18/05/2026: We stopped by chance and were absolutely blown away by the service and the quality of the food! They create refined cuisine using local ingredients! A very good wine list with helpful recommendations! All this at a reasonable price! An excellent place that I highly recommend!
07/05/2026: What a pleasant surprise "Rosa Rossa" you arrive, you enter, you are welcomed with kindness, you look around and understand that there is passion, personality, research! The atmosphere is convivial with a touch of originality like the paintings hanging on the walls made with bottle caps, or the serving dishes that are not always plates, but like the amuse-bouche which is not really an appetizer. In short, you should come here to understand, taste, enjoy and enjoy again, a risotto made to order, and already here they let you eat slowly.. and when the desserts arrive, oh yes!!!

04/05/2026: Yesterday, my wife and I, in the happy company of close relatives, celebrated our fiftieth wedding anniversary at this restaurant. Everything was perfect, from the aperitif to the dessert, with excellent dishes and fine wines, thanks to the professionalism of the restaurateur and his staff.
15/04/2026: We had a wonderful time, the food was delicious, and the service was impeccable.
Intimate and romantic atmosphere.

29/09/2025: Excellent venue in every way. We celebrated my husband's 60th birthday on Saturday evening. It was truly wonderful, from the excellent food to the beautiful music. Valentina, the host and owner of the venue, is also a wonderful singer. Compliments to her and her staff. Highly recommended.

15/05/2026: It was a wonderful experience. We chose a meat and water menu to try multiple dishes, and we didn't know what to say after each dish, they were all so delicious!
The chef even came to check if everything was okay, which is always appreciated.
So, this dinner has to be given a 10 out of 10.
The service from the waitresses and sommelier was also excellent.
Thank you, and we'll definitely be back!

01/02/2026: Simply a great restaurant with really good food, great service and nice atmosphere. We had the brusaola and ravioli with mushrooms as firsts with entrecôte and salmon trout as seconds. All of it was top quality, with the ravioli stealing the show. The white wine of the house was also really good, as was the tiramisu. We would definitely love to come back to try the other dishes, everything seemed delicious!
26/01/2026: The place is charming, small, and very welcoming! The young owners are knowledgeable and empathetic. The food and recommended wines are excellent. I'll have to return sooner rather than later to try more!

24/05/2026: Lunch with friends, including a trip to the Maira Valley. The set menu was a surprise for us, excellent from appetizer to dessert; it was a wonderful discovery. The wood and stone decor is meticulously maintained and perfectly executed.

13/12/2025: A little hidden gem in Padua: truly excellent quality and flavor. Highly recommended for those who, like us, love ravioli. The service is fast, welcoming, and friendly.
Among the dishes we tried, noteworthy were the beef and curry ravioli and the black bao…amazing!

19/05/2026: Excellent food, the kindness in the dining room is that something that immediately puts you at ease, the preparation of dishes, wines and cooking methods that makes the difference, sublime food, the raw fish better than a seafood place, the help with pairing with refined wine, it's worth going!
13/05/2026: I came across this restaurant almost by chance for a business dinner, and the experience was truly excellent. The owner, besides being extremely kind, was very flexible in accommodating our request for an earlier time. The quality of the food and wines was truly fantastic, all in a pleasant and well-kept location. Highly recommended!

Beautiful setting in a small Piedmont village, with attentive and fast service.
We enjoyed an aperitif, two glasses of prosecco, and were served four entrées: a chickpea cone, a savory baba, a blue cheese and hazelnut tart, and tomato chips with fresh cream and anchovies with lemon jelly. Very special. There were several tasting menus available, as well as the à la carte menu. We chose the Territory and Tradition tasting menu for €70 per person.
Typical Monferrato dishes presented with care.
Piedmontese Fassona tartare, rosemary and mustard, smoked egg yolk and shallots, truly excellent.
Traditional plinth, roast gravy and thyme, Piedmontese fillet, celeriac, black cabbage, and Bordeaux sauce.
Everything was delicious.
The pre-dessert, you either love it or hate it, was a very special vinegar sorbet.
The dessert: I'm not...a Bonet! Made with the ingredients of a bunet.
We were served a small pastry along with coffee and four small sweets.
Drinks are not included. Cover charge is €5, 75cl water €4, and we spent €208 for two. Recommended for a special occasion.

Overall, a great experience, fair value, and attentive service.

31/05/2026: Today, after visiting a castle, we had lunch at this restaurant based on the reviews we'd read... which we can confirm. The food was excellent, the service impeccable, the location lovely, and the prices were great... we're really not sure what or where to recommend improvements. It's great as it is, and we'll definitely be back with friends, primarily to try other options, and we're sure to make a great impression. It's also worth noting that for us Milanese, coming to this area is a top priority.

Booking at this restaurant was much more than just a simple dinner; it was a sensory and emotional journey.
I love the countryside and the Langhe, and the location is enchanting, located within the Fontana Fredda estate, a historic residence (formerly the home and hunting lodge of Emanuele II).
From the first moment, the
atmosphere was captivating.
Each dish is a work of art, meticulously crafted down to the smallest detail.
Chef Ugo Alciati works with the highest quality products and highlights the raw ingredients of the Piedmont region.
You absolutely must try the fresh pasta plin with roast sauce, just as they were made by the expert hands of Mamma Lidia, and as he, even before him, had been told by Nonna Pierina.
His exquisite veal with tuna sauce, according to tradition.
Don't miss their amazing and delicious gelato, crafted by the chef's expert and skilled artisans using milk from Piedmontese white cows.
The service was attentive, kind, and discreet, guiding us through the menu with great professionalism.
I recommend it to anyone who wants an authentic experience, where gastronomy blends with Piedmontese tradition and excellence!
