22/11/2024: Already been a while ago, but we visites this very cosy and nice restaurant in october 2013 and i mist say, we have been treated as kings! The food is very very nice and tastefull and Renzo and Philip are extremely good hosts! We highly recommend this little restaurant!

09/03/2025: Tavern with a retro style and genuine, homemade cuisine. They prepared lasagna with meat sauce and a stew with chestnuts and polenta to lick your lips and ask for an encore (which we did) all accompanied by the house red wine. We had a really good time and the managers are excellent people, without forgetting the skill and kindness of the guys who serve. I highly recommend Osteria Santo Stefano!! P.S. the pizza is made in a wood oven and is delicious

23/02/2025: I haven't been to this restaurant to eat in a long time because I don't live near it, but the food is always good, a simple but nice place in an excellent location. And if you add a gorgeous waitress with a wonderful smile... you absolutely have to go back 😉

04/02/2025: Ambiente molto bello. Luminoso, pulito e moderno. Una delle migliori base pizza mangiate: soffice e gustosa da 10. Forse Ariccia un po’ scarna come condimento rispetto all’altra pizza; ma indubbiamente stra-buona e si sente la qualità degli ingredienti. Ottima iniziativa il coupon “pizza omaggio”. Unica precisazione: prezzo (troppo elevato su pizze gourmet) e la scelta di non far entrare i cani (secondo me esagerata visto i tempi). Per il resto top, ci ritornerò e la consiglio!

16/02/2025: Se cercate il locale elegante e raffinato questo locale non fa per voi. Se invece cercate un locale accogliente, con una bellissima vetrata panoramica con il personale che vi accoglie con un sorriso e cura il vostro tavolo non facendovi mai mancare pane grissini bevande ed un sorriso questo è quello che cercate. Siamo stati più volte in questo ristorante ed abbiamo provato diverse opzioni dal menu da 28 euro, alla carta, al menu fritto misto e nessuna di questa ci ha mai delusi. Il vino sfuso della casa è buono, l'acqua nel vetro. La battuta è freschissima e di altissima qualità, lo sformatino di verdure con formaggio si scioglie in bocca ed è un esplosione di dolcezza e vellutatezza. I primi sono due assaggi tagliolini e agnolotti entrambi molto buoni. I dolci fatti in casa sono davvero ottimi. È un locale economico, con ottimo cibo e consiglio anche il fritto misto e ci si sente a casa perché il personale, soprattutto la signora bionda è di una gentilezza unica. Segnalo i servizi pulitissimi cosa non scontata nel locali.

27/03/2025: I ate quite well, nothing to say about the food. Too bad that, in addition to the bill, I also took home the intense aroma of the kitchen, perfectly absorbed by my clothes. Now my jacket, shirt and trousers smell of mixed fried food. A tip: if you care about your outfits, consider coming with disposable clothing... or directly with the diving suit. Extractor hoods not arrived.

09/03/2025: In the middle of the Monferrato hills, I find this farmhouse truly spectacular. With €35-40 you have a tasting menu (with generous courses, you'll leave really full!) based on Piedmontese cuisine, really very good! The atmosphere inside is exquisite, the staff are very kind and the Chef is a spectacle! She came to talk to us at our table, to chat and get to know us, which is not a given, very welcome and a sign of passion for what we are doing! I will return as promised, for the crusted pork and the shank, which I can't wait to try! Super congratulations, highly recommended!

08/04/2025: As always, La Lupa confirms itself as a simple restaurant but with excellent and expertly cooked food. It's been a while since I've been there and the quality of the dishes has remained unchanged, what unfortunately didn't satisfy me were the waiting times for service. Really too long.

23/01/2025: Not bad, staff and manager very helpful with customers. This is an informal place in the countryside of Casale Monferrato. To be avoided if there is fog because the road cannot be seen. Certainly much more suitable and enjoyable in summer. Well done.

17/01/2025: We stopped by chance: very kind owner and waitress, superlative cook and the food represents the best of Piedmontese cuisine. Restaurant that has entered the heart.

17/11/2024: Pranzo della domenica con un gruppo di amici. Il castello propone salumi e formaggi della zona (alcuni prodotti in casa da loro), prodotti bio che seguono la stagionalità, primi piatti fatti in casa e anche cacciagione. Il servizio e la sala sono decisamente informali in linea con lo spirito di un vero agriturismo. Il personale è gentilissimo e asseconda il cliente donandogli un'esperienza godibile da tutti i punti di vista. Vale veramente la pena venire su dalla collina che la struttura domina. Da oggi di diritto tra i miei ristoranti preferiti.

07/11/2024: Me ne avevano parlato molto bene ! E posso confermare che avevano ragione ! Gianni poi è proprio un fenomeno ! Ti mette immediatamente a tuo agio ! E non è un comportamento di facciata ! È proprio sincerità pura ! Poi… dal momento che ho saputo che è milanista come me !!! 🙂 ! Per quel che riguarda i piatti beh … vi consiglio di andare e provare di persona ! Non ve ne pentirete !
