27/04/2025: Today for my niece's communion we had lunch there, a buffet with a lot of choices based on vegetables, fish, meat, cured meats, I really liked the ravioli, I chose the ones with Monte Bole, excellent rosbif, nice, friendly staff, they even took a photo of us where we were all together, quiet place in the greenery, honest prices, I recommend

11/05/2025: It had already been complicated to get to our destination, we knew there was a dirt road, but not that long and we didn't expect the very long waits between one service and another. We sat down at 12.30pm and got up at 5pm without finishing our good quality lunch. Two people did not eat meat and cured meats, but we were not given a lower price (as they had told us on the phone). Honestly, we would have expected an apology, a bad day can happen and even paying full price for everyone doesn't!

02/06/2025: Today at lunch we celebrated my mother's 93rd birthday and it was her first time at AL MORO. She was thrilled. The staff was very kind, witty, courteous and professional, fast and attentive service, excellent food quality and portions.
Congratulations and thanks to the waiting staff who made this day special, we will definitely be back very soon!!👏👍

13/05/2025: I can't comment on the pizza, it's pretty average. One thing bothered me, the rudeness of the chef (open kitchen) who spoke to a colleague rudely and loudly. It happened when he was tidying up a previously occupied table, while clearing up a plate accidentally fell, things that can happen. Only the chef never makes mistakes!
I advise the chef to present himself impeccably both in terms of uniform and everything else!
Enough with the black uniforms!

Very elegant and clean place, friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff, the dishes are presented impeccably, the quality is superior and the menu is surprising. I highly recommend
20/04/2025: We went today for Easter lunch and once again we were truly satisfied: excellent dishes prepared by the excellent chef Thomas, choice of wines always at the top and excellent service.
What can I say? Super highly recommended!!!!!

07/02/2025: Our favorite bar in Alessandria. If you want to drink a cup of aromatic coffee or enjoy a full home-cooked lunch, then this is definitely the place for you. A wide choice of sandwiches for all tastes. I would like to especially highlight the pleasant atmosphere and the classic interior.
P.S. From time to time an interesting event called "Bagna Cauda Evening" is held here. We had never tried this dish anywhere before.

21/04/2025: The food was very homemade and there were some imperfections in the dishes, the most notable being the lasagna which was immersed in bechamel (as also admitted by those who served it). The service was very courteous and attentive, but a little slow (we finished lunch at 4pm). The environment is very vintage, perhaps even a little too much so, in my opinion it deserves a refresh. Finally, the price was disproportionate, I didn't perceive the 60 euros each spent. Last thing to say; There would have been around 200 diners in the halls, so packed together that the waiters struggled to pass between the tables.

30/04/2025: Unfortunately we went for dinner on a Saturday... very long waiting times, after two hours we were the first ones. We canceled the second order, paid and left. Good food, I'll be back this week to give it another chance!!!!!! I recommend... do take away but on Saturdays until 7.30pm, then if you have a completely full room give priority to the room!!!!
27/04/2025: Booked for 7 people. At 7.30pm we sit at the table, order drinks, appetizers, first courses, second courses, side dishes.
9.00pm only appetizers arrived, one every 10 minutes.. practically one ate and the others watched.
And nothing...exhausted from the wait we got up and left the place. To be fair, we paid for what we consumed (drinks and appetizers). Goodbye... or rather adios!!

23/03/2025: Siamo tornati dopo un po' di tempo e siamo rimasti soddisfatti come sempre.
Antipasti misti piemontesi e antipasti al tartufo, taglierini al tartufo, assaggio di gnocchi e ravioli. Secondo a scelta tra roastbeaf e uovo sempre al tartufo, agnello carciofi e funghi impanati. Volendo si può fare un misto di tutto.
Dolce, vino, acqua e amaro. Quantità abbondanti.
40 euro a persona, più che onesti.
