aside from the paltry prices and the terrible forkful (which is still very risky when it comes to food intolerances, dietary preferences, and religious issues), what really took its toll was the superficiality of the service and treatment I received: legally, it is mandatory to show the list of ingredients, for the reasons mentioned above; At the management level, it's the responsibility of every staff member to know what's in every SINGLE PRODUCT!!
I recommend paying greater attention to this founding principle, which is the true expression of being "gourmet" for customers!

I dined here with friends, and I must say that, in addition to the various appetizers (very good), I ate a pizza unlike anything I've enjoyed in a long time. It was well-cooked, well-seasoned, and very easy to digest. I highly recommend trying this experience. I would just suggest replacing the knives with sharper ones. Otherwise, everything was fine.
