15/02/2026: Unfortunately, 5 stars aren't enough. Third visit in 2 years, and Paolo and Alice are no exception... once again, everything was perfect. What can I say? I highly recommend a visit.

A PLEASURE!!! From the bread to the ingredients chosen to compose it!!!!! I would have hugged you if I had eaten it on the spot!!!!!!!!!!!! As long as there are places like this, I will always gladly leave the various fast food restaurants & co. to the kids. Thank you for existing and resisting all the subpar food chains that are spreading like wildfire. 🫶🏼 PS: Unfortunately, I don't have any photos... after the first bite, I didn't even know where my phone was!!! 😄

07/01/2026: Incredible dinner we had at Le Torri in the heart of Castiglione Falletto. We originally had other dinner reservations but made an audible when finding this place. Excellent Rabbit with pickled vegetables to start ending with a white truffle pasta and beef cheek. A nice touch at the end of the meal with a plate of peanuts and tangerines. Highly recommend!

An impeccable fritto misto, faithful to tradition but executed with rare precision and quality, transforming a great classic into a true gastronomic experience. The service is exquisite and attentive: Mr. Enrico welcomes you with courtesy and kindness, immediately conveying the feeling of a home that knows how to care for its guests. The team works with great harmony and professionalism—a special mention goes to Luca and Francesca, as well as all the other staff members whose names I didn't ask, but whose attentiveness and helpfulness I truly appreciated. An experience that confirms how great cuisine also (and above all) comes from tradition, time, and the people who know how to preserve it.

20/12/2025: It's not the first time I've dined here, and it won't be the last! Today I also had the appetizer samples, which were amazing, and all four were different from the last time I was here a month ago! This surprised me because it means they update and vary the menu very often so as not to tire the customers. At the same time, however, there are some dishes that have become a regular, like the gnocchi with Robiola di Roccaverano cheese, which are always fantastic! The portions are generous, as you can see from the photos, but there's no risk of having any left over! Francesca and Valentina are two excellent hosts, always smiling and kind. If you want to enjoy lunch or dinner in an excellent restaurant, in a warm and welcoming atmosphere, this is the place for you.

21/12/2025: We went for lunch today. The cozy dining room had a wood-burning stove that warmed up this gloomy day. It's a delightful family-run restaurant! It's exactly the kind of place you'd always want to find in these magnificent Langhe. I had the fantastic vitello tonnato and the delicious rabbit, which is hard to find around here. The platter of exquisite local cheeses was accompanied by a truly top-notch cougna. We'll definitely be back after their well-deserved post-holiday break.

21/12/2025: Saturday lunch organized at the last minute... The rabbit was superb, as were the cod and octopus. Bunet deserved top marks... The owners bid us farewell with Christmas sweets. Thank you so much!

30/12/2025: A huge round of applause to the entire staff, a rare sight in times where everything moves faster than it used to, but the ❤️ is empty. A corner of paradise where authentic flavors, all freshly cooked with excellent, home-made ingredients, are an added value that sometimes justifies the appropriate and understandable preparation times for certain dishes, in favor of an excellent result, all washed down with quality wines. A warm and welcoming atmosphere, on every occasion, even by friends who came from out of the region. Highly recommended to those who appreciate an authentic experience that marries slow food; after all, at least at the table and in company, you can find yourself carving out a couple of hours of peace.
