16/06/2025: La Collina di AuRosa is always a guarantee. The food is of excellent quality, selected and local ingredients. Each dish is well presented and you can perceive the attention to detail. The staff is a great strength: always kind, helpful and attentive to the customer, they manage to make every guest feel welcomed and looked after with discretion and efficiency. A further note of merit goes to the outdoor area, particularly pleasant during the summer season. It is a characteristic, well-kept and relaxing environment, perfect for enjoying an outdoor lunch or dinner. Highly recommended for those looking for quality, courtesy and a welcoming atmosphere.

15/06/2025: Yesterday, going to Volpedo to buy peaches, we came across the sign indicating the Agriturismo La collina di AuRosa. I was immediately struck by the name and so we decided to go and eat there for lunch. The location is very nice, surrounded by greenery. Eleonora immediately welcomed us with such kindness and sympathy! We really appreciated the eggplant parmigiana and the tagliolini with butter and truffle. Everything was really tasty and light! We will be back very soon! Our dog had a great time too!

04/07/2025: The food was very good and reasonably priced, typical Italian cuisine, and the service was very friendly and hospitable. It was lovely, I'd love to go back!

23/06/2025: Stopped by on Friday at noon, I had been hoping for years that it would reopen, I used to go there around 2010 for work reasons, well I was favorably impressed by the location; The girls who run it are very courteous and professional as well as gracious. Ordered fusilli with tomato sauce, excellent; tuna meat really exquisite, it seemed like home-made (and that's a great compliment), side dish of Spinach, perfectly boiled and delicious Mashed Potatoes. Very honest price (I'm a truck driver and I know a few restaurants/Trattorias...); Compliments to the Staff, keep it up!

12/08/2025: Wonderful place, known more than 20 years ago.. with the new management, further improved the outdoor area, relaxing.. the food: exceptional price/quality ratio.. in addition, excellent service, with friendliness and kindness.. it will be a point of reference when we are in the area

10/08/2025: A beautiful place surrounded by greenery, with games for children and the opportunity for them to play while the adults eat and relax. The food and prices are average.

21/07/2025: Ristorante e pizzeria piacevole situata in una bellissima posizione in Val Borbera che offre buoni piatti in maniera gradevole e con sollecitudine. Ottimo per un pranzo o una cena in un ambiente piacevole e cordiale. Lo staff, composto da familiari e collaboratori e coordinato con professionalità e simpatia dal sig. Stefano, vi permetterà di fare un piacevole break assaporando i piatti proposti.

18/07/2025: A lovely location for a stopover. We'd love to return in November, and today in July for the third time. Definitely have dinner there; the tartare was delicious and a great surprise. GRAZIE

17/07/2025: After a few years I returned to dine at Carrettino in Tortona, what can I say, the years go by but the food is always the same, tonight only meat and salad, for me it was the right choice

27/07/2025: Locale di una catena, all'interno dell'outlet di Serravalle. Sarebbe ottimo per uno spuntino, peccato che per la disorganizzazione i tempi si dilatano in maniera eccessiva. Prodotti nella media. Da segnalare la buona volontà di un ragazzo che, per scusarsi dell' eccessivo ritardo, ci ha offerto i caffè.

25/07/2025: One of the most horrible places I have ever been to. The waitress forgot half of the dishes we ordered, we reminded her several times what we ordered and even after that she brought something different. After we noticed this, she snorted demonstratively and went to change the dish. The waiters understand English very poorly, although they pretend to understand everything. They brought us regular water not at the beginning, but at the end, and again after reminding us. There were four of us, and when the plates became empty, the waitress did not remove them from the table, we had to unload the table ourselves to put new dishes. We were there an hour before closing and the waiters started sweeping the floor and washing the tables right next to us, which made a terrible additional impression… WE DO NOT RECOMMEND this establishment!

27/03/2025: Di passaggio dall’uscita di Alessandria Sud direzione Acqui Terme, ci siamo fermati per il pranzo. Locale carino e curato, piatti gustosi e decisamente abbondanti. Servizio ottimo. Che dire consigliato. 🔝🔝🔝

22/06/2025: Terribile esperienza, sistemati nel porticato con temperatura da bollino rosso senza un filo di vento e quindi boccheggiando per l'intero pranzo. Ma entriamo nel demerito del ristoratore: pranzo alla carta (non previsto menù turistico o altro) ma non possiamo ordinare singolarmente ma tutti obbligati ad ordinare l'antipasto misto (€25 una vera truffa), vino bianco del Roero portato incappucciato nella sacca fresca ma peccato che il vino stesso sia TIEPIDO e che ci portino cubetti di ghiaccio per raffreddare il vino (una offesa al buon vino scelto). Ed ecco il finale: praticamente sparecchiano mano a mano la tavolata per costringerci ad alzarci e andare via. Ora abbiamo mangiato benissimo ma il prezzo pagato per il servizio e la mancanza di professionalità non paga assolutamente. Dimenticavo, sconto di €3 se pagavamo in contanti che vuol dire......

19/06/2025: We visited Da Maria with our child – and it was simply fantastic! The food was excellent, truly the best in the region. Very tasty, beautifully presented, and made with love. The atmosphere on the terrace was also wonderful – cozy, welcoming, and comfortable. We felt completely at home.
