You go there for good food, of course, but you return for something more: genuine care, attention to the raw ingredients, and cuisine that has personality without sacrificing restraint. The fried foods are simply extraordinary: light, perfect, never heavy. Mushrooms, artichokes, asparagus: in every season, they find a way to make themselves memorable. For me, they truly are the best. The service is always impeccable, discreet, never intrusive. And the atmosphere has a rare quality: it's quiet, discreet, and welcoming. Not noisy, not garish. A place where you eat well and still enjoy conversation, almost feeling at home. For me, it's become a favorite restaurant. And anyone passing through Turin should try it at least once.
