02/06/2025: The place is reminiscent of the trattorias of the past built in the houses in the center of small (in this case very small) villages. The culinary offering is extremely concentrated on local specialties (eel, snails produced only in that village, etc.) and managed according to seasonality. The service is quick and courteous. The quality/price ratio is very good.

06/07/2025: Fine dining, prepared with great attention to detail and the finest ingredients. A constantly changing menu. A pleasant atmosphere in a central location with charming service. Prices are rather high for Alba, making it a truly unique experience.

Informal atmosphere, attentive and friendly service. Little touches, like the biscuit with cream before the coffee, really pamper you! Highly recommended!

Absolutely loved everything about this restaurant; the staff were so lovely and helpful, and the food was incredibly delicious!
01/07/2025: Everything is out of this world, the cherry risotto is a dream!
Also very interesting is the bread served in reheated rice and the coffee served with rosemary white chocolate!

The cuisine has improved considerably, I have had the opportunity to try it several times since and everything is very good. In this case, today, the asparagus menu is wonderful, well cooked. Asparagus cooked perfectly and dishes are well prepared. Satisfied.
Overall, the dishes are good, just too seasoned with butter and oil, especially the plin and anchovies and too many hazelnuts.
I was not thrilled.

Parking in the immediate vicinity. Excellent value for money. Super veal with tuna sauce, fresh homemade pasta. Typical dishes. Recommended.
04/06/2025: A very pretty tavern at the entrance to Alba.
Decorated with great taste and detail.
The dishes (ravioli and gnocchi) were perfect: cooked, flavorful, and sauce-packed.
Dessert was also very good: terracotta with blueberry sauce.
Discreet, efficient, and friendly service.
I recommend the Ostenero tavern.

Having not realized that the table by the clock is perhaps the best in the place. (It's tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the place and close to the kitchens...)
As for the service, I don't know what she expects; perhaps she's used to having dedicated staff... because what you get here is hard to compare to the local average.
Let's not even talk about the quality of the cuisine. Do everyone a favor and stay home and eat what you definitely know how to cook. Thank you.

For our anniversary we decided to entrust ourselves completely in their hands, choosing the gastronomic menu, to live a superb evening, and so it was.
The attention to every detail is highlighted, from the culinary offering itself to the meticulous attention paid to each customer. In addition to the dining room staff, we had the opportunity to exchange a few words with Chef Giovanni Grasso, who came personally to discuss the experience with each diner.
I recommend it to anyone who wants to immerse themselves in an unparalleled journey!

I highly recommend Aroma Ristorante because every dish is an explosion of flavor, and the courtesy and kindness of Denis and the entire staff, of course, make the place unique!
If you want to play it safe, Aroma is the answer.

14/06/2025: Yesterday for the third time I came to this restaurant with my son I asked for grilled calamari that were not on the menu (only fried) and in a few minutes they were served to me. They were worthy of a restaurant on the sea shore and cooked in an excellent way. The staff is very kind and helpful and the price paid is fair

24/03/2025: Amazing atmosphere with a really fun host who was bringing the vibes dancing and laughing the whole time.
The food was also amazing, i asked him to surprise me with the sandwich and i can safely say it was in the top 5 sandwiches Ive ever eaten
