23/11/2025: I speak as a Roman, if you want good pizza come here, not that rubbish they call pizza, here you eat real pizza, the one that makes you close your eyes, the atmosphere is relaxing, there are screens that hypnotize with dishes or TV programs, if you want to be pampered and eat properly this is the right place!

23/11/2025: We're longtime customers of this pizzeria, but recently we've noticed several errors during service, which has often been inattentive and confusing. Furthermore, the pizzas are completely different from before, as if the pizza chef had changed... The dough is different and soft, and the crust is unnecessarily high, whereas before it was thin and crispy. We hope things are done better and with more attention to quality rather than the all-out economy we've noticed with various details, such as the bread served at the table and the overly diluted house wine. 27/11/2025: I visited Maniman restaurant in Casaleggio Boiro and had a truly pleasant experience. The ample parking in front of the restaurant is very convenient, especially on weekends. The atmosphere is familiar and welcoming, with a simple and genuine atmosphere. The cuisine is homey, with dishes prepared with care and authentic flavor. Don't miss the wide selection of homemade desserts, all truly delicious. The dining room was also well-heated, a much-appreciated detail in the colder months. A perfect place for those seeking tranquility, good food, and a homey atmosphere. Recommended!

27/07/2025: Bel locale, con una particolare accoglienza da parte della proprietaria. Il menu' è vario e le portate curate . Buoni i mandelli al pesto, personale gentile.

29/06/2025: Ristorante curato e molto bello tra le colline della val Borbera.Siamo stati accolti da un personale gentile e attento.abbiamo preso il menù a degustazione a sorpresa,tra cui il cappon magro che era strepitoso.Una buona e varia cantina di vini prezzo giusto x quello che abbiamo mangiato. 25/04/2025: E' il pub più vecchio di Alessandria, aperto nel 1985 e chiuso nel 2012 dalla prima gestione, riaperto nel dicembre del 2016 dall'attuale. In strada oggi 20 coperti, 60 nella sala; c'è anche Oscar a presidiare il salotto e la saletta con il biliardino. Chef e Patron Graziano Fleano, lui stesso a servirci. Musica anni '80 in sottofondo; la cena: Birre alla spina medie: - Herrnbräu Roter Panther alc. 7,1% vol. - Kronen tradition Hell alc. 5,0% vol. HAMBURGER (personalizzato): - frittata, insalata, pomodoro, provola affumicata, salsa rosa. Focaccia tipo Recco (crescenza). Caffè a chiudere. La carta presenta 6 birre alla spina di cui una del mese, nella vetrina all'ingresso quelle in bottiglia; 70 cocktail a 6€; piadine da 6 a 8€; toast maxi a 6€, mega a 10€; panini da 6 a 8€; salamelle nel panino 8€, nel piatto con patate a 10€; hamburger 155 g a 10€, 200 g a 15€; 17 piatti vari da 5 a 12€; eventuali primi a richiesta; 7 dessert elencati a voce. Abbiamo gradito molto la piacevolissima chiacchierata con Graziano e Valter, colui che aveva aperto il pub quarant'anni fa. A fine cena i nostri complimenti.

08/12/2025: The lady who gave us the bill: (owner, I presume) was VERY UNfriendly! She even raised her voice when I, a customer, asked (politely) questions about my bill!!!!! Obviously NOT a pleasant experience!!! While the owner of the place... a really helpful, kind man.

01/11/2025: I discovered this restaurant almost three years ago when I was working in Monferrato, and I've been going there regularly ever since, partly because the menu changes almost weekly depending on the season, with special dishes and evenings. The B&B is very welcoming and quiet, and it's a pleasure to come down and enjoy their superb breakfasts. Excellent value for money, and above all, the hospitality. After all, 90 years of family-run business is something you can't make up.

23/11/2025: A pleasant return to a restaurant that pays attention to the quality of its carefully selected raw ingredients, serving dishes on a limited menu inspired by quality rather than variety. Both the raw beef and the sliced ​​beef were perfect; the pumpkin and sausage parcel was delicious; the guinea fowl was tender and flavorful. The chocolate mousse wasn't entirely convincing in terms of density, flavor, and presentation. Special praise for the service: polite, competent, and friendly.

These pastries were cloying and tasted of everything except pistachio or hazelnut, inedible, and not to mention the cream, which looked beautiful but tasted like absolutely poor quality.
