13/04/2025: Yesterday with a group of 32 people we had a wonderful lunch. Waiters always smiling and kind. Excellent and super abundant 10 PRAISE menu with refresher. TO BE RETURNED. Thanks Michela and all the STAFF

14/02/2025: Mountain restaurant with typical furnishings, simple and clean premises. Our visits have always been on Sundays when a fixed menu consisting of four starters, two first courses, two second courses and dessert is offered. The cuisine is simple and homely but the dishes offered are decidedly good and plentiful, plus they review all the courses. The service from the young managers was very kind. At the end of the meal the cook goes out to go around the tables to check whether the food was liked by the diners. The bill is really honest. For us it is a pleasure to have lunch there when we go to Valmala.

23/07/2025: A truly spectacular location, in perhaps the least-known part of the Langhe. We appreciate the family management; the two owners truly make you feel at home. The rooms are furnished in a retro style and are comfortable. You can also book dinner upon arrival (we didn't), which is served in a beautifully kept garden with a unique view. Minor gripes include the lack of pastries and croissants for breakfast, and the pool (though panoramic) is too small and therefore crowded in high season. These are minor details compared to the beauty of the place.

30/07/2025: The meat isn't up to the level of Cuneo's finest, and the cooking and cutting methods are far from what one would call excellent. The Amalfi Tagliata...which is ground beef instead of a true tagliata. Even the classic tagliata, a distant relative of a tagliata worthy of the name.

05/08/2025: A must-have, highly recommended as a pasta alternative. As for sauces, it's number one.

03/08/2025: Great pasta, really good. The only tourists were there, mostly locals. The price-quality ratio is excellent.

13/05/2025: A place that tells the tastes and flavors of the Langhe, an exceptional view of the valley below, all of which transmits a calm and serenity that coincides with the delights of the palate. Eating here is a taste experience, fresh dishes prepared at the moment with care and love for food, there is no dish to recommend and everything to taste. The wine, whether white or red, does not disappoint expectations, it caresses your palate as if it were velvet or silk. Go and you will be fascinated.

24/07/2025: Het restaurant waarvoor we kwamen, was dicht dus belandden we hier. En dat was geen probleem. De wijn was natuurlijk uitstekend, maar ook de verse pasta was erg lekker. Alle pasta kon bedekt worden met enorme hoeveelheden truffel, net zo speciaal als duur. Een bijzondere ervaring was dat.

21/07/2025: ate at the restaurant and had a lovely meal. the service was incredible and the food was 10000/10. wine selection was great too, i cant wait to come back. i highly recommend this place!

20/06/2025: If you are not touchy but you love to eat divinely go there. Quality and simple things. Obviously you have to like the lady in the dining room who with her gruff but always kind ways will make you taste their specialties.

14/06/2025: I returned to Peso after many years, in addition to the dive into the past, the sensations, tastes and service have remained familiar and top. Recommended.

03/08/2025: Vært her 20 ganger. Kjempe god kvalitet! Enkel, klassisk Italiensk Pizza Resturant som også har gode retter fra sjøen. Min favoritt i området!

27/07/2025: Gran restaurante familiar local que ofrece una experiencia local única con excelente comida y precios justos. Aunque NO se habla Inglés, el propietario y su equipo son muy pacientes con Google Traducir e ir más allá para que te sientas bienvenido. Sus pizzas son excepcionales y su selección de vinos locales hizo de esta una de nuestras cenas más memorables en Italia.

02/07/2025: We had lunch for 4 on Sunday 29th June. We had 4 mixed appetizers, 3 first courses, 4 second courses, 2 desserts, 1 glass of wine, 2 bottles of water and 4 coffees, spending a total of €96. The appetizers were good, I really liked the ravioli with ragù but the stewed tripe and ratatouille were truly special. The tiramisu was also excellent: it seemed like lunch at my grandmother's house from many years ago, with so many genuine flavours and perfect digestion. Highly recommended.

26/06/2025: Yesterday we stopped at this restaurant, we will definitely be back, we ate very well, impeccable service. Too bad it was a bit too hot in the room.... highly recommended!!!!

08/07/2025: After a lovely via ferrata in the mountains near Chiaronto, we called the refuge to see if they were still available for lunch. Our estimated arrival time at the refuge was 4:00 PM. They were very kind and offered us unlimited menu options. The dishes were carefully selected, with unusual pairings, and were delicious. A truly beautiful place to spend a few relaxing hours. A wonderful experience, we'll be back!

26/07/2025: Four friends for dinner, we shared the battuta and the umbrina appetizers: generous portions, delicious dishes! Followed by the super-balanced spaghetti with squid ink, mouth-watering agnolotti, sliced veal (melt in your mouth), and risotto, the house special, sublime!

07/08/2025: I went with my children and son-in-law for dinner. Unfortunately, the weather was bad, so we asked to sit inside instead of outside, as we had reserved by phone. The service was quite prompt, very kind, and helpful.
