20/07/2025: Dry bread and breadsticks, definitely a day or two old, mediocre tourist-style appetizers, thick and stringy veal with tuna sauce, Russian salad with tough, semi-raw vegetables, tossed with a haphazard, indecipherable yogurt-like sauce thrown on top. Dessert arrives: a slice of dry cake, cut into three pieces scattered across the plate, with a haphazard drizzle of zabaglione mayonnaise-like sauce over the fries, unsightly and inedible. The menu says baked sweet potatoes, and they arrive as if nothing had happened, unannounced. The girls and table service are excellent, sweet, young, and professional—well done! Alas, poor things to have to work with such a low-end tourist cuisine.

16/07/2025: This historic restaurant, run by a family of restaurateurs, is tastefully and elegantly furnished, yet still maintains a welcoming and friendly spirit. The menu features traditional Monferrato and Piedmontese dishes, as well as seasonal specials, and boasts excellent ingredients and expert cooking. As soon as we were seated, we were treated to a complimentary lard and chestnut entree, and then we ordered, opting for a seasonal menu (in addition to the à la carte menu) centered on mushrooms: a truly delicious Grana Padano salad with artichokes; a Fassona steak with artichokes, a true off-menu delight; and a cream of zabaglione with scabs, an excellent dessert. The dinner was accompanied by water and an excellent red wine, an Az. Gatto Ruchè, a regional guarantee. The three of us spent €171.50 (three appetizers, three main courses, two desserts, and drinks), which I'd say was reasonable for the overall experience. Excellent location, relaxing atmosphere, top-notch cuisine, friendly and attentive service, undoubtedly one of the best restaurants in Casale and the surrounding area. We'll definitely return and recommend it!

29/06/2025: I went back last night for dinner with friends, for the second time. It's always a safe bet: very good food, traditional Piedmontese dishes but also some off-menu items that allow you to vary. Friendly service, the owner is always pleasant. Well-kept and clean place in the center of Casale Monferrato. I recommend it!

08/07/2025: Beautiful location nestled in the green Langhe hills! When you arrive, you feel welcomed into this beautiful farmhouse! We had dinner, the service and food were excellent.

06/07/2025: Discovered "by chance", following the excellent reviews, we arrived at Locanda Bardacchino by booking with The Fork. Upon our arrival, the manager, a young, knowledgeable and very polite guy, greeted us with a jovial "welcome". The place is enchanting, nestled in the hills between Langhe and Roero, with a view as far as the eye can see between the rows of vines. Every dish I tasted was excellent: dishes prepared with typical local ingredients, enhanced to the fullest thanks to careful and genuine processing. Many of the preparations are homemade, with a care that can be perceived both in the taste and in the presentation. The service was impeccable: attentive, friendly and never intrusive, helping to make the experience even more pleasant.

15/07/2025: When we want to feel good and make our friends and guests feel good, we always come back here. Excellently cooked food and top-quality ingredients. The atmosphere is intimate and welcoming, and depending on the season, you can also dine in the beautiful courtyard. Highly recommended.

13/07/2025: Great place in Cuneo to have fantastic food like Battuta di Fassone, Vitello Tonnato etc., all Piemonte specialities. The personnel is amazing and they manage to sit the 6 of us although it was super full and we did not reserve. Super kind but to avoid surprises, I suggest to book in advance! Definitely a restaurant to go and cone back. Ah and the prices very good!

Excellent quality/price ratio and special dishes. The owner is really nice and very helpful, who did everything he could to find us a place inside the restaurant, when while we were eating outside, an unexpected storm hit us

14/06/2025: Super place! The tavern offers a very generous fixed menu with service, water, coffee and dessert included. I found all the courses exquisite: the food was genuine and refined, with excellent raw materials. The staff was very friendly and professional. I also appreciated the waiting time between courses, which allowed me to enjoy all the dishes. Highly recommended for a relaxed dinner!
