Absolutely worth trying is the bear dish (wild boar bresaola, tomino cheese and mixed salad) and the freshly made zabaglione.

Noi abbiamo optato per il menu di degustazione piú importante e posso solo dire di aver mangiato magnificamente. Ogni portata eseguita in maniera impeccabile con gusti ben decisi ed intriganti. Faccio notare il fatto di essere uscito molto sazio e soddisfatto. Le fotografie allegate parlano chiaro. Servizio attento e competente. Una stella piú che meritata. Complimenti a tutto il team.
