I migliori ristoranti di cucina italiana in Alessandria

19/02/2025: Conosco La Cascina da molti anni. Ho iniziato a frequentare questo ristorante da ragazzo, insieme ai miei genitori. Per noi che abitiamo a Cuneo, ma abbiamo le nostre origini e i nostri cari defunti in zona, La Cascina è sempre stato un punto di riferimento per i nostri pranzi durante le visite periodiche durante l'anno. Devo ammettere che non hanno mai sbagliato un colpo. Si tratta di un ristorante tradizionale come promesso dal nome stesso. La titolare è sempre gentilissima e i vari piatti, dall'antipasto ai primi (agnolotti sublimi!!!), ai secondi e ai dolci (mio padre diventava matto per il loro tiramisù), tutto spettacolare, bontà e semplicità. Consigliatissimo!!!

16/02/2025: Sono stata a pranzo in questo locale diverse volte con colleghi. Il posto è semplice, caldo e accogliente, ci si sente "come a casa". Il menu è prettamente tradizionale, con prezzi onesti. Personalmente ho assaggiato i ravioloni di magro, molto buoni, e il roastbeef, anche questo buono. Nell'insieme consigliato per un pasto molto semplice senza grandi aspettative sui gusti, ma ad un prezzo giusto.

04/03/2025: Agriturismo molto accogliente , ci si sente come ospiti/conoscenti in un ambiente familiare e confortevole. Abbiamo avuto la saletta con la stufa solo per noi quattro a cui si sono aggiunti a più riprese Stefano ed il signor Coppo a fare gli onori di casa raccontando la storia dell'azienda vinicola. Il menù viene 'raccontato' ed è un susseguirsi di portate dal sapore casalingo preparate con amore e rispetto del prodotto. Un luogo da frequentare....

02/01/2025: The Parisio Restaurant, located in the historic center of Acqui Terme a few steps from the famous "Bollente", is a place that conquers at first glance. The environment is modern, impeccable for cleanliness and order, and conveys a pleasant sensation of care and attention to detail. The staff is extremely courteous and qualified: they demonstrate great competence both in the presentation of the menu and in the professionalism with which they deal with table service. Each course reflects the Piedmontese tradition, reinterpreted with creativity by the chef, who manages to transform the dishes into original and delicious proposals. The wine list is excellent, with a selection that perfectly accompanies each dish. Prices are also balanced and in line with the quality of the experience offered. A restaurant that combines tradition and modernity, ideal for those looking for authentic cuisine but with a touch of personality.

15/02/2025: Overall a disappointing experience compared to expectations. The environment is simple and rather pleasant. Several rooms with 2-4 tables each, on two floors in a rather beautiful period noble building. The dishes are not very accurate in preparation and presentation, I would say not very successful: without major defects but without character. Fixed fish menu for all tables. Wine list too short. The service was naïve, with some of the staff friendly but clearly and explicitly inexperienced and some more professional, however gross naivety and long waits in a semi-deserted place. Finally, the cost: it was Valentine's Day, agreed, but for what we had the cost was truly disproportionate.

12/01/2025: Pranzo con mio figlio e mio marito in questo locale storico ben ristrutturato. Il tavolo potrebbe avere la tovaglia stirata meglio. Il locale è riscaldato e offre un confort sufficiente. Il menù offre una buona scelta. Chiediamo 3 antipasti: uno misto salumi del territorio e due porzioni di lumache alla bourguignonne. I salumi sono squisiti, le lumache non esaltanti. Proseguiamo con 3 primi piatti: due paccheri al ragù di pescatrice e pesce spada e un piatto di tagliolini ai funghi porcini. Paccheri leggermente avanti di cottura, sugo discreto. Per concludere ordiniamo 3 dolci differenti: cheesecake, dolce cioccolato cuore morbido su letto di crema inglese e fantasia di gelati della casa. Tutti e tre molto buoni. Da bere ordiniamo due bottiglie d'acqua e 2 calici di vino. Mio figlio ed io gustiamo due ottimi caffè. Per questo pasto paghiamo 150 euro. Leggermente caro ma accettabile. Quello che è inaccettabile è il servizio: glaciale. Non un sorriso, nè un grazie quando si passano i piatti vuoti, nè una richiesta sul gradimento delle pietanze. Ci ringraziano a malapena quando effettuiamo il pagamento, la proprietaria - presumo - mi dice di poggiare la carta e poi di procedere all'inserimento del pin e tasto verde. D'accordo, eseguo. In questo locale per la prima e l'ultima volta.

18/02/2025: Valentine's Day dinner, typical Piedmontese menu, excellent veal with tuna sauce, tried the cannelloni from Bo Russ and I would say more than recommended. Second course very tasty and plentiful. Veal cheek and duck leg. Wine recommended by the sommelier to certainly be re-appreciated. Recommended for a romantic or otherwise romantic dinner.

28/01/2025: Of the four different dishes, two were good and the other two were not so good, especially the pork belly was unfortunately not good at all. The young lady was friendly and accommodating. The ambience is rather upscale even if it doesn't look like it. Prices rather expensive.

27/02/2025: Bel locale. Tranquillo. Personale cortese. Cibo ottimo!! In particolare antipasti e primi. Pulito. Unico neo,ma proprio a voler essere pignoli, l'ingresso del bagno nel caso di una carrozzina. Comunque tutto facilmente risolvibile. Da tornarci. Sicuramente!!!
