24/10/2025: Working in a crowded restaurant is exhausting and certainly very demanding for anyone, but I believe that professionalism should never be compromised in these situations. One of the girls who served us was quite annoyed and made it clear several times, both in her responses and in her service. We waited a long time before anyone came to take our orders, which, I repeat, can be justified for a number of valid reasons, but that should never detract from good manners and professionalism. Concluding this review, I can focus on the quality of the pizza: very good, thin and flaky dough, but perhaps a bit lacking in toppings. The tiramisu, on the other hand, didn't convince me at all, and the mascarpone cream had a rather undefined flavor. I'm still giving it 4 stars because I'd like it to be considered more of a constructive criticism than a destructive one. I believe there's always room for improvement, and perhaps I just had the wrong night.

07/12/2025: Excellent cuisine, featuring truffle-based dishes. Traditional appetizers. First courses include tagliolini with truffle, gnocchi with mushroom cream, and ravioli with tomato sauce. Second courses include carpaccio and fried egg, all dusted with truffle, fried mushrooms, and lamb. Dessert includes tiramisu, coffee, and grappa. Friendly and professional staff. All for €40, very reasonable.

05/10/2025: I've bought takeout farinata several times. The wait time is very short, the farinata is excellent, not greasy, and cooked well. The prices are fair. Recommended based on my experience.

17/11/2025: I didn't like it; the setting was a bit too basic for my taste. Two pizzas, one Margherita, two desserts, and two beers cost €50. Prices were in the medium-high range. The crème brulee was very hot, too much so; it should usually be fresh and the surface hot and crispy. It's a shame because the flavor was good, but it was ruined by the heat. The service was good, very fast and just the right amount of courteous.

19/10/2025: Good morning, I was for lunch a few Sundays ago. As soon as we arrived, we immediately noticed the entrance door with very dirty glass. When we entered, even worse, cobwebs everywhere, very dark room. We asked to pull the curtains but they told us they were creased. Dirty cheese bowl with a portion of cheese and there were 6 of us. And we pointed it out, the only positive note was the girl who served us. We had to ask for the receipt. I absolutely do not recommend it. Mediocre food.

31/08/2025: A very positive experience at Cascina Faletta. A weekend of tranquility, peace, and relaxation. A well-kept and quiet location. The pool and the opportunity to visit the winery with a tasting are absolute pluses. We then had dinner at their restaurant, which was excellent and offered a fairly varied menu. Clean rooms, good breakfast, and overall excellent service. I would happily return.

12/11/2025: Just ordered 3 very good pizzas. Excellent ingredients, delicious dough. The farinata was delicious. I called to reserve, and the pizzas were ready as soon as they arrived. The place is really clean. The staff is friendly, smiling, and impeccable. I wish these guys a bright future. Congratulations indeed.
