28/04/2026: We went to eat at Caminetto when all the other bars were closed for the low season. We had two sandwiches, a cappuccino, and a hot chocolate. The sandwiches were generously filled, and the hot chocolate was creamy and dense, probably the best in Sestriere. All at a great price, considering the bar is located in the center. The owner is very kind and friendly. He even brought water for our dog. Thank you so much!

05/05/2026: Interesting experience. The ingredients are decidedly top-quality. The staff is friendly and very welcoming. If I have one criticism, it's the small pastries. They're definitely not up to par with the rest, which was truly remarkable. As a true Piedmontese, I found tradition at its finest. The prices are Michelin-starred, so plan accordingly. The atmosphere is well-kept but dated. It's a testament to the desire to maintain tradition, but it's certainly not spectacular: it depends on what you're expecting.

The place is very welcoming, and it's exactly what you'd expect if you want a cheerful dinner with good food and wine. The girl who served us was incredibly friendly. Thanks for everything. 15/01/2026: After 6 hours of riding in the cold, we stumbled upon this place to eat and drink something typical... and here is this cute place, where a friendly waitress welcomed us, we ordered a tagliata and a cheek in Barolo, for the wine the owner came over and recommended a wine... excellent advice... a perfect wine with the meat, good good... the meat? Superlative... perhaps the best tagliata I've ever eaten! Even the cheek was top! We discovered that it is a family-run place! From the welcome to the dishes, everything was perfect! I highly recommend it. I would definitely go back! Well done... compliments to the waitress's brother who is in the kitchen and it is he who prepares those delicacies! oh I forgot... the charcuterie board! excellent! In short, everything was perfect.. thanks and well done guys!

It is a fantastic restaurant - Here's why - 1- The food is diverse, authentic and amazing 2- The atmosphere is warm and welcoming 3 3- The restaurant is owned and run by three brothers all of whom are incredibly gracious, welcoming and nice. This in my wife’s view and mine is better than a Michelin 3 star because you feel at home eating wonderful food surrounded by amazing hosts. The dishes we tried were truly delicious, with a focus on local products. The wine list was also interesting. We felt truly at home, both from the welcome, the service, and the food. The bill was reasonable. We will definitely be back to try other dishes.
