As always, a truly unique place....we had a wonderful Easter and ate excellent food...

I can only say it was an experience. We had reserved a table. There's only one menu with nine courses. We were able to experience authentic Piedmontese cuisine. Absolutely delicious, with something for everyone. I wouldn't recommend it for vegetarians. The price of €50 might sound a bit high at first, but considering the effort involved, it's justified. Incidentally, 1.5 bottles of wine and coffee were also included in the price.

A historic and characteristic restaurant in the Monferrato hills, renowned for its well-crafted traditional Piedmontese cuisine, featuring signature dishes such as homemade agnolotti, risotto, Piedmontese-style fritto misto, bollito misto con bagnetto verde, and the sweet bunet. Most guests appreciate the authenticity of the local ingredients, the generous portions, and the accompanying local wine.

Everything was very good, and the owner was very kind. The only downside was the long wait between appetizers. The bill was a bit steep, but we expected that given the quality of the food.

The food is excellent, the quality and service are excellent. The owners are very friendly and professional. I recommend it.
